This is one of my favorites in the Intimité collection, and by far the strongest of the 5. A beautiful interpretation of what “skin” smells like. The opening is musky and lightly floral, then the star of the show tonka bean emerges to provide creaminess and sweetness. Leather and white woods cut through to keep it from getting too saccharine and stay more skin like. The effect is very sensual, like sun soaked sweetened skin.

This is an instant yes for me. This is a decidedly unisex cosy ambrette with a slightly skanky undertone of skin musk. Comfortingly nostalgic whilst still being novel and creative at the same time. I'm in love!

I fell in love with Gold Juice from this range and was wowed by it's sillage and longevity, despite theoretically being an EDT - after buying a bottle, I've been recently wanting to dive into the rest of line as they all sound interesting. I bought a sample pack for the whole line, and on first wearing of Cuvee Skin today I really enjoy it. It's a fuzzy, musky scent that is almost like an ambery BR540 molecular DNA, but with just the tiniest bit of sweetness. What I get instead of loads of sugariness, is a black pepper-esque savoriness, and that combined with just a touch of sweetness is a really addictive combination. It's almost the olfactive version of white noise to me - present and kind of buzzing in it's texture, and pitch. I would for sure consider a 30ml bottle of this one - very wearable and versatile with moderate to long longevity on me and a great cocooning sillage.

Ok, just unpacked it and sprayed a couple of hours ago; Thus far it’s staying strong; and feels linear but again; this is a VERY VERY early impression. Because of that, I’ll be brief: Blanche Bete and Burberry Her Elixir’s lovechild. I don’t love the latter; adore Blanche Bete; somehow so far; this works...it has a certain sensuality to it 3/5/26 UPDATE: Upon closer inspection (and trust me, I persisted) I sold my 95% full bottle: I have decided this is an ACRID conconction on my skin; akin to a strawberry flavored latex condom (probably used); that was repeatedly spat on and was left to simmer in the sauna of a very high end swingers club somewhere...i pass on this one PS: I have also since realized I detest any variation of Burberry her as it also smells like some variation of strawberry flavored spit (old) on the drydown

something static and electric in this reminiscent of buruti's "hot cotton"... like it has aldambre

I get champagne/wine in the opening for sure, but it doesn't last very long. Then I start to get something a bit sweeter (probably the tonka) and in the drydown, it's pretty woody. It's okay, but definitely not FBW.

it smells like nice smelling skin after shower. clean, soft, musky. i dont find it very fascinating though

Vanilla and moth balls, but not in a terrible way. It’s somewhat comforting, but I don’t want to wear it.

got this in a sample set from a lovely lady at harrods when buying amore caffe for xmas ... i wasn’t really sure how to describe this scent , but the moth ball comments in the reviews kindof hit the nail on the head . it’s not *terrible* , but i definitely don’t like it

I was intrigued by the warm gourmand-esque skin scent it presented as on the tester, but on my skin this is nauseating. Smells like butter, B.O., and cheap vanilla body spray.

Cuvee Skin smells like Tom Ford F’ing Fablouous. I’m not a fan of BSTO’s Eau Intimite collection; it’s quite disappointing.

Moth balls all the way! Hard pass for me.

There's an intriguing creamy-floral accord here up against the warm leathery tones. It has that characteristic way of cutting through the air with a mineralic warmth in a way that other ambrox-styled perfumes typically feel, and I appreciate the bitter, metallic edge that these types of things offer over the sweet, fluffy, chalky musks that sometimes show up in this same genre. I think the oakmoss is lending a nice balance there which grounds it without taking away from that sharp-earthy bite, but it does have a quality that screams "modern amberwoods" and the label of Eau Intimite is essentially meaningless, as this will stick around forever on your shirt and people will smell it even if it doesn't project much. In fact the other one I tried "Warm Air" felt the same- dense and cozy and full of stuff that will still be there when you wake up the next day. Anyways back to the scent- it was really giving this odd impression that the recent Semence Douce from Bertrand Duchaufor gave me. Clean leather with a synthetic floral accord that's hard to place, paired with a lactonic kind of element that felt just a tad naughty. Somewhere in the realm of cheeky references to bodily fluids that the "milky sap" refers to. But I can see how it could be considered a bubbly champagne accord as well. Bubbly, bready, both soft and sparkly. That's where the fun of this one comes in. The mildly sour-sweet floral accord against a glowing sensuality. Over a long time it begins to resemble other amberwood-forward things with fuzzy, leathery basenotes, and I eventually thought it was a feminine take on Bois d'Ebene by Matiere Premiere, which is basicaly a variant of the very popular amber-woody-suede aroma of DHI and many others, where I pick out one or two very obvious aromachems. Still something I'd check out if you're into these things.

BTSO Cuvée skin is the concept of fizzy, sparkling champagne over milky skin comes alive. The champagne has the slightest fruity nuances and isn't stale, flat, or rancid, but freshly popped over skin. The white leather is that, very clean and a breeze of fresh air so I get why one reviewer interprets that as chlorine. I get the clean air that hits you when you open a new shoebox but it is very discreet in the scent. The milky skin part smells like banana to me and I think I may be the only one getting that. Not really like Blanche Bete but I can understand that faintly. Cuvée is very projecting for the first hour, but as intended, becomes intimate with the champagne fizzing out and settling beautifully, softly, sweetly on wet skin. This is pretty much gone from your bubble in like 2-3 hours. Maybe what's left is an unnoticeable warm tonka bean if you dig your nose in your skin. The least long lasting from the line. I actually had to go spray my Jusbox Sisters b4 Misters that smells like creamy strawberry-banana yogurt to me with fizzy lime, because the banana in there is the kind I got in here in the first hour. As if the strawberry was removed with champagne added to create Cuvée Skin. I will use my 30 mL of BTSO and see which one I prefer. They're both tropical but I'd say Cuvée Skin gives me more exotic, party night vibes while the more playful and fruity Sisters b4 Misters is more daytime. They may use similar musks too.

This is a very confusing scent. It’s my least favourite from the line for me and I’m a big fan of the perfumer but tbh I can’t wear this stuff. It reminds me of Lys Sølaberg and both of them have that sour dried white wine off putting note. Basically it smells like a sour/spoiled white wine spilled on a silk dress that’s been left in the closet for too long. I know that’s weird but think about that for a second lol. It’s a creative and artistic fragrance & that’s why I love the brand but I’ll pass on this one. Overall 3/10

Chlorine and skin. Similar to dirty rice but more skin like. I have dirty rice and blanche bete and a sample of this and I feel like they all belong to the same family. With the balsamic skin end being curvee skin, the far milky vanilla end being blanche bete, and the midway lactonic skin being dirty rice in the middle. This one is too chlorine for me. I'm.not sure which note is creating the chlorine smell but its sickly and I cant get around it. Smells like a swimming pool.

On me, this transcends into sweet almost fizzy cinnamon and a fuzzy skin musk. Tasty skin, “now my life is sweet like cinnamon, like a fkg dream I’m living in”. Although the notes I mentioned aren’t listed, that’s what it smells like on me, and I love how everyone percibes something totally different; so this is not a blind buy.

100% agree with @InfiniteStarla. It's very lightweight and fizzy, but there is a BR540 DNA. Not very sweet, very dry like champagne.
