Blind buying Miraj Exclusif was to me one of those important fragtimes, and a very successful time it turned out to be indeed! Have you ever considered what the alliance of quality hints of coffee, indolic jasmine sambac, ground cardamom, a little wafting of incense and a dollop of smooth, buttery vanilla, could do to one's senses? If you have, and the very thought of this excites you, then be roused to purchase a sample of Miraj Exclusif. Sampling this fragrance is key - don't rush into a blind buy if your heart doesn't dance to the tune of indoles and spices. There are few fragrances I could say with confidence will always have a unique place in my collection, Miraj Exclusif happens to be one of them. If you love dark, vampirish but smooth fragrances like YSL's Opium, EL's Cinnabar, etc, I can see you loving Miraj Exclusif. A strong like tipping over into love, for the books.

As the name of the og (bewitching yasmin) implies, this fragrance is literally bewitching. It’s primarily a warm, spicy vanilla with sweet jasmine and coffee in the background. However, it's not suited for the timid, as its potency packs a punch. This scent unfolds with an intense dose of extremely well-done cardamom note, accompanied by a sweet, slightly grape-y jasmine which gets stronger as it develops, subtle coffee undertones, and a rich incensy and slightly oudy vanilla base. The oud isn’t too much or the main player here. It just adds richness to the base. To fully appreciate this masterpiece, one must have a fondness for bold, spicy fragrances. Interestingly, I've compared it to Bewitching Yasmin, which I have a sample of, and the similarity is striking – approximately 90% identical, with only minor distinctions. Considering the price point, it's an exceptional value. This fragrance exudes a dark, gothic allure, making it enchanting due to its unique and mysterious quality. I would caution novice fragrance enthusiasts against blind-buying, as its distinctive profile may not appeal to everyone.

This was a very successful blind buy. It is soooooo good and grows even better the more it matures. I have never had my nose on The Bewitching so I cannot compare the two. It does remind me a little bit of Liam and BDK Gris Charnel Extrait (not a dupe at all - the cardamom note just seems similar). Miraj has the same lovely, calming cardamom as the above-mentioned, but it is much sweeter and way more feminine. I would wear this mostly in colder weather and on date night. This is my husband’s favourite perfume on me from my whole collection. Simply lovely. Update: I finally had the opportunity to test The Bewitching Yasmine by Penhaligon and it is almost impossible to tell them apart. It is also similar to Initio’s Psychedelic Love and ever so slightly similar to Tom Ford’s Noir de Noir. Not a 1:1 by any means, but in the same family. P.S. this layers extremely well with the Babycat scent profile (Eau de Audacity, Rifaqaat, Fierte).

I never had the chance to try the original, but this reminds me a lot of bdk tabac rose, with Mugler's Alien jasmin instead of the rose, and I'm super happy with this blind buy ❤️ Performance....I really don't know if maceration is a thing or not(not very familiar with arabic houses or chemistry:)) ) but as it stands, right out of the package...it does last a long time but it doesn't project a lot, which I don't mind, science this scent profile can be a lot. For the money... it's well worth it and I do not regret my purchase at all, the quality of the smell is there form the first spray until the fragrance dies down, no weird smells whatsoever. The oud in here is also very friendly, quite nice actually, goes together very well with the other notes. A statement fragrance for the cold weather ❤️

This one is just a masterpiece! It's definitely "niche" smelling; not for the masses. It starts as a blast of cardamom and incense with some faint white flower, most people will hate and find it too cloying and esoteric, but the dry down of this scent is absolutely gorgeous. It dries to a sweet incensy-woody vanilla, so addictive! Cant stop smelling myself whenever I use this fragrance. I sense little to no coffee on this, which is a bum because I love coffee notes. Usability is limited: Colder months and night time only! I like to use on date nights when i know i'll be sniffed closely. Female leaning; 25+; 10/10 for people who love statement fragrances. Not a safe blind buy, even tho i did it and do not regret

Sexy, bold & inviting !!! The oud in this is more present on skin than the OG Penhaligon's Yasmin, so deffo sexy!!! Not an everyday office scent, this is a dressed up, sexy frag. Unisex but a bit sweet (leaning fem) I just got it yesterday 3pm and the 2 sprays lasted till 2 am (until my bedtime shower). I'm obsessed and highly recommend! Update: 06/01/25 The vanilla has since intensified and I’m even more obsessed 😍! So so addictive and sexy. I feel like a hot thing when wearing this.

