smells a little like strawberry to me...with something slightly minty in the drydown. No ambroxan... hurrah! It's quite soft but remains as a slightly projecting skin scent for a v long time. Pretty. Probably the prettiest from the caprice range. Sophie is a more obvious and slightly tropical floral, Marie blueberry and patchouli and Jeanne I couldn't get on with because of the ambroxan (sorry). I haven't worn in warmer weather but imagine this would be just the right balance of pretty floral fruity and refreshing...not cloying and not just a summer citrus...think summer wedding guest :).

This is so slept on!! This is quite unique and even though it doesn’t state it , I get a hint of a warm milk in the background and maybe some slight birthday cake batter. I get pear and fruit with some vanilla and that warm milk note/ cake I detect. Not a blind buy but definately a sweet/gourmand lovers fragrance even though its not considered so .

CdJ opens with this fleeting sigh of fruit, so indistinct at first—like the synthetically sweet scent of shampoo lingering in damp hair. But slowly, the fragrance ripens on skin, unfurling into the freshest blackberries, dark and glistening, still kissed by morning dew. Not the candied kind, nor the dense syrup of preserves—these are plucked straight from the bramble, their sweetness laced with a delicate, almost aqueous clarity. Creamy sandalwood hums beneath, smoothing the edges, lending a quiet, lactonic warmth. It doesn’t smother, doesn’t overtake—just lingers, soft as a whisper, as the berries fade into the air.

The person who decided to choose Blueberries to describe this scent- I wonder has that person ever smelled a real blueberry? (which is a heather family and not a bramble, and has a very particular smell) This is a clear raspberry and -ok, a blackberry on the opening, but definitely not a blueberry. The watermelon is not super photorealistic and much more artificial than I expected - it`s as if you bought a watermelon scented hand cream- and this powdery whiff is also very "hand creamy". Overall, a pleasant, happy fruit+powder scent, pretty much raspberry and watermelon hand cream. Nothing wrong with that.

The watermelon note makes this something special. Safe blind buy for fruity lovers or any young woman in your life.
