Scuderia Ferrari Light Essence Bright

I saw this at Burlington for $20 and I mulled over it for a while, left it, came back and it was still there. This is definitely not something you see at the rack stores often. I had never even heard of it. I looked at notes and reviews and the reviews are super positive This has a great, amazing fruity opening. Peach and pear are immediately evident, and very well done notes in this fragrance. It's as if someone cut up some fruit- peaches, pears, some lemons and a few berries and that's what you get for the opening. The sea notes, tea, and especially floral notes blend very well with the fruity opening. The fragrance is well blended, fresh and very bright. It makes me happy to spray it on. The opening is so fruity but not overly sweet. The tea is a great note to include. This is a nice, fresh fragrance for a warm day. It's nice to put on after a shower. For a freshie, this is quite unique. Definitely unisex. Depending on your skin it can be feminine or masculine. Certain notes in this come out on my skin, making it more masculine. The fruits in this are amazing and this is a truly interesting find. I definitely will be breaking this out in the spring. It's a very interesting freshie. Grab it if you see it!

First blast is as fresh as a morning during springtime. This is delicious. Heaven. A fruity heaven! Lemon is the first and most obvious note, zingy and full of spark but then the peach arrives bringing a sweet note taming down the citrus. Later the pear blends all the fruits creating a sweet, velvety perfection. At this point I want to bite and eat my arm! After the fruity symphony a shy green tea mingles with sandalwood. And the unthinkable happens, the fragrance gets even better. This is seriously too much to handle, it is too good. It's uplifting, attractive, clean, beautiful. I wonder why this fragrance didn't get more attention? But on the other hand, perhaps that's a good thing for the few who discovered this hidden gem.

This peach-at-the-beach is fresh and delicious! A very fresh breezy lemon with other fruity nuances makes this so yummy and uplifting in the heat. If I smelled this on someone I would think "wow, their shampoo smells amazing!" I think it's unique-and listed as unisex, but if I hadn't found it on Fragrantica I would have believed it was for women- not to say this wouldn't smell fantastic on a man:) Light Essence Bright is so pleasant- peach and pear, blended beautifully and not over the top with the water note- fresh, clean, and with all-day Longevity-6-8 hrs. Update: wow this stuff really projects! I wear it to work and I get to smell shower fresh all day:)

This is just really the best bargain find- a true gem of the freshie category!! Unisex like a fantastic shower gel but actually kind of morphs allowing the fruits and flowers to bloom out in the nicest way. I feel very inoffensive wearing this to work- I’m a therapist working close to others and it doesn’t read as a “perfume” at all. But I keep getting wafts of watery pear/peach and almost a dewy grass vibe all day. Love this. It’s my go-to for work days!

Frity floral & fresh for sure. Perfect sillage & pretty long longitivity when used as an eau de toilette yet what it is. I can really get the usual light essence notes which I actually prefer for not being so citric but this frag is perfect for hot days. It gives a feeling from stepping out of a nice fresh shower. The whole day & more on your clothes. I found out Ferrari's fragrances to be quality. Something I was really surprised by. Grab with without any doubt if you can have it cheap, it's a very good deal for Summer & more. Funny how so many people will turn to classic Calvin Klein's fragrance or even worth Tommt Hilfiger's non quality colognes for the Summer & hot weather while there so many better fragrances to wear.

Lemon tart with fruit toppings served on a shaded terrace at a sunny beach. This fragrance reminds me of remote Italian beaches, I just breathe it in an it cheers me up. There's lots of lemon, but the pear and peach make this a rather sweet, not overly crisp scent. For a unisex fragrance this one is leaning heavily on the feminine side, wearable mainly during the day and in warm weather. Its sillage is moderate and the only downside I found is that it doesn't last long on me, it's gone withing 2-3 hours. Overall a nice fruity, refreshing scent for a sunny afternoon at the poolside.

This has to be one of the most surprisingly positive blind buys I have ever made. This stuff is definitely unisex and I actually think it probably leans slightly more feminine, but it is amazing. This is spring in a bottle. If you find this one at a Ross (like i did) or marshals, do yourself a favor and buy it.

