Wow 🤩 this was love at first smell . I already went back online and purchased the full bottle . The lasting power and silage leave much to be desired but the scent is so good that I’m willing to look past that . It’s as if chocolate greedy without the orange , skylar she wood, and maybe antique vanilla or bbw vanilla romance were all combined and this is the outcome , it’s actually pretty unique . I have a lot of perfume and it starts to feel redundant and this is such a pleasant new smell . I’m obsessed . It doesn’t last very long though. I love brown girl Jane , they have a handful of winners including carousel, Casablanca, dusk, casino, and now chalet . I love how they stay on trend but also keep their versions unique at the same time . I can’t recommend this one enough, it’s sweet and rich and velvety , it’s chocolate and comfort a little sexy. It’s sweet and gourmand without being gourmand . Just wish it lasted longer

It's as if someone took the best components of Amour De Cacao, Eclaire and Sweet Tooth Caramel Dream and combined them to make this beauty! Chalet is far more complex than Eclaire IMO, and there's no blast of alcohol in the beginning either, unlike Eclaire. It has a delicious chocolate note reminiscent of Amour De Cacao, and the soft patchouli note reminds me of that found in Caramel Dream. The champagne and plum further set it apart from all the BL dupes that continue flooding the market. I purchased a travel size at a great price and will definitely use it up, but I'm not sure I'll consider buying a FB of Chalet. The longevity isn't bad, but I don't find it to be worth nearly $100 either. I'm hoping it gets stronger in time. ** Update 12/11 - Wearing this again today paired with EOS' Cocoa Cashmere body lotion and VS' Bare Vanilla mist. Excellent combo!

I’m also not sure why this does not have a higher rating because this is delicious! I would make this my signature scent if it lasted longer. I would say the lasting power on this is 4 to 5 hours. I think it might last longer if I oversprayed but because these come in smaller bottles, I try to maximize my use. It starts off with that white chocolate truffle, which gives it Eclaire vibes, however that white chocolate smell is super addicting. Then it elopes with that plum, then champagne - which gives it a more sophisticated scent. It all blends beautifully together and I feel super feminine when I wear. I own a ton of fragrances and I feel this will be my first empty bottle I will own in a hot minute because I’m addicted.

Typically not into chocolate fragrances. But this perfume right here! It’s good! I initially get a strong blast of white chocolate and a fruity champagne combination. It’s a beautiful and sophisticated gourmand combination that I didn’t think I needed. It’s strong but airy. Towards the dry down I smell some of the dusted cocoa and the champagne that keeps the scent airy. It’s a sexy perfume thats elegant and yet smells of chocolate in a realistic way. My sister said she picks up a bit of hot cocoa. Definitely one to smell on your skin as it smelled very different on the tester strip. This is my first purchase from Brown Girl Jane. 10/10.

So reading the comments, it sounds like the rating might have been artificially lowered by trolling or something. This is a great scent - I blind bought a travel size, and I am very happy with it. On its own, its just a very uncontroversial "good" scent, and I think you could layer it with just about anything if you wanted to add some sweetness. If you don't like sweet smells, you probably won't like it... but I think by the notes you could guess that.

Yummy yummy yum! This is warm, chocolatey, cocoa, and a bit dense. This opens very strongly, almost a bit too bold, but really, the dry down is so sexy. Realistic, flavorful scent, almost able to taste this. I think this works really well on skin, but doesn't really pop on my clothes. It's also a bit easy to go nose blind to this, I have found, because it is so bold. BUT I really like this. I think this and Casino are my faves from this brand.

This is such an easy buy and wear for the colder months. I am a bit baffled by the comparisons to bianco latte and sweet tooth though. This one is much more creamy cocoa than either of those are. Longevity wise this is going on four hours without truly weakening. It deepens and doubles down on the chocolate and vanilla aspects of the scent without being sickly sweet. I can already tell this will hit the 8 hour mark easily for me.

This is fab! A yummy fall scent. Its that scent when you open up a snickers bar and then put your nose to the wrapper with a hint of slight spice but very hint. Its a chocolate creamy candy bar base. Kayali chocolate oud needs to take notes!!! no pun intended! This lasted 9 hours on me! 10/10 EDIT* I dont hate kayali chocolate oud (got a full bottle )..Just saying it needed more chocolate! lol

I have bianco latte, eclaire, cream velvet and this does not smell like any of those. Chalet is a soft, almost sheer-like chocolate fragrance that can be worn year-round. Imagine opening up a piece of Belgian chocolate while sipping champagne with a piece of fruit. This is that. Sexy, sophisticated, present but not cloying. It is a love for me.

I get white chocolate and brown sugar, even though that isn't listed. I could get Bianco Latte just cause of the white chocolate but that's it, and this perfume has the strongest white chocolate I've smelled. This is warmer and cozier, I think it reminds me more of Vanilla 28 with white chocolate added

Gorgeous chocolate and champagne. White chocolate is pretty accurate, it's a very sugary take on chocolate, and I love it! The cocoa comes in and deepens it slightly, as it dries. I'm not getting any distinct fruit, but that may where the sugary note is from.

So delicious. I need this in the full size bottle because the moment I smelled it, I fell in love. It smells like a white chocolate truffle, and the champagne and plum sparkle in the opening and this one last. Such a sexy gourmand.

How does this not have a higher rating? It’s cozy, sweet, and a little spicy. A lovely smooth chocolate. I will be upgrading my travel size to a full bottle.

this is delicious. is it groundbreaking, no. but it’s a beautifully executed white chocolate gourmand and i am going to enjoy every minute of it.

Smells like Bianco Latte, very very close.

This somewhat reminds me of Kay Ali Oudgasm Chocolate Oud, same overall character but stronger, more chocolate-forward, and a bit more complex. I get the sweet white chocolate, the bitterness of the cocoa, and that little tickle in the nose from the sparkling champagne and the crystallized patchouli. I’m not getting a true plum impression; perhaps it’s functioning more as a sweet lift in the opening than a clear fruit note. I can see a Cream Velvet (Bianco Latte dupe) comparison, especially in the dry down, but that’s where the similarities end for me. Even though it’s really sweet, it’s well-balanced and perfect for the colder months. This layers beautifully with Chocolate Oud, letting Chalet bring the creamy sweetness while Chocolate Oud adds the oud and a soft smokiness. Because of how similar they are, both aren’t necessarily needed unless you want two different moods of the same idea. Longevity is okay, about two to three hours before it starts to fade, but the projection is strong, and the sillage is definitely room-filling. A solid, well-executed chocolate-forward scent with a cohesive structure that I’ll definitely be wearing all winter!

Interesting to read the comments as this does not smell like Bianco Latte on me. I love BL and wear it frequently but to my nose this is a drier, woodier Chocolate Greedy? It's a very grown up, sexy cocoa scent. I don't get the champagne (and I really wish I did), and the plum disappears quickly. Brown Girl Jane never lasts long on me, but they're really beautiful so I just buy the trials and re-spray as needed.

I was hoping to get more of the plum and cacao but unfortunately thus pulls heavily like Bianco latte with a hint of white chocolate. It also doesn’t last super long on my skin. 3-4 hours max Since I do already own BL, which lasts forever, this would be redundant in my collection. I will keep playing with her for now.
