Cool Water Oceanic Edition

This is not a bad fragrance as they made it out to be on YouTube. This a more darker version of Cool Water Wave, I don’t know how they did it because the notes are different leaving me to believe that they are more notes than what’s listed on fragrancica. This is a good 7/10 and will last 3-4 hours people will smell this on you up close. You definitely get the water notes and the driftwood which is a dark woody note though not as pronounced as the driftwood candles I own. I recommend this if you go to the GYM as it’s $20 but this can be a causal grab. FYI, if YouTuber say a fragrance smell bad then it’s the complete opposite.

This perfume is unique as it focuses on blue elements of this fragrances DNA it's a unique flanker which is closer to Cool Water Reborn than the original as it is lacking in green freshness replaced with standard blue fresh synthetic elements however this is done with a zesty freshness, really feeling like the deep ocean. The sillage is mild but in heavy breeze can be refreshing. It's a solid fragrance to add to the cool water line up but it's not their best. I use two spray behind the ears to get the optimal effect for this fragrance. But you could go more. But it's not something I'd douse myself in.

This is honestly an over hated fragrance. Some people will like it and some won’t. I preferably like this simple, aquatic, blue scent and I think that it is okay for the price that I got it for which was around 25 US dollars. This is a very well blended fragrance that is not very synthetic. In my opinion, this is a slightly above average fragrance just for the price.

My two female coworkers who I asked what they thought about it said it was really good. One told me to not wear it around her cause it’d make her go feral. Diabolical statement. 10/10 nobody can dislike this

Cool Water Oceanic edition is pretty far from the OG which I compared with a spray on my wrist. Oceanic is sweeter, watery and bluer than the OG with zero woody accord. With over 40+ flankers since the release of the OG, is it really possible to come up with something unique with the same DNA? In any event, I don't get any of the OG in this flanker. All that said, Oceanic is a generic, very pleasant fragrance. One of those easy reach type of scents that work anytime, any place. The aquatic accord could not be considered offensive in anyway for those who usually have concerns about seaweed, kelp, or melon-y type smells. Very fresh and would definitely be pleasing in hot weather. If you're turned off by Cool Water, give Oceanic a try. Performance is at the lower end of moderate. Good value, under $25 at discounters for 100ml, one can spray away.
