Scuderia Ferrari Black

The most well-known, experienced, loved and, certainly, most criticized imported perfume in Brazil! I used this perfume for the first time in 2010, when it was still just Ferrari Black, and it was love at first spray. I liked the output, I bought it, I loved the middle and the end of the perfume and, in me, it always had excellent performance. Then, between 2013-2014, the until then Ferrari Black went out of line and the Scuderia Ferrari Black began to be marketed, with this criticism began to emerge: the quality of the ingredients had decreased, projection and fixation had fallen too much. As I liked the fragrance A LOT, I decided to buy it anyway (thank good!) And I didn't regret it, because, for me, it had remained the same thing. I kept using it and, once, I found a promotion and bought 5 bottles of it... when it was over, I went to buy it again at the mall and was informed that it had been discontinued and that all those available on the market were counterfeit, which made me very sad. I found a trusted store selling on ML claiming to be original, I decided to buy knowing the risk of being fake, but because I was passionate about the perfume it was worth the risk. And I'm glad I did it! When receiving the perfume and checking its batch code I noticed that, in addition to being original, it is an old batch from 2018 and, apparently, very well potted, which is resulting in an EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE!!!! Believe it or not, but, in me, it has been projected WELL for about 1:30h to 2h and fixed very well for about 9h and remains the fixation close to the skin (scented aura) until about 12h. In the clothes it stays more than 24 hours, much more. For me, overall it's 10/10. It's VERY worth it. Joker perfume and with very high pleasantness.

This is officially THE grail fragrance for me. It was my first ever designer purchase and remains my absolute pride and joy. When I call it my all-time favorite, I mean every single word. The smell is GLORIOUS! Just flawless. It’s that type of scent that completely transforms how you feel the second you spray it on. Granted, the performance falls short. It’s the sole negative point of this otherwise stunning creation. However, I’ve managed to adapt: I literally keep the bottle in my pocket and reapply on the go 🤪. This is a timeless classic, the staple of my wardrobe that I always keep close at hand. I simply cannot live without it. Used to have this when I was younger, and man do I miss it, gonna definitely get it again soon. When I had it I lost it when I moved, after a year of loosing it (at which point it's been over 3-4 years since I got it) I found it and MAN was it amazing, I used it all the time, and it was strong. I used to work in the fast food industry and wore this all the time, my manager and some fellow coworkers commented and asked which fragrance I wore, they all said it's super strong, I found it hard to believe but it's probably what happens when you let it macerate that long. I must say, I could see this as almost everyday, every occasion, like Versace Eros, except this one is nice and hidden, just how I like. You could wear this to the office, clubbing, school, gym, casual, beach, mountains, quite literally everything. Of course, I understand this isn't for everyone, but if it's for you, you're gonna love it!

A little confused with the reviews on this fragrance. I picked this up for $30, could easily wear it 4 seasons, it’s a lady killer, the opening is gorgeous imo. And again, not Dior, not Chanel, not creed, Ferrari. Leave all the bottles for me, some of yall are nuts. Also, the lack of longevity is greatly exaggerated. I’m easily get 6/7 hours from this, on skin. Wouldn’t ask for more. Please smell this before forming an opinion. It is a fresh, clean, day scent with massive versatility. The worst one should be able to say is the scent is not for them or it’s boring. For a car company, this has no business being as well done as it is. 4.5/5 for me, basically boss bottled, not an oiriginal dna, but I’ll take something done well again than done bad first.

Beautiful bottle, fantastic sprayer, gorgeous juice💖 Exactly the same experience as the reviewer Nitrib below. Ordered Black and received Scuderia, and actually happy the mistake was made. It is essentially the same scent, which I love, but a little brighter on the top notes (the plum is the star, as it is in Ferrari Black). It stays quite close for most of the wear so the projection isn't what some would prefer. What I particularly enjoy about the Ferrari Black and Scuderia fragrances is that they are unique. I don't find them close to anything I've smelled before, including anything Boss has done. Easily my favourite car brand fragrances.

I get the Boss Bottled similarity in this but this has more of a bubblegum sweetness to it I would say. I think this smells like root beer or Coca-Cola. I see this at discounters everywhere and it's worth getting if you don't have it and if you like sweet scents. This is some good stuff and it lasts all day. It's a new must have for me and I recommend it to friends that aren't deep in the fragrance game. I give this an 88/100.

I haven't smelled anything like this. It's a very masculine sweet and also very sexy.I love it.It is one of my favorite cheapies that I have.it will get you attention and make you loved.Definent buy if you like the notes associated with it. Have been looking for something that has that plastic-like note found in Bvlgari black. This somewhat has that note. Great value, though only lasts for 4-5 hours before fizzing out. Still, I like it a lot.

Actually i ordered Ferrari black and got Scuderia black. Scuderia is a little bit more citrusy at the first minutes, and thats all. This is the same old (and good) smell.

I originally had the "Ferrari Black" bottle in its original guise before they rebranded to this "Scuderia" version. It was a Christmas gift from my parents when I was a freshman in high school. I knew nothing about fragrance, I just liked cars and thought, "wow, something from Ferrari! I'd like that!" - I wore it through Junior year when I think I lost the bottle somewhere, and just decided to pick this rebranded version up on Amazon for ~$20 or thereabouts to relive old memories. The scent is quite a bit on the weak side, it will last on clothes a little bit longer but don't expect more than a few hours out of it before it dries down to something barely detectable. The opening hit is a big shot of that apple, but honestly it settles down to a vanilla/woodsy mix after about 20-30 minutes. My wife who'd never smelled it before described it as "Pleasant. Mall safe." Yup. One thing though, when I put it on it immediately transported me back to that Christmas morning when I was 14 years old. My parents had also gotten me Project Gotham Racing for the original XBOX, and I remember spraying this on and playing that game all morning pretty much straight into dinner. Cars and motorbikes have remained a big passion of mine up until now (my mid 30s) and I still remember that Christmas morning with that game and this scent as a purely happy, care free moment in my adolescence where nothing at all was worrying me. Smelling this brings me back, even if it's not particularly great, or memorable. Just as an ending note, the bottom of the bottle says 79% alcohol concentration - There must be a good amount of water in here because I highly doubt there's 21% of anything resembling oils/aromachemicals hahaha.

