Lush Cherry

it initially smells quite strongly of incense, like the bitterness of dusty chinese corner stores.. with a hint of... armpit? but i guess not a bad one lol maybe im a freak. really strange. the tom ford one has a little smokeiness that emerges after the initial cherry, but with this it seems the other way around, and its extremely harsh and prominent. tom fords is all around so much softer, less smokey, with cherry in the forefront, but i guess this could be interpreted as being "weaker" and more feminine. this is noticeabley more "orient", to the point where in the drydown the cherriness is almost unnoticeable in comparison., until after about 4 hours both are almost just completely gone maybe i need to leave it to masturbate (¬、¬), over time i am noticing the harshness less. it does eventually dry down into a more familiar cherry sweetness, and you know what after about an hour its more or less close enough to Lost Cherry UPDATE: It's got much much closer to the original Lost Cherry in just the last week I've had it. It now opens up with cherry instead of the incense like I'd expect. It may have settled faster because its been shaking around in my bag over a vacation? sometimes it smells sweeter than on other days an it's seemingly complicated random?

Hmm... I don’t really know what I expected while I was waiting for it to arrive after ordering it. But what I got is basically an identical copy of the original (you know which one). Still, I’m not impressed, mainly because I’ve already bought the same scent, even longer lasting, from a completely random, unpopular perfume shop (copies). The packaging is nice, though, looks solid and well made. The bottle is decent too, clearly inspired by the original. Longevity? Nothing special. A few hours at best. I sprayed it, took a 2 to 3 hour nap, and when I woke up, there was almost nothing left on my hand. Maybe like 10% of the scent remained. Anyway, this scent is still my number one. After a few years of trying and testing different things, this one, together with Angels’ Share, are my signature fragrances. I’m still exploring, but I think I’ll slow down a bit, because honestly, following other people’s advice has never really helped me find something that works. Not every skin is the same, and not everyone experiences a fragrance the same way, right? Bottom line: I wouldn’t spend a huge amount on the original. This dupe is perfectly fine for the price.

Lush came to live in the cold, dark closet mid Oct. I have tested a few times, today included. I am hoping that more sit time will help its performance. I have seen where sometimes it performs on someone & other times they wear it, it does not. I have gotten better performance than what I got today wearing another time. I have both TF heavily inspired fragrances like this one. Initially I planned to only get this one bc the notes & all the reviews & comparisons. There was a flash deal on the other, so I got it first. That’s another review. I will say, I prefer this bc of the notes. I really enjoy the spice level, especially the cinnamon. I am a sucker for cinnamon in a fragrance. The cherry liquor & plum add depth to this. It is sweet, spicy, warm, and a lil powdery. It makes me go mmm when I sniff. It filled the room when I applied and it projected for a couple hours. But, I fell asleep(not feeling well), it was gone from my skin when I awoke. I can still smell intimately on my clothing though. So I am hoping for improvement bc I really like the fragrance. It would make a good holiday scent for sure. 10/10

This smells just like a spiked, mulled cider. It smells AMAZING on my husband whose body chemistry pulls out all the spice notes to tone down the sweetness. You can definitely smell the burst of fruits and cherry throughout, but with the spices it really gives this a wonderful fall scent. The next closest things to compare it to would be cinnamon apples, although I think that does miss the faint notes of liquor that accompany the scent. I cannot detect any florals in this, making it very fun fall unisex scent. On me it smelled much sweeter and less spicy so I was more than happy to pass it to my husband. With 5 sprays, it was initially quite strong, but quickly disappeared into an arms length projection, then an intimate scent hours later.

You can tell how good a dupe is by no one down voting the likeness to Lost Cherry. Whilst I only own about 12 out of 400 perfumes that are dupes, this one was deliberately sought after by me because the performance in longevity and the strength and linearity of the bubble of Lost Cherry is one of the worst from Tom Ford (yeah - go ahead and disagree - I reckon after 20 years collecting perfumes and a current line up of about 400 (with thousands passing through my hands) I reckon I have a more valid opinion). Ive tried a few others and this is probably the best. This is what Lost Cherry should be for the price. You won't be disappointed and this will be one of only a few occasions you'll see my writing such praise for a dupe.

This is actually better than Lost Cherry, it is less screechy, it is a bit darker and more unisex, as a man i can wear this even though it leans feminine, but less so compared to Lost Cherry. It is one of the rare masculine enough cherries i found apart from Bodacious, though i still have some to try, if you have some recommendations please send me a message. Performance is not monstrous, and the quality of the blend is not top notch, but really for the price you can't say absolutely nothing. It is not 10 out of 10, it is 11/10 having price in mind, it's literally a gift from Fragrance World.

I have been looking for a perfume that actually smells like cherries and I've found it in Lush Cherry! No rough edges, doesn't smell cheap AT ALL...almost like a cherry liquor with maraschino cherries in the glass. I see cherry liquor in the notes and it's definitely there. Lasts about 4 hours on my clothes and that's just fine! It's so nice... Great for going out to dinner, or out with friends, or just smelling delicious at home! The dry down is like a cherry cordial by the fireplace. If you like cherries and incense, the price says: "Try it.".

