Eternity for Men Summer 2015

This perfume captures the Mediterranean summer perfectly. Picture this; you are on a Greek island in August. After driving around with your rented jeep you find a beautiful beach that is not overcrowded. You have been swimming in the clear blue ocean and dozing off on a sunbed under an umbrella. At 6 pm you are sitting at the local taverna restaurant run by a local family and sipping on white wine. Watching over the beach and the ocean while waiting for food. There is a light breeze in the air and you smell the lemon and cypress trees that grow nearby as well as there is a hint of salt water coming from the ocean. Right next to the restaurant grows a big old fig tree and you can see and smell the perfectly ripe fruits. You can also scent a hint of the heated up wooden table and chair you are sitting on. This is EXCTLY how this perfume smells like and it is very pleasent. Now, with that beeing said, i find this perfume to be beautiful and a great deal. Works great on those warm summer days and evenings. Even if you are not on a Greek island. It was a blind buy after reading the reviews here. We are now in May 2016 and i got this one online for 25 euros incl freight and trully glad i discovered this nice scent. Longevity on my skin is not great but that is common for summer perfumes. 4-5 hours which is still ok according to me. Soft silage but I can for sure smell it. After 4-5 hours it becomes a very soft skin scent.

Edit on my previous review: Apologies about the Chrome Legend reference. This is not like that at all. It is a clean fresh slightly fruity, aquatic, clean, floral and woody. Very well blended and so light it should only be for warm/hot weather. To compare is kinda has a Nautica Voyage vibe but not as fruity or sweet. Also kinda like Invictus Aqua without the bubble gum accord. It runs a parallel route to Banana Republic Classic. It’s non offensive and light enough to go heavy handed. It doesn’t last long so you will need to reapply. Longevity- I couldn’t smell it on myself after a couple hours but people could for 3-4 hours. Indoors. It’s really good and if I can grab another bottle at $25 again I will in a heartbeat. I am now awaiting the 2014 Edition of this flanker hoping it will strike me in the same way. BTW, don’t pay the inflated price for this. It’s kind of a shower gel clean smell or when some people’s laundry has a strong scent after being washed and dried. It’s kinda like that but not as heavy/thick. Still really nice. I give this a strong 8.5/10 overall for me because of how it makes me feel and what I need it for.

This is a gem, and one of the fragrances I wear most often when I need a olfactory pick-me-up on a hot summer day. The grapefruit note on this is superb. Its bitter, but fresh, without ever becoming sweet. It has an almost boozy quality about it, like taking in the smell of a ruby colored cocktail somewhere in the tropics. From the opening to its departure, the scent is relaxed, upmarket, refined and surprisingly elegant. As expected from CK, longevity is not great, but there really is something incredibly zesty about this fragrance. Its extremely likable, relaxed and laid back, but at the same time vibrant and energising. I have this in my desk drawer at work, and when it gets to the late afternoon, this is my go to refresher to put the second wind into my sails. When I do, I really feel like I'm about to leave work, for some gloriously decaying seaside hotel and turn into someone from a Le Carre novel.

I was returning a shirt at the CK outlet and the associate noticed me eyeballing the fragrances and suggested I try the summer 15, and so I did while thinking in the back of my mind "yeah right , just another summer BS frag". So like an hour later I was getting this super fresh fruity oceanic aroma . I thought it was the fact that I was right by the beach mix with someone else's fragrance. Then I realized it was coming from the back of my hand. I immediately doubled back and bought it. I'm disappointed in the longevity of it but I douse my skin as well as my clothes and it's still detectable the next day, on my clothes. Despite it being weak , the aroma it give is definitely WORTH it! Like I said, Oceanic, Fresh , Fruity and very Clean! I need to pick another one up before this thing is completely gone.

I blind bought a 100ml tester of this on eBay for $25.99 based on reviews and rating. I am now seeing this is getting about $100 on eBay. I was looking for a Summer frag for my trip to hot and humid Vietnam. I just sprayed this on a tissue and I absolutely loved the first whiff. Super aquatic and fruity. It’s really nice and should do well in the heat. I’ll update this post after a few wearings. It’s kinda got a Chrome Legend feel to it. I’ll test side by side and add that to the update.

