I don't know what they were trying to do with that, but it just looks so unappetizing." ^ it's a play on an actual mango and they used a 2ml sample vial inside a mango ice cream popsicle. not sure why you can't visualize that like the thousands here can, but it has 0% to do with mold or something burning. why are you being so negative for? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ now my review on the actual fragrance itself, i think this more resembles xerjoff's erba pura than their erba gold (@Willowthewisp), but we are entitled to our own opinions obviously. it's too bad the mango doesn't last 8-16 hours. maybe it needs to go from 20% oil concentration (EdP) to like 50-60% oil (extrait or pure parfum) to get that kind of extreme level of sillage+projection+longevity+versatility! i tried and didn't care for: parfum 1, goudh, angel dust (EdP and the extrait), saint remy, and cash flower i'm having a difficult time ordering my next 50ml fugazzi - it's a toss up between 1) nofragrance, 2) orange crush, and/or 3) magic mango... ...but alas, i still agve yet to try out their infamous vanilla haze, workaholic, thristy, oudh zuid, in love with the cocos, and the extrait version of orange crush! oh my!

No idea what some of the people below are smelling but this is just a ripe mango with a saffron bomb underneath. Spicy mango goodness. The mango is the same accord used in God of Fire but it’s tempered here by the spicy/metallic/leatheriness of that saffron. Late in the drydown, it smells woody, no Oud at any point to my nose, just a kind of sandalwood/cedar sort of smell at the end but the mango remains present until the embers. Lasted about 7 hours on my skin. Another solid Fugazzi. I like this one quite a bit. 8.5/10 Only drawback to me is that I’m not sure it’s a summer fragrance because of the spice but that’s probably when I’d want to wear a mango fragrance. Maybe a summer evening. Lovely stuff

This is bright and woody at the same time. It's slightly underripe green mango with saffron. Very fruit forward with with an earthiness that makes it smell adult. It kind of reminds me of mango covered tajine chili spice, but saffron not chili. Definitely some spiciness there though. Even though it is spicy, I think I would wear it in summer, although the heat would make the fragrance smell louder. I agree with the assessment here that it is down the line unisex, a little too masculine for me. I do love it though, it would just be better suited for someone else. I did layer with Glossier You to tone down and feminize the fragrance a bit. The layers mesh well together.

Ohh so this is what I was hoping that (my own-fault deeply risky and saddening blind buy) BTSO Black Mango would smell like. This is Black Mango without the verging-on-rotting underlying notes. It’s juicy and woody - and strong. There’s a bit of God of Fire in there. I think anyone of any gender or age could wear this. This is going to be delightful on hotter summer days. An instant love.

I LOVE IT! It's kind of sweet tropical with the mango note and suddenly transitions to a luxury woody fragrance with the saffron akigala leather accord. So I would use it for afternoon-night situations spring summer and fall. I ordered immediately a full 100ml bottle cause I really felt in love with the scent. It's way more luxurious than the other mango profiles on the market.

I think that it is very nice to pair the mango scent with woody notes, they work together very well in my opinion. The saffron is also a cool addition to the mix, but for me personally it makes it a bit more masculine and spicy. I was surprised because I was expecting something very juicy and sweet, but it is a lot more spicy and 'serious' somehow. I enjoy this fragrance a lot, it is from the discovery box from Fugazzi for me, so I take my time exploring it a bit, but I prefer something sweeter and lighter for myself. I will also try it on my husband, I think it would fit him better. I usually feel 50-50 about unisex fragrances, some of them are a total hit for me, some of them feel a bit off. But it is not because of the fragrance, it is just my personal preference as what I like to wear on myself. So in short, wonderful, spicy and exciting scent, but I would rather smell it on my husband. Very unique though and good quality. Definitely try before you buy and don't get fooled about the synthetic, sharp opening, give it a little time and it dries down into this woody, spicy, a bit fruity exotic goodness. I personally think this could smell very sexy on the right person. UPDATE: Now both me and my husband are testing it, and we both enjoy it a lot. The thing is, I realised that the mango note is the part I enjoy the least, haha. How I love to wear it is to spray it on, wait a half an hour-hour and enjoy the woody base. On me the mango completely disappears after a while, and I absolutely do not mind it. Interesting!

