Myrrh K

At the opening, I clearly perceive pomegranate, juicy and naturalistic, like a freshly cut fruit, where the aroma of the pulp and the slightly tart peel blend into one vivid, lifelike accord. Gradually the composition unfolds into gourmand nuances, with halva coming to the forefront, enriched by notes of roasted sesame and nuts. The sweetness is very delicate, with no hint of cloying heaviness. This is very much in the spirit of Ella K, Sonia Constant has always mastered the art of balancing sweet accords. The slightly bitter almond is beautifully rendered, seamlessly intertwining with the other elements of the fragrance. Saffron appears soft and smooth, without sharpness, gently illuminating the composition with a warm, spicy glow. In the base, a subtle woodiness emerges, adding depth and dimension to the scent. The composition is crafted with finesse. It is iridescent and multi-layered , fascinating to follow as it reveals different facets over time. At the same time, it never feels loud, no single note dominates, everything sounds harmoniously and cohesively. On my skin, the fragrance develops softly, femininely, and with a touch of sensual warmth, gently enveloping me in its aura 👌🏻

Oooh this is sensual and beautiful. I was confused why she released a myrrh fragrance in summer - BUT I get it now, this is a fruity, yet creamy, warm, “floral-gourmaud” . It is very solar and yellow floral tropical in the opening with the frangipani and jasmine - with a almost shampoo like vibe, but then in the dry down it’s becomes creamier and syrupy sweet with the honey and sugar cane. It deepens on the skin with wear and becomes richer, woodier - with sweetness and luminosity remaining throughout. I was expecting a resinous, Middle Eastern vibe with this - it’s nothing like that but it’s still divine. It reminds me of Thameens Not Telling, without the tuberose and sexier. Longevity is wild - 12+ hours, projection is soft but persistent, which suits this profile nicely. Can also wear this year round. It’s so well blended and crafted. Finally something unique from this brand! I find many Ella Ks smell like exact dupes - Musk is Glossier You/Fleau de Peau, Carmelia - exact dupe for Linterdit Rouge. But this is quite unique

If you love two things 1) Ella K’s luminous floral compositions and 2) her signature clean, woody, Iso E Super accords; Myrrh K will be right up your alley. However, if you're expecting a myrrh-dominant fragrance, you may walk away disappointed. On my skin, the myrrh plays more of a soft supporting role vs. being the star of the show. What you get instead is a beautifully blended fruity-floral gourmand with a soft woody base. And honestly? I’m not complaining this is stunning and very much on brand with the Ella K DNA. The combination of date, honey, and rose gives me a similar feeling to Jardins de Misfah, but this leans noticeably brighter and less dense. It has that same sensual sweetness, just with more light and lift. The overall effect is sexy, feminine, and effortlessly sweet without feeling heavy. It’s the kind of fragrance that’s easy to reach for and hard to put down. I can honestly see this being someone's signature fragrance. This will absolutely be on repeat for me.

This is pleasant. I even get a faint coconut note on the drydown. I dont smell a kot of myrhh either. Its more floral.

The worst Myrrh perfume I ever tried. Weak, and with unrecognizable myrrh, just a sweet something. Very disappointing. Headspace Myrrh is 100 times better!

Initially I enjoyed this. The opening was gorgeous with the florals, light fruity elements and subtle gourmand tones running throughout but as it dried down I started to not enjoy it due to the overwhelming woods and iso e super notes. I don’t like woody scents or a heavy use of iso e super, I find that note abrasive so that’s why it didn’t work for me which I was bummed about because upon first spray I thought it was going to be a love. The only feedback I got on the scent was that it was “too much”. And I can agree with that as I kind of feel like the perfume wore me instead of me wearing it but really it’s just not my type of fragrance profile. I will say it has great performance and longevity, I gave it a full day wear out and about running errands and it lasted well.

I’ve been obsessed with Ella K Musc K for soooo long (I’m on my 4th bottle) so as soon as I saw they dropped Myrrh K, I knew I had to get my nose on it. Definitely was not expecting to fall madly in love with this masterpiece.... But it 100% stole my heart. Its insanely unique and I’ve never smelled anything like it so I bought a bottle on the spot, and I have absolutely zero regrets. It’s been three weeks since my purchase, so I’ve had a while to sit with this fragrance......and can confidently say THIS IS EVERYTHING!!! Chic, Sexy, Ethereal, Addictive beyond belief, and I get a SOLID 16 HOURS on my skin with the most heart melting dry down that will make others lean in closer. Sonia you are an absolute LEGEND

Sweet myrrh with tonka, vanilla, dates. The floral notes are noticeable, I get a lot of jasmine. It is an elevated Good Girl that feels modern and complex. Unfortunately, on my skin the "woodsy notes" read like tons of nasty, toxic Amberwoods and Ambroxan. This is a hammer against my nose and sinuses.