I'm usually a pureist, and you'll never catch me using a dupe, until... I have the original, and here's the comparison: Lush cherry has better performance and a much more prominent cherry note at the start, but it dries down almost identically to lost cherry. There's no point in buying something so ridiculously expensive when this is 99% the same, dare I say better, and it has better longevity. Needless to say, I will not be repurchasing the original. Also, I can overspray guilt-free.

It’s gorgeous. It’s sweet and the cherry smell doesn’t feel chemical at all. It’d doesn’t last longer than 4-5 hours but neither does the TF Lost Cherry one. It’s great for layering with other perfumes especially Eclaire from Lattafa

This smells great! I have not smelled the TF to compare how accurate it is. But as a stand-alone fragrance this is really nice. I highly recommend adding it to your collection.

Nose Note #709 Lost Cherry like we know it. Perfect. There's a 50ml version of this and it's the best price on the market. I just love it. 10/10, no cherry like Lost Cherry

This is the perfect cherry perfume for me! It's sweet and powdery but not heavy or cloying. It's also public transportation-friendly (I live in the Philippines).

Smells just like the exact thing for way less, smells like Soplica Cherry vodka to me

was gifted this by my aunt for Christmas, cause i've recently become a scenthead. she knew i was looking for a lost cherry dupe. and i do really like this one! its like shoving a bar cherry up your nose. not like a maraschino cherry, but one of those fancy ones you use in an old fashioned. the ones that cost like $20 a jar. its fruity, its kind of woody? and its nice for making you feel sophisticated. i wear it when i want to feel playful and feminine with a bit of edge. on first spray, it's really strong. and that's my biggest complaint, it comes in with a punch that might give me a bit of a headache but it really doesn't stick around. i wish it would stick around and flirt with me for a few hours instead of giving me a hard smooch and leaving. gotta say, i do really like the bottle. it is straight up just ripping off the lost cherry bottle, but it does it well. its a gorgeous deep maroon color and feels nice and heavy in your hand.

It is a very nice cherry scent :) It sometimes smells a bit medicinal in the opening but sometimes it smells like a hyperrealistic cherry. After a minute or two, a sesame-seed type of scent comes forward and is a bit bitter and creamy (which I might only point out as the bitter almond). At first it kinda scared me, but on my second spray it made me happy. It also smells a bit like incense on me, which I really like. Longevity on skin is trash, imma be honest with you. But on clothes I can take whiffs of it 7+ hours later. However, due to such nice price point (and the amount) you can over-spray without guilt, which IS effective and, as someone who lives in a tropical country, kinda mandatory. I'd say it is really office-friendly! I usually pair it with an all-black outfit, when I wear red (not ground-breaking, I know) or, overall when I want to feel a bit sexier and mysterious. Give it a try! (Not blind-buy safe tho)

I adore this!! Initially smelled TF lost cherry at Sephora a few months ago and fell in love....but not with the price tag. Determined to dupe it, I came across lush cherry! This is EXTREMELY close, like 98%. For me, the cherry pushes through a little more than the almond in the opening. But the dry down is identical. The longevity is great for me on fabric, but just like TF it isn't great on skin, but I don't mind at all. Don't buy this if you've never smelled lost cherry! It's divisive, and some ppl really don't enjoy that scent profile. Personally, I love it in all of its candied, medicinal, amaretto glory! This is a wonderful alternative for the broke gals:)

ive only ever tried TF’s lost cherry on test strips in sephora and im pretty sure this is extremely identical to it. considering how the original fragrance doesn’t last long, i settled on buying this instead. i don’t regret doing it all because this lasts long enough to me. once it becomes skin scent, i can really smell the cinnamon and the other sweeter notes. the opening obviously reminds me of boozy cherries and amaretto that are both sweets which i love the smell of. i’m glad owners of the real deal also think this dupe’s just as good if not better looking at tje previous reviews

It’s a dupe of and indistinguishable from Tom Ford Lost Cherry but also actually preforms better. Projects better and lasts longer. Plus it’s £10 instead of £150 but still really high quality. Before this I was not into dupes but you’d have to be stupid to pay and extra £140 for and identical fragrance that doesn’t perform as well. I’d definitely recommend and I’m interested in this brand now although I can only find Tom Ford dupes by them so far.

For me this is a little bit synthetic. Not like cough syrup but rather like artificial cherry flavoured hard candy. But at least you can smell the fruit and it lasts all the way. I can definitely smell the almond and liqueur notes. I like to pair it with Far away's Beyond the moon, to give it more sweetness and make it spicier. Lasts a decent while, but for me it stays closer to the skin. A good fragrance overall :)

Lush Cherry is a pleasant surprise and performs well. It’s a solid cherry scent that’s not too sweet or medicinal. In the summer: layer it with other fruity scents. Fun. In cooler weather: Lush Cherry layers nicely with Mancera Tonka Cola and enhances any fragrance with a cherry note.

