Yes I Am Pink First

Ohhhhhhh my goodness, I was not expecting this to be so yummy! My husband picked this up for me unprompted for about $20 at Walmart. I’ve wanted to try the Cacharel Yes I Am line for a long time, so I was pretty excited for the surprise. And it did not disappoint! At first, Yes I Am Pink First seemed kind of “typical” or “basic” as some would say—it was just a pleasant, pretty, jasmine-centric fruity floral. But as I’ve gotten to know the fragrance and worn it some more, I’ve picked up on its more spicy facets, and I LOVE what it does to the fragrance. In a way, it kind of reminds me of a more “bubblegum” or “cutesy” Mugler-Alien type of scent. Don’t get me wrong, they don’t actually smell alike; I’m not saying in any way that this is a dupe for Alien. What I am saying is that I get a similar vibe to Alien with this, except way more bubblegum/cutesy. Maybe I’m totally wrong about the vibe, but that’s how I feel about it right now! Performance is really good for the price, and I think this is a great “going out” perfume for all year round. I don’t think it’s a safe blind buy, though, just due to its spiciness.

It's milky raspberry with a prominent (and not so common) note of ambroxan. It's a weird fragrance at first, but it's good. It's like lipstick, but nicer because of the orange blossom. I personally like it, it's different. I think not everyone might like it at first, but anyone who wears will make others wonder what fragrance is it. Let me explain myself: it's like what happens with Lolita Lempicka. Although very loved, not everybody dares to wear that one because it's still considered weird..., but it's nice and feminine indeed. Would I buy it? Yes. Smells perfect for a sunny day in spring. The fixation and sillage are excellent, hands down. I tested a lot of perfumes today and this is the one that lasts the most on my skin. I guess it lasts even more on fabric. I have nothing to say about the quality. It's a good perfume.

Just received this today! Absolutely loving it so far, great blind buy if you enjoy fruity sweet Gummy candies is what it reminds me of, not getting much of the spices or menthol like others are getting.. just super feminine smooth soft Gummy candy perfume but not childish. I think this will be a great easy reach as well. I've had it on for 2 hours now, still projecting and smelling beautiful.

I absolutely LOVE this. it is musky, creamy, milky, sweet but NOT sickening sweet at all. This is so beautiful it is like a sweet comforting cloud. I feel like it is interesting and unique but not loud. I feel like it leaves you wanting more! Intriguing! Definitely want to try the rest of the yes I am gals!

@veda It's a fantastic fragrance, I don't get the hate either. It's beautiful, well-blended, feminine, safe, and different. I like the milk note too!
