CK One Summer 2021 is one of those refreshing, cool fragrances that contains aquatic notes and a blend of summer fruits. The fragrance is dominated by the following notes: Aquatic notes, citrus, rhubarb, watermelon, and peach. - Is the fragrance a killer for summer heat? Yes, it definitely is cool and refreshing. - Is the fragrance generic? No, the perfumes in this line are distinguished by being renewed every year and are never similar. - Is this fragrance safe to buy blindly? Yes, it is completely safe. It is a light fragrance that is not offensive to anyone. - Is the price reasonable? Yes, the price is very reasonable and affordable. - Is the bottle distinctive? Yes, it is. I don't understand most "reviews" on Fragrantica, and these reviews are a good example of that. People are saying it's too fruity and feminine? What? It's just a super fresh easy to wear scent. And some trying to say it's an ambroxan bomb? Seriously? I think people just looked at the notes and decided to make a bad review based on that. It has ambroxan, so it must be an obnoxious ambroxan bomb. 🤦🏼♂️ There's nothing special about this fragrance. But is there supposed to be? It's a cheap summer flanker. It does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Picked this one up today. Just the right combination of a Happy day with some CKOne thrown in there. It is one of the better CKO Summer fragrances in many years. I keep going back to smelling my wrist to fully experience this sensory journey as the fragrance notes take the center stage one at a time. An uplifting combination of fruity notes mixed with the right amount of the watery ones to deliver the perfect pick me up during these uncertain dark days! Let the Sunshine in... it’s Summer time! 🥳

Lovely summerflanker. One of the best in the latest years. Fresh super acquatic and leans towards masculine scents. I am female and will wear it with joy. I mostly get watery notes on a woody base. A hint of peach and. ambroxan. Fresh, clean, sporty and young. This is the heart of a perfect summer scent for me. Silage i somewhat intimate to moderate and longevity is 1-2 hours on skin, 12 + hours on clothes. Safe blind buy, inoffensive and just out of shower/fresh skin soap feel.

A velvety peach skin with a mineral qualities that grounds the fragrance to a modern feel with more longevity. This is by far my favorite CK1 Summer juice, so reliable and unique. Joyful, happy scent with true summer vibes - in a lovely bottle, too!

Easy dumb reach or blind buy! Smells great opening until its gone, which is about 2 hours, maybe a little longer on clothes. You can't beat this for $20 if you see it at a rack store or online.

My first Ck Summer fragrance and I am pleasantly surprised and got it for a great price. The top and mid notes are bright and uplifting but fade quickly and the dominant note I get is the peach with tiny hints of the rhubarb eucalyptus and woods in the background. I don't find the rhubarb offensive as other reviewers below do but I feel your pain if a fragrance has a note you hate (mine might be bitter orange and vetiver). It doesn't last more than three hours but it's one you can top up on a hot day without choking anyone out. The dominant peach reminds me of a Paul Smith Summer fragrance I have but the Ck has more complexity than that. Overall, it's pleasant, summery, has a little depth, and is uplifting. A solid summer freshie for me and I'm enjoying it very much. Test it first and look out for it at a good price.

The original CK One DNA + Fruity-Citrus-Peach + Zingy Ambroxan = CK Summer 2021. A bright, refreshing grab-and-go Summer go-to; which is easy to like and even easier to wear during the casual days of summer. I'm a sucker for well done marketing... A luminous blue-sea green gradient bottle standing out in my collection. The words "SUMMER" written with a rippling effect, like reflections on top of pool water, seen through the bottle on the reverse side. All a nice touch; which portrays casual, care-free happy Summer days near the water. The exact intent of CK One Summer 2021. These just started showing up at the discount stores for $20. When you see it, don't hesitate to grab it before the season ends! Rating: 7/10

This os definitly more of a female scent, but even as a mans type guy i like it, while its definitely not a massive performer longevity is roughly 2-3 hrs and the sillage about an 1-2 hrs before its a faint skin scent. I will say that i like this bc its not so “serious” if i want a scent that will command respect i reach for Fahrenheit or code, this screams playful jeans tshirt vibes. The watermelon is slightly there, the rhubarb overwhelms but adds body, the ambroxan adds difference and the peach allows it to be fruity all the way through. I think too many people expect too much from a fragrance that is $17.