Deep cherry scent.. a bit medicinal when you initially spray it but that disappears after a few seconds and it becomes a beautiful sweet Cherry that has a touch of spice to it. Layers very well with sweet vanilla scents and also fresh floral scents.

Really hash synthetic opening, but the dry down is pretty much identical to Tom Ford. The longevity isn’t great but for the money this is a great dupe for Lost Cherry 🍒

This smells a bit smoky to me in the opening, which I love. Sweet and long-lasting syrupy cherry scent.

Very surprised at all the high ratings. I was definitely NOT impressed with, and did not like, this cherry scent. It smells harsh, plastic, synthetic and medicinal to me. The price point was great, but overall there's something in the scent I find quite disturbing. Maybe it's the almond note, that never seems to sit right with me. Need to steer clear of almond and "powdery" scents. Tried mixing it with other scents, but that strange, harsh quality always came through. I will put it in my "maceration station" for awhile and hope that it becomes a scent "butterfly," but I'm not holding my breath.🍒 EDIT: spritzed this on with a layering spritz of Ameer Al Oudh to add a little smoke and...it's not too bad!

There are fresh cherries in the opening, very fruity, afterwards woody notes, patchouli and benzoin dominate. The base is way too heavy for me personally. I can't really smell the plum or flowers on my skin. It's ok, but the blending is not the best as you'd expect from a dupe.

Whoever thinks this is different to or fresher than Lovely Cherie has a very good nose. Maybe too early to tell after one day but for now it feels completely redundant to have both.

Right now this has the lasting power of a cheap body spray and smells like it too. Will let it macerate and update in a couple months.

I personally don’t like it. It was a blind buy and tge reviews looked promising but I really dislike it. It has a strong alcohol opening along with an extremely strong and nauseous inducing cherry smell, that does remind a lot of medicine. I gave it several chances and it started to make me get so sick that I needed to close my nose to apply it during the first 20ish seconds. It dries down to a cherry smell but very artificial and doesn’t last long on my skin. I would say less than an hour. Not worth the buy, especially if you never smelled it before.

Weird, people around me found it lovely, they described it as a clean sweet cherry candy scent, but for some reason I get burned plastic bags, bitter green herbal notes with some synthetic cherry notes on top of it. The burned tire/ plastic note is so strong and weird that it makes me wanna throw up when i apply the scent. I think my nose cannot perceive some aroma chemicals in it that others can, or I get that aroma chemical in a different way compared to others. Definitely Sample before buying.

Unfortunately I think this scent, or cherry scents in general, are not for me. I was really hopeful considering many people love TF Lost Cherry and this is a dupe of it, but to me it just offends my nose, maceration didnt help. I smell a bit of almond, I think the cherry is just too strong and artificial for me. My friends said it smells like cherry syrup. Definitely smells like syrup, I just don't like the scent. Could be worn day or night though.

I've had this for ages but wasn't too bothered about it, I'm not a huge cherry fan, but now I'm starting to really like it. I hadn't used it for ages until recently when I started layering it with things like Nebras, Eclaire and Choco Musk. It also goes really well with Baccarat Extrait and Hypnotic Poison. It's actually really lovely, I might be converted into a fan after all. Obviously it's a Lost Cherry dupe and it's pretty close but I haven't got them to test side by side right now. It opens up with a lovely sweet cherry. I don't really think it smelling like cough syrup, maybe for the very first couple of seconds it could be medicinal but not really. I get more of a cough syrup vibe from Side Effect. There's just something about the first few seconds that I can't explain. It reminds me of something, obviously cherry flavoured, but it's something specific. It's like a bright red cherry that I'm seeing in my mind's eye, not a dark one. Then it's cherry almond (almost like a strong scented cherry almond body lotion or something) and cherry liqueur. Then I get the cinnamon, cloves and it dries down to a vanilla, sandalwood and a hint of patchouli. I can just about get a hint of rose. After ages I get a nice almost smoky tonka but by that time it's a skin scent. Sniffing my skin up close in the dry down I can still smell the cherry liqueur, cinnamon, sandalwood, tonka and patchouli. It's sweet and spicy at the same time and smooth. That's the only issue I have with this, is the performance. It doesn't last as long as I'd like but it does project well for the time it does last. I put it on the other day and it was projecting like mad for the first hour or so and when I came back from the shop I could smell it when I got back into my building. I'd say it leans very feminine. I know it's supposed to be unisex and lots of men wear it but it's more feminine for me. I suppose anyone of any age could wear it but I can't really see many older people being into it, it's not juvenile but it's not massively mature either. 25-50 would be my guess if I had to give an age range of who would wear this.

Smells like I'm drinking a cherry slush while burning incense. I kinda love it lol It doesn't last very long on me and only projects for like an hour but it really is quite pleasant. It's definitely a "love it or hate it" scent given how distinct and strong it is but I love it and wear it almost daily.

This is actually great for the price, I feel like the notes are well-balanced, there is a prominent hint of cinnamon at the base with a lovely cherry note on top. A cute winter fragrance.
