Powdered Peruke

Very perfumey, gives old school vibes which is intended for this one. Definitely picking up on the hay note, can sense the cashmere and vanilla too but there's something almost giving a burnt sugar feeling. This is described as a dark sirapy scent and I wholeheartedly agree on this. It's giving dark sirap bread in a barn in the 1500's vibes. As that is what they were going for I would say that that the succeeded. Be aware that this is not a typical sweet scent, it's interesting but not a safe blind buy. It dries down after a while and then the scent profile reminds me of Lush's The bees knees (but dark sirap instead of honey). If you like that, you're probably going to like this too. The drydown is nice, very cozy after about 2hrs. 6,5/10.

Super weird, super interesting. Never smelled anything even vaguely similar to this personally. The hay jumps out on me quite a bit and is honestly just about the only single note I can specifically identify here. Kind of reminds me of the smell of guinea pig food pellets. Not sure that I even mean that in a negative way somehow. In fact, as a whole it sort of smells similar to a freshly cleaned guinea pig cage with food, hay and bedding. I can't think of anything less blind-buy safe than this. I like it but I have absolutely no clue when I'd wear it.