Testing Magic Mango from an official Fugazzi 1.5 ml sample. First impressions review. From all the mango dominant perfumes I have or I have tested so far, Magic Mango has to be the sweetest. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing for those who love that... A syrupy sweet, honeyed, juicy, overripe mango with a woody, softly spiced base. It’s nothing mind blowing that I have to have immediately, and it’s 100% linear, most of what you smell at first spray, you will smell as it dries down. But it’s a very straightforward mango scent for sure. A few years ago, I would have adored a sweet scent like this! Nowadays not so much...I still love sweet perfumes but I like the scent to be more nuanced. I like Magic Mango but I don’t love it as I find it a bit overwhelmingly sweet, at least during warm summer days, like today. I might revisit my sample in two months to see how I find it in cooler weather, but as of today, it’s a pass for me. Will update the performance later on the day... Edit: Moderate performance on skin. At 5 hours and a half it’s already a skin scent, so it loses its potency fairly quickly.

Magic Mango basically smells like somebody took Vulcan Feu, threw in some woods, saffron and extra spices, then turned the sweetness dial up until it almost snapped off. It is thick, syrupy and very sweet, but somehow still really enjoyable. If you like God of Fire or Vulcan Feu, you will absolutely understand the DNA here immediately. The woody and spicy touches do help separate it a little, giving it a darker and richer feel compared to Vulcan Feu, but honestly, not enough to justify owning both unless you are absolutely obsessed with this style of fragrance. I like it a lot, but when Vulcan Feu exists for like £35 on Amazon with next day delivery, this starts feeling a bit redundant 🤷🏼 Still, if you want a mango fragrance that leans sweeter, thicker and slightly woodier than the God of Fire style DNA, this is genuinely good stuff. Just maybe not “spend loads more money when Vulcan Feu already exists” good.

The only original and non disappointing fragrance from this brand. Not to mention how insanely over priced it is for a no name brand who's fragrances are very weak to the nose. This one though, I cannot lie, is REALLY good. Def top 3 mango fragrances I've ever smelt. It's under Mango Skin from Wilhelm Perfumerie and God of Fire. Would buy if it wasn't so expensive. If you like this just buy God of fire or mango skin, its more worth it.

wow, this is legit MANGO, like mango concentrate, super realistic, smells exactly like a tub of mango sorbet, over time when it dries down more, it gets a little woody, but it's still very much mango in your face. and the longevity is really good, it stays at a strong scent very consistently I do like the smell but I'm just asking myself if I could actually wear this, I can only think of very few occasions where I'd maybe reach for it

Mango, saffron and akigalawood. Linear, beautiful and original. Strong and very unique. Unisex with strong sillage and longitivity. The mango somewhat comes off as fresh, green and slightly bittersweet in a beautiful & natural way. 4th fav of this brand. Edit: I have a deep suspicion this was made by Quentin Bisch....we'll see.

Opens as a fizzy sweet mango but soon you can notice the saffron, leather and woody notes. You still get hints of a sweet mango but mixed with a spiced woody character to it. Decent but don’t expect the sweetness of GoF/vulcan feu to it. A mature take on summer mango scents. Projection and longevity is weak.

too much of everything for me: too cloying, too generic "2020s", too lingering, too obvious, i'm afraid. on dry down it could be one of hundreds of mid-2020s "on trend" scents - and the top notes aren't in any way special to grant at least an initial lil thrill. i do happen to know from previous experiments that a good splosh of nenuco baby cologne (yes - the stuff you buy in Spanish supermarkets!) original lifts this dry down into something pleasant enough to me, so that's i'll be smelling like till bathtime - and then I'll probably pass the sample along to someone more appreciative. shame.

This smells almost exactly like Oud for Greatness. Not something I expected when looking at the notes. No mango to my nose. Its a sweet woody scent with the usual dry musk from cashmeran. If you are looking for a good mango fragrance, this wont be it.

I love mangoes whether it's perfumes or the fruit itself et cetera so I was shocked when I thought to myself "This is not for me". Would be nice on a guy but definitely not my style due to the spices

Mostly just smells like aftershave on me :( Also not as intense on my skin as it is on others - I can only really get a whiff when I hold my nose to my wrist

i'll always pick a perfume sample when online shopping, but this was a waste of a choice. i think i'm very hard to impress with a mango scent. it's difficult to get right and more often than not, it's nauseating. i don't think the notes are complimentary; for me, it doesn't feel fresh or juicy at all like reviews say, it's just sickly and warm. i can see a man wearing this on a summer night, when it's considerably cooler. i'd walk away from him to avoid a migraine. it's not the WORST smell ever, but i also wouldn't ever hand money over for it. fugazzi has better options.