If you can get your hands on this flanker of eternity you’re a lucky one. I have about half of my bottle left and hope to get another before it runs out. Great summer/ warm weather scent. Every one of my females coworkers have commented about this scent. Nothing but positive remarks. It in my top 5 for sure. Smell is amazing. Like Eternity on the beach. It’s universal from formal to running errands. I’ve worn it for all occasions and feel great wearing it. TRUST.

This one caught me on surprise. Previously I prefer CK One Summer than CK Eternity Summer, but this time Eternity Summer totally wins me. The opening is kind of sharp, but give it a bit time and it turns out to be green and fresh. Be aware that the scent you experience when you first spray it is very different from the scent 30 mins later so give it a bit time.

Comparingly with Hermes Un Jardin Sur Le Nil this one is better balanced and very pleasant fragrance. The opening is realy fresh and you can catch the citrus-aquatic top notes. After a while the drydown allow you to catch the scent of a fig leaf but here is softer than in Un Jardin Sur Le Nil. After two trials I ordered a full bottle.

Just tried it for the first time and it immediately smelled like another famous summer frag, Acqua di Gio. And why not? They both share similar notes. The only difference is this smells fruitier. Definitely for the summer, no doubt. Longevity on this is awesome 10 h. Certainly deserves some hype (or not) lol.

This perfume just takes my breath away. Every time I use this perfume to go to work or attend a meeting, meet people in an activity, or get invited to an occasion, the aromatic marine and woody and fresh spicy citrus combination and the bubble scent & dry down are just hard to explain I just. TAKE IT ALL IN.

All of the Eternity summers are just that. I wear them when it is hot out, including taking it with me on vacation. Smells heavenly. As with most other summer fragrances the longevity is lacking. The sweet fresh smell, more than makes up for it.

I agree with the previous comments, I'm normally sold on the CK one Summer, but here the Eternity is way better, the aquatic notes here are so good, even the musky notes here are somehow fresh and perfect for hot weather, love it.

I'm very impressed with this fragrance. I tried it myself and loved it. My friend also had it on and projected very well hours after he applied it. Fresh, with a slight saltiness to it. Perfect for summer.

This scent is just to cool; blind bought it through online after receiving it smell it whooaaa it just to COOL to wear. Using it in any condition and any type of attire, no regret.

Love this one, its very nostalgic to me since its very similar to Benetton Sport Men (1999) but has a much better performance and overall quality. Brilliant summer juice!

Smells amazing, very fresh and pleasant, some kind of lemon and grapefruit mixed lightly together and the outcome is a very likable scent. This is my new summer perfume!

Pretty dang good smelling. Really enjoyable summer frag with surprisingly good longevity. Think I would have been more impressed if I already didn't own/smell Lacoste L-12-12 White...which this CK slightly reminds me of.(only the Lacoste is better IMO) Granded, it doesn't have the florals of the Lacoste which really make it a terrific and unique little gem of a scent. But something in the way that the sweet and slightly creamy citrus is done in here instantly reminded me of L-12 White.(which is a very good thing) So not ground breaking or even incredibly interesting....but definitely a slight and welcomed departure from the "usually" summer scents. Great buy at $23 for a 100ml also!

It's quite different from previous Summer editions. Starts with a bright grapefruit, thankfully doesn't turn sour, it's almost like a soda. Then the cypress arrives with some pepper, it smells like the outdoors, summer (duh!)and vacations on a carefree island. But the whole composition is light, it doesn't project that much. It could definitely be a whole new separate fragrance. Even though I like it, it lack some core, something to push it forward. Like a pretty, fresh, clean thing that never leaves its comfort zone.

Please be aware that the super high review on this scent (4.40 as of 10/10/2017) is probably extremely misleading. This is a solid, maybe a bit above average, scent for daytime use on hot days. A soft aquatic scent with a bit of fruitiness. Longevity is 2-3 hours on my skin with low projection. It's sort of cheap ($30ish in the US) but it's a dumb reach before the beach or something. Better for a younger crowd. A 6/10 for me. Not bad but not worth seeking out.