It is fresh, aquatic and simple for each gender since it is an unisex scent. I don't find it really unique but it is a great more aquatic touch to the original green/fresh fragrance that CK ONE always represented. I can smell the aquatic and sweet fruitiness of the watermelon, rhubarb and the peach, but you can still put your nose on the Citrus notes and more aromatic notes such as the white woods, eucalyptus and the ambroxan, that reminds you of the OG CK ONE blend. Cheap with a nice quality to it, worth the blind buy and surely an easy reach fragrance for cool summer days,that's why I rate it 6/10.

I can see how many people won't like this one. It's very synthetic and does not have the highest quality smell. It also smells a little generic. However, I happen to like this one. Yes its generic and synthetic but in a charming way. This fragrance reminds me of high school where something like this would've been something some of my peers would've worn. Something about this gives me happy summer vibes which is what the fragrance was meant to do. For that I think this is a solid pick-up. 8/10

Remember while hunting for fragrances at Marshalls to look in both the men's and women's fragrance section. I found this in the women's section even though it's absolutely unisex. Reminds me a bit of Light Blue eau intense, but with a stronger fruity element to it. The Abroxan definitely adds a synthetic aspect to it, so it might be slightly off-putting if you don't like synthetic notes. Otherwise, it's a great value and 100% worth the pick-up 😎🤘

This perfume smells like... For the lack of better words, "a clean man". Imagine your boy crush getting out of the shower on a hot summer day, covered in copious amounts of Axe. It smells like that. But it's a good smell! However, it doesn't last long. Only an hour or two at best, so it's not a good value for cost unless you keep it on you at all times.

I really like this fragrance, it's slightly more fruitier and sweeter and has a more tropical scent compared to the original CK One which I never really cared for. It's also a very versatile unisex fragrance that you can wear everyday, I definitely prefer this more than the original CK One and I think it smells nicer too.

For anyone in the U.K. - this is now available to buy at Fragrance Direct. It’s completely different to last years 2020 Summer flanker, 2021 is pure aquatic from start to finish, the watery note dominates from top to base. One of the better CK Summer releases, if you liked the 2008 and 2013 flankers you’ll enjoy this.

I quite like this, first off the bottle is gorgeous, it's pretty unique. Better than last year's, and a little heavier than the last few summer editions, I love the ambroxan note, it contrasts so well with the citrus note. Not an amazing performer, but not bad.

This is a refreshing, grapefruit main scent with herbal nuances of eucalyptus and a woody vetiver base. It projects at arm's reach and lasts a decent 4-5h. It is highly versatile, refreshing and casual. As far as CK Summer scents go this is exceptionally good.

Really different from the rest of the summer editions. This is fresh but not the kind of fresh i’m used to from CK. It reminds me a lot of Armafs Club de Nuit Sillage, in the opening. No similarity when it hits the drydown. I like it!

It says unisex but it leans more towards masculine because of eucalyptus and ambroxan. This will not past as a feminine scent. This is perfect for summer.

really clean and fresh citrus. @AimiHanibal said it best, it smells like a clean man. it's super soft, feels like a pillow in a beachside hotel room.

A but feminine due to the peach note and definitely reminds me of Creed MI, although it's not a clone by any means. Pretty good value I'd say.

Fresh, uplifting. Has this “cleaning product” sort of tinge from the rhubarb, but still smells nice.

Safe clean scent. To me, it smells as if you mixed original Ck one and Ralph by Ralph Lauren.

Good like it on winter gets compliments while it last I aapply 2 times a day.

I admit to falling for the marketing. Peach and watermelon listed... who wouldn't be excited? After trying this out, the opening to me is really just a mish-mash of fruit. It's hard to discern the different fruit notes apart so if you were excited to smell like peach and watermelon, I'd temper my expectations a bit. The rhubarb does a good job of adding a bit of body to the opening concoction and what follows are familiar aquatic notes. I don't really have high praise for the fragrance, but I don't really have anything bad to say either. It's kind of middling. Gave my bottle away after more than a month of wearing it regularly; trying to decide if it had a lasting place on my shelf. I find it hard to call this an easy dumb-reach because I think there are more interesting choices, even amongst cheapies (e.g. Tommy Bahama). I think it's fine if you can get it around the $20-30 range (I payed a bit more due to impatience). The bottle presentation is great I'll admit. Lasts a little more than 3 hours on me and I think that's respectable for a summer scent like this.

To my nose this is too heavy to be a summer scent, almost too cloying. This has a thick green powdery feel. This is headache inducing and heavy. Pass

I tried it the other day and I was so disappointed. It is extremely synthetic, reminds me of some synthetic juice I used to drink as a child/ lollipop with watermelon. It smells cheap, it is much more feminine than I expected and this year it is a pass for me. Usually I collect all summers by CK and my favourite one is 2019 (green tea and wood) but this one is too unrealistically bad. Please, do not trust the notes given here - it is not as aquatic as fruity (synthetic watermelon & rhubarb).