This is probably the only Scuderia Ferrari I hate so far. After enjoying Light Essence Acqua by Ferrari, I expected this to be peachy, smooth, fresh scent. This is synthetic, chemical and straight up reminds me of window cleaner I got from Dollar Tree. I decided to macerate it for over a month then tested it and still despised it. I occasionally spray once or twice as an area deodorizer, nothing more. I recommend Light Essence Acqua by Scuderia Ferrari as it reminds me of D&G Light Blue (for women). Under the Scuderia Ferrari division, this fragrance was released to break the existing concepts that the target audience of the brand should be only the men. Light Bright Essence was the first unisex fragrance from the brand, which brought the white as the sum of all shades of the spectrum, representing the encounter of both genders. And based on this principle, it is much easier to understand its performance on the skin. Consists of output notes of lemon, blackcurrant, and pear; in the heart, notes of velvety peach, marine accord, green tea, and sun-dried flowers and, in the base, notes of musks, sandalwood, and Pagoda, which is a Japanese exotic tree. Once sprayed on the skin, the perfume is intense and citric, in which the lemon nuance looks like it comes from the lemon rind than from its juice. The pear is quite evident, while the floral tones are more subtle. The unisex facet is due to the smell of the base already evolved, with slight Woody nuances and the clean and alive smell of the musks that were used. Unfortunately, the Brazilian stores demonstrate a total lack of preparation by selling this product as a masculine scent. The information that it is unisex when it exists only comes through a brief description, which makes that the product does not reach the desired amount of sales or calls the women's attention. Light Essence Bright has low projection with median longevity, exuding a faint citrusy-musky scent at all times. If the brand decided to refocus and put this fragrance in a delicate bottle, selling only for women, I think it would make more success. I believe that on the female skin, the result should be very tasty and wonderful for everyday use. After all, who said that women don't like the feeling of danger and speed?

CAUTION: If you don't like gender benders, stay away. If you don't like florals, stay away too. If you are still reading then you are looking at a good freshy! If you follow my reviews, I like florals and fruits. Anyway, I get tired (or bored) of lemon, orange, and aquatic dominate MEN freshy scents SOMETIMES:). Here, you have fresh peeled peach skins and a pear note, a fresh green tea in the heart, and a foundation or very present background of florals. The florals, to my nose, is similar to that of a unisex (everybody in the family) body wash or soap. The sandalwood is not a major player, if at all. The musk seems like a white musk; very light. Really projects nicely in high heat outdoors, so that is a huge plus. You will get compliments or comments such as, "You just showered?", "You smell fresh!", " You wash your hair?" etc. All year gym scent for male and female, all year bedtime scent, good all year office scent (non offensive and light, as the name suggests). Basically, a crowd pleaser scent. Surprisingly, the projection is very good. It's 4 to 5 ft. first 2 hours then arm length another hour. This is with 5/6 sprays. It becomes a very present skin scent after that. Longevity is 4 to 6. 7/10 overall. It would be higher, but this is a fragrance that will not 'WOW!!" every wearer. In the bathroom of a nice bed and breakfast in the Italian country side. The bathroom is very nice, almost like a hotel, probably recently remodeled. Raised vessel sink, wood framed mirror, blue tiles. Fluffy folded bath towels sitting on or in a wicker basket/chest. From the window, you can see out over the garden and the estate's greenery. The rest of your room's interior is tastefully procured in European style, like a museum cafe, or non-pretentious coffee shop. Wooden floor, thick fluffy bed covers. As you familiarize with the room, you find one of the wooden drawers is filled with a young lady's panties, whites pinks, lacy, some with frilly edges. Hm, maybe the daughter of the family here uses this room too. Outside is a small orchard, part of the home's garden. On one side are rows of lemon trees, and on the other are rows of peach trees. You take a walk through them and you get that bit of lens flare through the leaves of the trees, stinging your eyes when you look toward the sun. You come back into you room and plop on the bed for a nap.

This smells awesome, but in no way masculine. It’s definitely fruity, peach is in there as described. The dominant note, though, is floral. Heavy heavy floral. I don’t mind floral as a back note, in fact it’s sometimes great, but I cannot pull this one off with how feminine it is. I may just gift it or use as a bathroom spray, it was a little over $20 so j can’t say I’m upset about not wanting to wear it.

Ferrari Light Essence Bright is very dew-y and green... it has a wet texture and smells completely like fresh cut grass. I think the peach is giving it the thick, pulpy "dew" like texture. I can definitely see where someone would say this smells like Pledge or floor cleaner. This has the BEST sprayer I've ever used. Easy to pump and a beautiful mist.

One word: peach. FEMALE fragrance. It brings me to the 'Kaiak' for ladies ('Natura'). It also reminds me of 'Floratta in Gold' ('O Boticário'). I regret having bought; it's throwing money away. Never again. Update. Women do love this scent. I've been praised several times.

It is like going to a garden of pear trees with full of beautiful flowers. It makes you happy.I love it !
