Signature Summer Legacy

What a beautiful perfume of fresh & creamy, white florals! Very delicate and floral feminine blend that dominates with a sweet lily of the valley note. This is very similar to Kate Spade’s Walk on Air (discontinued) but where that one leans more fresh & airy, Coach is more sweet & creamy (in a floral way, not fruity/milky). Surprisingly good longevity and projection with 2-3 sprays. I discovered this one too late and it seems to be discontinued which explains why I found it for sale recently at TJ Maxx (1 ounce bottle for $30). A similar but more fresh & green take on this profile is Elizabeth Arden’s White Tea Eau Fresh. But of the three perfumes mentioned here, Coach Signature Summer Legacy is my favorite!

Pretty Spring floral with a little citrus to keep it bright and a light musk/woods. No sharp edges, nice for work. I like this and Poppy Blossom as my two favorites from Coach. Poppy Blossom is a different mood, but equally nice. I wear this with a white blouse and cardigan. Definitely not unique, sometimes I don't need Tiger Orchid,gooseberries and belladonna. Sometimes I want floral or bright citrus. I've gotten compliments and others seem to smell it even if I don't.

I bought this because I've loved other Coach fragrances (and, honestly, I really liked the box...) and this one is just...alright. I expected more of a fresh, summery feel, but this smells very heavy and thick to me, and I imagine it would become pretty cloying in warm weather. While I enjoy florals, I tend not to like supersweet girly perfumes, and this leans really sweet and girly. I really should have checked the "People who like this also like" first! I like it well enough, but I can't imagine myself reaching for it often. Maybe I'll try it out again in spring and see how I feel.

The description for this fragrance needs to include or mention "Lilly of the Valley". That is clearly the main (and almost only) note for this fragrance. Pure Lilly of the Valley.

Citrus? Woods? Am I even holding the right bottle? I get lilac. Lots of lilac, with a tidge of lily of the valley and some hyacinth. In fact, my grandma used to spray a "spring flowers" Glade room spray that had these same spring blooms in synthetic form.

Rediscovered this lovely perfume, fresh floral, warm yet fresh, classy and easy to enjoy, a modern take on a stylish scent, the notes blend in nicely to create a cocktail of a summery perfume, which never forgets to be elegant also!

The actual notes I can detect: Mandarin, Muguet, Musk. Muguet is the strongest and dominant, a pinch of citrus and a half of a pinch of musk. If u like real muguet flowers, go for it:)