I know the fragrance community tends not to "big-up" the Ferrari house BEFORE the amazing Essence line came out (Chad from A Gentleman's Journey on Youtube has done well to put the proper recognition on these more recent Ferrari releases). However, to me, Ferrari was a budget-friendly house for the young-uns back in the day. Ferrari Black (now Scuderia Ferrari Black) was one of these cheapies. I will tell you now, this fragrance reminds me of 2 that I've experienced: 1. Dolce & Gabbana's The One - not in smell but in how it performs and projects - Ferrari Black has a warm, sweet-spicy and slight woody appeal to it like The One (I'm not saying it smells like The One, it just follows a similar pattern) - and it shares the same RESERVED projection of The One; for me, I feel like I have to spray 8 times minimum for people to notice I'm wearing this. It follows that it then shares the same versatility as The One since it is never loud enough to outright offend others 2. Burberry London - Ferrari Black, to my nose, does smell similar to this fragrance but it is missing the tobacco smell and obviously doesn't project or last as long - Also doesn't have the more obvious leather smell from London - however, other than that, to my nose they give that similar "warm and inviting, Christmas-Winter scent" smell Overall - the smell of this fragrance is good but the projection and longevity keep it from being something you'd value more than the $20 you'd pay for it. For what it is, it's a good all-year-round scent especially if you're a young one starting out in the fragrance game.

After the initial alcohol blast I smell Coca Cola (the slight hint of vanilla, the tiny bit of spice- a hint of cinnamon- and some pale flowers and wood and spice. Pleasant. Under 30. Fades quickly, doesn't change much. Most frags sweeten and fade quickly on my skin, this is masculine but not aggressive all, its nice and not threatening. I have read Maurice Roucel composed this but it is very uncharacteristic of what I would expect from him. It also barely projects and has negligable sillage - but this is August in Alaska and my kitchen is 67 degrees and its two degrees warmer at work. So I would say Spring to early Autumn because spicy is not what you expect in summer-except in the south or southwest. For the price its a very worthwhile scent for running off to the gym and much better than Axe, even that chocolatey scent if you are a teen. 7/10overall including bottle, sprayer, scent, originality played in 5/10(average). Not niche, totally acceptable in 95 percent of situations you could be in......not loud at all and totally appropriate for a job environment of almost any sort. Great value not to pass up. Not a masterpiece but a great value for the price and it would be a really good no loss blind buy. Nice bottle, nice sprayer, all in all very pleasing and very well though out and certainly able to reach a wide audience of ages and situations. Boozy, spicy, peppery and aromatic. Woody dry down.Very well done.

I recently received a sample of this fragrance from Beautyspin, I believe, and find it to be a pleasant-smelling lightly warm-spiced, fruity fragrance, with amber and vanilla pushing forward in the drydown. Other than detecting apple, the fruits have a generic quality as do the warm-spices. While you're not likely to stand-out wearing this fragrance, you will smell good...and it is people pleaser. Performance was moderate on my skin; 5-6 hours of longevity and an arms-length of projection for the first 90-minutes. Does this fragrance remind me of Hugo Boss Bottled? Absolutely...they share a similar vibe, but I wouldn't say they are identical scents. In the end, I have Boss Bottled so having this one in my scent armory is a bit redundant. But that's just my opinion and your mileage may vary. A 1-thumb up like for me.

Had a bottle of this a few years ago and decided to get a bigger one from a discounter for the price at $18 (tester) per 4.2 fl.oz. Great proposition, smells great, and one to spray when you come out of the shower. It lasts about an hour to two hours and sits very close to my skin after the first 20min. Would recommend it to a spray-and-go situation like the gym, and adjust your sprays heavily to perform somewhere okay. Again, smells great but has poor performance. Bought Hugo Boss (original EDT #6) and these two smell exactly the same, with Boss performing a little better. Result: gave it to a friend that had no fragrances and said it used to be his favorite a while back.

As another reviewer suggested the scent profile bears some resemblance to cola with its dependence on cinnamon, vanilla and citrus. I find that the amber at the base of this fragrance gives it some extra warmth, which with the vanilla, that makes it a fresh fragrance that works well in cooler weather. Yes, this fragrance also bears a strong resemblance to Boss Bottled but not quite as good.

For me, this smell like Cola Plum flavour (If something like this would exist) + PEZ Candy in it. I just tried it, cause some very special action. Even one note on it, was: You smell like a candy. For me especially PEZ candy. Not so bad, but nothing with wow effect. Driven from Dunhill is far better clone of Bottled types of scents. Good like reserve juice on the table.

Smells like a slightly sweeter floral tinge of Boss bottled. That's dead on, since I own full bottle of Boss I am going to pass on this. It also feels a little more synthetic or of less quality. Longevity projection about the same maybe a little less. It does go more towards the floral side on dry down. 6/10 overall.

This Ferrari Black is a real head-turner. It's got this sweet and spicy vibe that's really alluring. The cinnamon is definitely there, but it's not overwhelming. It dries down to a nice warm vanilla scent. Perfect for evenings out.

This is a very similar kind of scent to Boss Bottled. It's not a copy, not exactly the same, but very similar. It's pretty weak and doesn't last long. Pretty cheap, okay for a blind buy teenagers Christmas present.