Smoked cardamom paired with a powerhouse vanillic oud; warmly spicy and earthy, gets more powdery as it wears on my skin. The jasmine leans indolic but it's definitely in the background. Definitely in the realm of Bewitching Yasmin, not identical, but a worthwhile dupe if you're interested. Reminds me of a very niche take on CH's Good Girl EDP. Autumn and winter only, I wouldn't wear this in spring or summer. Very strong on skin and leaves a trail.

Que belleza de perfume! Una mezcla muy equilibrada de jazmín con vainilla e incienso ,donde el incienso es el protagonista, no percibo el café , es un aroma embriagador , explosivo y a mi gusto unisex pero inclinado un poco a lo femenino, duración brutal y proyección amplia , ideal para invierno.

So.. I was very excited about it.. and now i'm dissapointed. Sexy?! It depends. Mmmm more on the herbal medical vibe dark mysterious scale.. but not literly sexy. I was expecting something less herbal vibe ( the notes did not suggest it being medical-herbal), since all the reviews were pointing on it being sexy inviting and suitable for a passionate date. But I really don't see that, since for me it's not a safe wear and I don't find it sexy enough and surely not seductive and romantic. Dard? yes. Mysterious? yes. Smokey? yes. But all these don't really mean seductive :( To my nose it's a younger and mysterious cousin of Mohra by Lattafa. Yes it's good, deep and interesting, but that's it. It's a like, not a love.

nobody is talking about the packaging. Very majestic, i absolutely love it. I dunno how these more affordable brands have very nice bottles and packing. 10/10. now for the scent it self, very niche. To me the opening is very earthy almost sage-like but i believe it was coz it was a new batch. When i sampled it on an older bottle it was more smoother and the spices was more toned down and well blended. Compared to the OG, i think the vanilla is more toned down, i'd say about 90% similar but quite fixable as i can just layer with anyone of my gourmand vanillas. Very good longevity as well, i get over 10hrs on skin, stays way longer on clothes.

I'm very new to these heavy deep Perfumes but it immediately reminded me of Click Song by Une nuit Nomade I think if you like that then you'd like this. For me personally I only wear Miraj Exclusif when there's snow ❄ on the ground and always layer with sweet gourmand vanillas. 2 sprays stays on my skin forever. Super long lasting leaves a scent trail and great projection. Absolutely smells niche to my nose but like I said I'm still very new to these heavy incensey Fragrances. I like it, seems to get slightly sweeter as your wear goes. Be careful with this one though bc it could just as easily wear you

I bought this because im obsesses to the Penhaligon’s The Bewitching Yasmine, and wanted the dupe soo much. Actually this more reminds me to the Psychedelic love, but i can feel the Bewitching Yasmine too in this perfume. What i miss is, the deepness, the creamy, the luxury behind The Bewitching Yasmine , i barely feel in the Miraj exclusif. The Miraj exclusif is a more bold alternative, something that is similar. Im not saying that this is a bad scent, no, this scent have its magic, and i actually love this magic.

as someone who's been obsessed with bewitching yasmine, i tried this out just to see if the dupe allegations were true and i can say they're like 70% accurate. its more powder forward than its original so to me, it kinda smells like if you layered bewitching yasmine with delina exclusif which smells amazing, it's just not a direct dupe. but aside from the comparison, i enjoyed it! it lasted a good amount of time and the packaging is gorgeous if you have an eye for that.

From start to finish, about 75% of the scent is incense, so let’s focus on that note. The type of incense here is not smoky. It is sharp, flat, and lacks the rich smoky depth, meaning it misses the best aspect of incense. It smells like the kind of incense note used in cheaper fragrances. After about 30 minutes to 1 hour, the note softens slightly to around 50%-60% and stays there. The issue is that it remains so strong and sharp that you barely smell anything else unless you focus. If you bought it for the coffee note like I did, it has no noticeable effect. In short 75% non smoky incense 20% vanilla 5% cardamom 4.75/10

The overall vibe of Miraj Exclusif is unmistakably the same as Penhaligon's The Bewitching Yasmine. In essence, both are a spiced jasmine wrapped in smoky vanilla-oud warmth. They are not identical, I wasn't expecting them to be, but the similarities are closer than their differences, in so much as they have nearly identical accords and note progression. Miraj Exclusif is the more affordable, bolder, slightly spicier and more aromatic interpretation. In Yasmine, the Jasmine is creamier and more luminous, the oud feels richer, more dimensional, smoother incense, with a silkier vanilla finish. Overall Yasmine is more luxurious, it has more nuanced transitions, just as you might expect given the difference in price. On the other hand, if you enjoy Yasmine, but Yasmine is not readily available to you, then Miraj mirrors the structure of Yasmine so closely that it will instantly feel familiar. Despite the differences, the vibe is the same. The main distinction is refinement. Miraj Exclusif smells warm, smoky, resinous, like an elegant mage with a glowing aura and a hint of danger.