Opens with a citrus/aromatic/woody/fruity burst. On me it has a slight cleaning product/hand sanitizer smell that quickly boils down to a super intense ambroxan, impossible to wash off. Genetics play a big role in sensing molecules so perhaps that's why some experience this as an ambroxan bomb and others don't. Overall this came out too harsh on my skin so it's a pass for me. Unisex. Recommend trying before buying.

Aousch ... That watermelon note is just so horrible synthetic... How can ppl wear this and similar things? Do they not have noses? Have they not smelled nature, or at least real fruit and flowers? I wanted to give a lot of cheap ones a honest try after finding true gems like "One man show" and "Quorum" but I guess that cheapies need to be really old and not new ones filled with the new style synthetics to be worth checking out.

The Ambroxan in this ruins the entire scent. You can't even enjoy the top notes for a second because the Ambroxan comes in straight out the gate turning this into deodorant on a dirty armpit. Amber like notes belong in gourmands you wear in the dead of winter, NOT in a summer flanker. Foul!

It's so detestably reminiscent of overripe fruit that I can't even use it as a room spray. I dumped the juice into the drain and cleaned out the bottle. I plan on decanting something into the bottle because the bottle is gorgeous.

I love my CK perfumes, but this one was awful because of the rhubarb. It itches in my face and lips and trigged my astma. I don't know if it actually smells good, because of the horrible rhubarb.

Not bad. I have used a lot of it due to the fact it is pleasant. Not necessarily sexy but a very easy, dumb reach. Unisex forsure. Actually unique. I think it leans slightly more feminine. However, it works better on a male due to it standing out. I think -at this price point- women can get much better, unique and sexier fragrances. The one thing that sometimes annoys me is the synthetic ambroxan watermelon bomb. It reminds me of going to visit my grandma in Deep South Texas. Reason being is that it smells exactly like either a cleaning product or a cheap perfume a lot of the Mexican women down there wore. That note is very loud, synthetic and not what I would describe as seductive or sexy for a female. Hence my reasoning for males, having more of an impact, wearing it.

Smells ok, but smells very similar to Sean John Unforgivable which I already own. I blind bought Unforgivable because of the hype and I regret my purchase, it's smells good its just that sandal wood overtakes the fragrance for me and it's headache inducing, similar situation with Ck one summer 2021, listed notes say white woods, smells strong of sandalwood. Wont be buying Ck One summer 2021.

This has been one of the biggest blind buy busts in my entire decade of collecting. I've always been indifferent to CK One Summers... they were just fruity and flat... but I was intrigued by the notes of 2021. However, this is searingly cloying. The eucalyptus just does not play well with the sour citrus and ambroxan. No peach or watermelon. The whole thing is just screechy. :-/

★★★1⁄2 Finally, a scent with ambroxan that doesn't smell like cheap deodorant. Refreshing peach iced tea with the citrus vibrancy of the original CK One masterpiece. For the price, a very pleasant surprise from the brand! I'd get it as a post beach refreshment! Discreet performance, but a joy to happily respray!

Rare summer scent. Most of the CK ONE flankers are for summer, as this. 2021 appaers as a sympathic summer cologne, on me it opens classicaly waterly and citric... Nice and cozy but nothing new under the sun. At my nose and on my skin it smells to water swimingpool by the morning.

Looking forward to this one, having and loving last years edition..watermelon, peach.. yum! & love the under water bottle design.. just for future mr. Klein can we have a summer bottle in orange or red tones again?? From ‘13 on it’s been nothing but green and blue tones..

Too synthetic even for a designer. Badly Blended. Did they lie about the notes. I was expecting to smell the rhubarb, watermelon and peach , Not, No traces. A repackaged original Ck One. It’s generic. The joop jump and go are way better summer editions.

Beautiful bottle. Uplifting fragrance. Pleasant and short lived aquatic citus, watermelon and peach dance. Barely there. Not a regret, not expensive. One bottle is enough.

Better than last years summer editions but still not a good fragrance. The Rhubarb is way too strong and makes me almost feel dizzy.

I really enjoy this fragrance. It has a YSL vibe. Blind buy worthy, now I want to collect the past releases.

If you like Bond No 9 Hamptons, you’ll like this at a much lower price point. Beautiful bottle too.

Aquatic, unisex, non-offensive. Easy grab to freshen up. I didn’t love it so I sold it.
