just like the bottle, this scent is youthful, funky but not in a bright (citrusy) way it is versatile but good to wear during Fall-Winter Carolina Herrera Bad boy without the cacao and add a little bit powder this is the first time I bought this brand and Im so impressed with it price/performance (it projects and lasts so well, same level with Paco Rabanne) very solid, a successful blindbuy I will definitely try their next Intense version, or Fresh

It is the kind of youthful, sweet-oriental perfume, but which will not "break the mouth of the fair". Pretty ok in performance, good to wear during the cold periods of the year, otherwise it becomes suffocating. At the price of 20 €-100ml as I gave it, it is worth it, but I do not recommend above this price. To this day, Ungaro pour l'homme III remains the "flagship" of this house.

This is very nice! It smells fresh but sweet in a masculine way. It’s a good casual choice for winter days (but good for evenings too). On my husband’s skin it’s pretty linear, but has good longevity. It may be a bit too intensive for some, but i like it. I think it’s great value for the money and i am thinking about buying my husband a bottle for christmas. He thinks it smells like Sumatra Rain but i think it has a similar vibe to Bad Boy. Anyways, pleasant scent in a very cute bottle. If you like, buy now, because i think it’s being discontinued, unfortunately.

I totally disagree with the more negative comments underneath. I find this fragrance very common and generic and for that reason it would not inspire me so much disgust. It is a Typical masculine woody tonka bean sweet and floury fragrance, bland, soft and uncharacteristic. I find it nice, neither more or less nice than thousands of similar fragrances. For the price you can get it though, I think it is even good.

Polo Red for peanuts. Amazingly good value. If you like Polo Red.

I was surprised with this new Ungero edition for man 2019.I dont care for bottle but i was pleasantly surprised how wearable and easy but again how i can fell it true good half of day.Its cheep parfume and Ungaro is not my cup of tee but i like this one. You can ware it all year as it has that adorable sweet Nutmeg,Tonka bean and just pinch of cinnamon and watery aromatic feel from bergamot and freshness from grapefruit. Its well cfrafted for cheep but good parfume! Originality 6,5/10 Longevity 7/10 Sillage : 6,5/10 Overall : 6,8/10 This is crowd pleaser and you will not make mistake if you buy it. Leo

This fragrance is simply an abomination. Why? Why does it exist? I know how fragrance pricing works and the cost of manufacture but they're not even trying to hide the fact it's a dud because it's brand new and hit the shelves at bargain basement prices. The awful look of the bottle should've repelled me but I'm so curious and such a glutton for punishment I never dismiss anything....Imagine if it had have been amazing? I think to myself... Wishful thinking I'm afraid, Ungaro 'Art' is a monumental stinker. Now I'm not completely apposed to this kind of chintzy vibe, the playful hubba bubba undertone and hot pink hue and screech, but COME ON!!! Speaking of Screech the bottle 'artwork' if I dare to call it that looks like someone ate a 'Saved by the bell' & 'Fresh Prince...' back2back VHS tape and projectile vomited upon it's vulgar canister. I have to assume the name is ironic and the people who produced this god awful, noxious, fugg had their tongues firmly planted in cheek at the time. 'Art' ??? I mean it's an age old and thankless philosophical concept to unravel and I often come down on the liberal interpretation...everything is art. It's a problematic label though and while I might struggle to tell you what art is, I can much more easily tell you what it isn't. This fragrance is NOT ART. It takes this kind of stink to snap me out of my hippy fence sitting on the subject. I'd rather toke a bong of sarin gas or eat landfill to be honest. Everyone involved with this fragrance should be truly ashamed of themselves. Okay breaking character for a moment it's big, over sweet, bubblegum, tonka, thing which opens offensively but dries down...well... pretty offensively. It's not got the fairground charm or vaguely interesting theme's of Ultra Male. It's a low rent, cheap version of heavy 'night' scents with tonka or turbo coumarin, also Joop fragrances like the new Wow! and others but again makes them look accomplished. Is it really that bad?....no...but like come on? Are people really out there liking this? I mean there must be but why? I'm more annoyed with the lazy, cynical, anti artistry of this fragrance. I know, I know, it's not some artisan fragrance, (it's 'exclusive' in Superdrug FFS!) it's cheap and cheerful and not aimed at me...all that stuff but I'd like something in this category not to pander to trends and make something that's not just a big, sickening, soup for a change....is that too much to ask for?

Dense wood sucks oxygen out of the air, suffocating me upon spraying. This makes it impossible to tolerate long enough to find out what the rest of the dry down has going on. I often like woody scents, especially rosewood. But there's an over-the-top aspect that recalls over-gelled hair of the Y2K era and the Axe spray that went with it. I returned it.

I understand why people say this is awful, as the opening is very offensive on too many levels to go into. Into the dry down this reminded me of Sexual Paris Pour Homme Michel Germain, which I would give 2 out of 5 stars to. I checked and indeed the main accords are very similar and I would call this a light weight version of the Michel Germain fragrance. Thus for me this is either a half or 1 star, out of 5. I recently bought Ungaro pour L'Homme III Emanuel which is amazing, and I give 4.5/5 stars to. That purchase prompted me to find this bottle, which I bought 3 years ago and tossed at the bottom of a closet, it was so unappealing that I did not even want it included in my collection. So I am revisiting it. Into the dry down it's not completely horrible. It's stunning how Ungaro pour L'Homme III Emanuel can be so good, and this so bad.

Got this free as a sample. Had it for over a year lying around unopened due to the absolutely horrendous criticism it's received. Just popped it open- and honestly, it's very pleasant. It's in the realm of CH Bad Boy, but remove all the cacao and replace it with greens, almost retro-style greens. That description (Bad Boy minus cacao) might make you think of Eros, and yes it's also similar to that. It's got a bit of a bubblegum feel, it's got greens, and tonka. I won't buy a full bottle, but the criticism is just so awful. Most people on the street who smell this on you would think "that smells great".

Emanuel Ungaro for him bottle was my blind buy and did not expect that I would be so pleasantly surprised with similarity by John Galliano Before Midnight perfume. I was actually stunned by the moment of memories which gave me this sensation of good old powdery essence. No matter the senses of imagination from the past, I could not neglect the design of a bottle that also drove me back to the end of 80's and the beginning of 90's, when the spray graffiti couture began as annotation of new millenium. Probably this fresh cittation of a style and fragrance will due this summer new paths.

oh my dahlink monsieur ungaro! you give us this and we take it back - dull uninspired generic - why bother? the bottle at least shows some imagination! enjoy your retirement monsieur! tashi.

This reminds me of Lynx Africa. In the same vein as Carolina Herrera Bad Boy, Eros, but slightly more mature and old school.