Overall, I like French Avenue "Miraj Exclusif" but I'm unsure I'll often reach for this fragrance. So, to my nose Miraj Exclusif opens with notable jasmine along with a bit of a rubbery note. I imagine the rubbery note relates to the presence of oud. The jasmine accord is "slightly" indolic but pleasant, IMHO. I do not detect much coffee, nor do I smell cardamom (a note I love). After a few short moments, the oud note becomes more prominent. I get a little bit of vanilla, some smoky incense. But the interplay of jasmine and oud is what drives this fragrance. Miraj Exclusif is unlike any other fragrance I currently own. But one must like oud and jasmine to enjoy this fragrance.

I really wanted to like this one. I've had it for over eight months and it has improved a bit so I'm still trying. Will keep updating if I notice a change. Too strong, too loud and to my nose leans masculine, not feminine. There's nothing sweet here. (Did I get the wrong batch?) I appreciate the spiciness of it but overall not my taste or style. Edit: I forgot about it during the last fall/winter. I would have liked to use it. Now I get it - the creamy sweetness has come forward and it's like a different perfume. The other notes are still a bit too sharp. Not my favourite, but I enjoy it for specific occasions.

THE ouD IS SO loud!!! it has that thing that makes you know that its a middle eastern perfume hey.......i really wanted to love this.......but i do think it smells high quality especially if you are into ouds... for me i cap the oud thing at shaghaf oud and kayali vanilla royale.... that's enough oud for me.... anything else is like too much of a similar vibe in my collection

I don’t even know I can explain this one other than to say it’s not good. I keep trying after letting it sit but it’s been two months and it’s still an explosion of too much, although it is a bit better than when it arrived. Other than picking out the cardamom everything else is a jumble of very loud, smack you across the face 80’s shoulder pads with way too dark eyeliner on. This scent screams at you like a Dynasty era cat fight. The box and presentation is lovely.

my first blind purchase and honestly wont be doing that again. Its not terrible just not for me. I purchaced it based on reviews stating it was very similar to Yasmine by Penhaligons but in my opinion I dont think it is anything like it and is way more spicy than sweet. Its not terrible but just not for me!

Got a decant of this based on Simin's review on YouTube. I have not smelled bewitching Jasmin. I'm kind of disappointed. And the notes do not make sense to me. This smells like hard ginger cardemom candy with a back ground of jasmine. And it's pretty linear. It reminds me of a lollipop smell from my childhood... Traditional Iranian souqs with the smell of this mostly ginger candy... It's very very sweet... I find no coffee. oud? Hardly... The sillage smells different and much more balanced a a little bit mysteryious for about 30 minutes, but once you get close, it's ginger candy explosion. ... I'll revisit my decant in a few weeks...

This is not for those who like subtle and inoffensive scents. It has a Middle Eastern vibe, sweet incensey, prominent oud. I'm not sure why the coffee and cardamon do not stand out so much for me but behind the oud and incense I get something that is almost like those grape scented erasers from schooldays and Sarsparilla candies (but in the most elegant way! ) Also maybe a tad medicinal, in the same way that Mohra is but this is more floral and feminine. For me this screams night time, Autumn and Winter. A trip to the theatre, or a sophisticated dinner in dark velvet. I use the term sparingly on here but "sexy" also applies and maybe "vampy". I like it, its different to all of my other perfumes but its not an everyday scent for me. Bottle and box are stunning.

Beautiful fragrance, I can smell sweet jasmine, cardamon and coffee very clearly. For those who don't have any idea how it smells, in the dry down there is something that reminds me of Sheikh al Shuyuk (but not the heart phase of Oud Bouquet, just dry down of spices). It also has some balsamic vibe of the Grand Soir type. These are just my mental shortcuts trying to give you some slightest idea. Other frags that came to my mind are Qaa'ed Lattafa (the cardomon I think) and Bohemian Oud Zara (dupe of Gold Myrrh C Herrera). And the sweetness of Kalemat Arabian Oud. Please don't come after me, I am only saying what comes to mind when sniffing this haha

For me, this is too loud and the oud is really prominent. I can’t see an occasion to which I would choose to wear this fragrance and feel good wearing it. I don’t think it’s a bad fragrance, just not for me.

It takes the cliche “rich aunty” and epitomizes it. This is what a rich unmarried lady who likes to go to exotic places smells like at house parties.

It really has that niche vibe. Maybe it's not that nuanced, but definitely it's something different for a budget arabian scent
