This amazing scent is very well done after first sniff in the opening the closest thing i can think of this being to is turathi brown which smells like ysl tuxedo but minus the darkness and the dry smokeiness its much lighter with added rose slightly more floral and slighlty sweet its not too crazy overpowering and loud it sits closer to skin which makes it even better to wear specifically for this type of scent its still long lasting the dry down has a almost slight aromatic note added but this just smells well done and sophisticated could be worn everywhere which I think makes it a safe blind buy

I have to thank The Fragrance Viking for not gatekeeping this banger. I blind bought it on his recommendation and my initial sprays made me go "Meh!" - but I came back to it yesterday and WOW! Just WOW!!! My daughter went "OHMERGAAAAAAD!" and bought two bottles and has been rocking this along with the Liquid Brun she stole from me. This is a Schmoop of a Harrods only fragrance - and I revisited it yesterday....and "OHMERGAAAAAAD!", easily one of the most balanced, refined and interesting frags I own. If you want to smell all "sophisticated and shit" this is the bollocks!

At first this fragrance was not very good. I sprayed it about 15 times shook it around and stuck it in my cabinet for a month. Came back to it recently and what a change! It oxidized or matured or whatever people call it. No matter the phrasing this thing is awesome now. I get about 6hrs with good projection 8hrs skin. What a great dupe of Brompton Immortals.

Alright, here’s the honest review. I’ve work this fragrance for the past three days so I would have proper time to judge the longevity, projection, and scent. So let’s begin The scent: Very rose forwards, which it settles into almost immediately. It took me about a day to get used to it, since it’s a very realistic rose scent, not light and airy. It’s pungent, for some it may be off-putting. It has that earthy-floral, scent, not light airy floral. Which in my opinion makes it far more masculine leaning. The opening notes hardly appear, quickly replaced by the scent or rose and the slightly less apparent scent of vanilla. The base not support the fragrance well, as you hardly notice they’re there, but it makes it more complex than a simple “rose and vanilla” fragrence. It adds background noise. Not distracting, not loud. The performance: A solid 4-6 hours, you’ll go nose blind quickly but I had a comment on it at the 4 hour mark, it’s still there I promise. Seems to fade around 6, which isn’t bad. Enough for an evening in or out. Not an all day fragrence though. Projection isn’t amazing, but I believe it’s intentional. With most rose fragrances it’s meant to be sensual, close to the skin. Only noticed by those intended to notice it. Honestly, I like it a lot. Solid buy, I think it’s blind buy safe in the fact that you won’t REGRET buying it and I can almost gaurentee you’ll use it for some occasion, you just may not love it because of the pungent rose scent.

Nose Note #847 I guess I still need some time with it. At first I quite liked it. I love the note of rose, different kinds of it, but it has to be masculine enough. This one is on the edge. It's almost masculine, but then something about it weighs rather feminine. It's more than slightly sweet, and I don't like this about it so much. For example, I really like Moschino Toy Boy, a very rose-dominant scent, and so long-lasting. If this was as long lasting, it would be a different picture, but it's an average runner, like many from Fragrance World. And it's not just rose, there's something like patchouli in it - not earthy, but there's something that gives this patchouli bounciness to the scent. If there's jasmine here, then it's been long time since I've smelled real jasmine, because this doesn't really remind me of jasmine. Again, I haven't quite made up my mind yet, but it's been 3-4 weeks. I liked it much more at first, now I'm not that impressed. 7.5/10, I don't feel much attraction, but it's objectively nice and special, but not niche quality

One of those where the drydown just gets better and better. Won't say this is rose dominant. The rose is only prominent on the initial spray but fades into a slightly spicy floral, balsamic, vanilla drydown which all smells very well balanced. Lasts surprisingly long on my skin. Can be a signature sent.

I honestly don't really know how to describe this other then a sweet oriental vanilla, it's like a bit spicy and sweet but also not at the same time, super interesting but definitely not bad. Performance is pretty rough though.

I'm not going to say much... I truly like it. You all know about maturation when it comes to Clone fragrances. See you in after couple on months.