A hidden gem from the ck house, I thought at first that it was kinda feminine on the opening but you'll get used to it after a while and the dry down gets masculine. Smells like a citrus lotion at first. All in all, thus can be a signature scent in the summer. Definitely different from many others.

Just got this juice in the mail about 10 minutes ago, my first fragrantica swap. I should probably wait for the drydown to post, but I'm just so excited! It definitely smells like summer. I am glad a can get a faint woodsy vibe from it too, and citrus. Great first swap!

So we know that none of the modern CK scents last more than 4 hours but this smells so damn good I will overlook that. Marine,green, fresh and slightly sweet. A true feel good/pick me up type of scent. Fun and playful for casual times and unforgettable summer events.

Random Eternity Summer Flanker which is surprisingly good. This has been consistent in my summer fragrance rotation. Overall, very nice. But I won't be mad once I finish that bottle, just pick up another summer time freshy if needed.

Agree with all the positive comments here but I get monstrous performance from this, I think people should try sleeping with this on, they will find when they wake up with a fresh nose it will still be there.

I use this as a car spray, or room freshener. It's quite good for that, but I don't like to wear it. What I don't like is probably the marine/sea accord. Edit: I've smelt this marine accord in other fragrances (e.g. AdP Mirto) and it is very nice, probably too unbalanced in this instance. I tried washing off the EfM with a bit of soap and water and found it improved, actually enjoyable.

i just bought this and i am loving it.. i don't usually buy anything instantly.. but this was a winner.. i was about to buy the female version.. coz i am a lady ..but i happen to test the mens one and fell in love with it instantly.. and bought it straight away.. it was on a good offer too ..so i didn't hesitate.. its what i ve been searching for for this hot summer which reaches 40 c + on a very dry place.. so i think this will work beautifully..i ve been searching for a citrucy ..crispy.. clean.. aromatic.. slightly sweet scent.. for a long time.. i do enjoy grapefruits.. its not a prominent grapefruit note ..but i just liked the whole compositions.. its crisp.. light.. aquatic ..ciruty cooling a bit salty.. aquatic and woodsy.. a bit floraly a bit..hmmmmmm i don't know its just so fresh.. yet pungent and tart.. and mesmerizing.. opulent in its own way..dry.. and non nosiating ..its bright yet subtle.. its so alive.. fresh and perfumy.. i ve always loved the original eternity for men ..so there is a hint of that in the base notes ..that so faintly appear every now and then.. its easily a unisex fragrance ..its great for hot dry weather conditions.. a great everyday perfume.. for work or leisure something refreshing.. crisp ..yet with a character.. its not just a plain summer cologne like 4711 sent.. its a more refined ..summer sent.. reminds me of high end designer mens colones.. like au suvage from dior.. and it reminds me of the la jardein from the hermes line and its flankers.. there is something so sophisticated.. so pure.. refined.. gentle.. and classy about it ..no jasmine no rose no gourmands..no nonsense.. just plain woods.. musks.. citruce and a bit of love..

If only I could get more than 30 mins out of this stuff it would be top notch. Update- It is now middle of march 2016 and my 1st wearing of this for the year since maybe fall of last year. I am getting much better performance out of it this wearing how ever, i have 2 females that call me to their line every night to smell me. They say i am the best smelling guy they ever met. I dont have a signature so i switch it up every day and sadly to say they were a bit disappointed tonight. They could smell me but told me i need to do better lol . lanuit , bleu de, versace ph and sauvage drives them crazy. Sad to say but its probably about to hit ebay. 99% full anyone interested inbox me

I tested today and I can say smell nice. Right after spray on my skin I smelled strong Fresh aquatic-marine and Grapefruit. Few minutes musk and light pink paper smelled. I did liked it, but not sure if I wanted to buy yet. I will have to test more few time. Also other limited summers version coming from other brands so have to compare to see best option. In my opinion this is better summer version from CK then past few year they released.

Anyone know when this will be released??? I'm curious as to the driftwood and salty notes listed.

A dependable mix of notes that works rather well in the summertime heat. Good longevity too.
