Nocturnes de Caron Parfum

หลายปีมานี้ เกิดเรื่องขึ้นมากมายทั้งสุขและทุกข์ แต่ไม่เคยมีวันไหนเลย ที่เธอจะไม่ปรากฎขึ้นในขณะของความคิด เรื่องราวมากมายเหลือเกิน เวลาผ่านไปช้าเหลือเกิน ใช่ว่าที่ผ่านมาจะไม่มีรอยยิ้มเลย เพียงแต่ว่าทุกรอยยิ้มช่างไร้ค่า ราวกับเป็นรอยยิ้มในความดํามืดไม่มีใครได้พบเห็น Nocturnes de Caron พาใจให้ล่องลอยไปกับความหลัง ที่ยังคงแจ่มชัดในห้วงคํานึง หม่นหวาน และทรงพลัง กลิ่นอัลดีไฮด์ไม่ได้ช่วยให้ทุกอย่างโปร่งเบาขึ้นมาเลย ยิ่งซ้ํา ยิ่งย้ําให้ล่องลอยอยู่กับเศษซากของอารมณ์ บางครั้งบางที เราก็อยากจมจ่อมอยู่กับเรื่องที่ผ่านมาแล้ว จึงแต้มไว้เบาๆที่ข้อแขน ไม่ใช่จะโอดครวญเพื่อย้อนคืน เพราะก็รู้ดีว่ามันเป็นไปไม่ได้ รู้ดีว่ามวลดอกไม้ที่ผลิกลีบ แบ่งบานถึงเวลาก็ต้องราโรย เหลือไว้แต่เถ้า

This perfume smells expensive, like old money (not literally). It isn't something you'd wear on a daily basis, it's more for events, perfect for formals. Smells like what'd you think elegant women in the 60's smelled like, the smell is good and vintage. The smell is very strong so you got to make sure you don't overdo it. Overall this perfume is really good if you want to smell expenisve and elegant.

Nocturnes reminds me of Lanvin's Arpege but has somewhat melancholy mood. Also more oily and misty. If Arpege had a body oil in its line, it'll smell like this.

My mom had it in the 1980s. She positively denies she had any French luxury perfumes, but she definitely had this one, Rochas Femme and Nina Ricci's Fleur. She did not wear perfumes, therefore she does not remember. She got them as a gift from a family friend who was a doctor, working on the ships going overseas. I was a little girl and fell in love with perfumes just from those 3 bottles. Last month I was in France and bought 3 bottles of pure parfums in exactly this bottle on the auction. I own a lot of vintage pure parfums and do not normally wear them as they are too heavy and too vintagy. I decided to wear this one to the office today for better understanding and surprisingly, I can not say it smells old lady. It is shrilly green floral, almost spiky acid green. I think it is green notes, LOTV, and lily on the aldehyde arrow. Also, it smells very expensive and complex. Bravo, Caron.

I found a vintage bottle of this at an estate sale yesterday for $25. I'm wearing it today, and it is heavenly! I don't usually go for vintages, but I'm glad I snagged this one!
