Gap Established 1969 Electric

Smell: 8/10 Unique, fresh, semi-aquatic and semi-citrus but you cannot really categorize it to as citrus or as aquatic. It truly is in the middle. Lime is noticeable all throughout. This probably the best of the Gap 1969 perfumes. Yeah, a touch of black pepper too. Not strong, just right when you breath in the fragrance. Projection: moderate Longevity: moderate This can be your go to fragrance. Your everyday, works at night and day. When your wearing dress shirts or some casual outfits. But definitely not for special occasions when you want to be taken seriously as this does not project power or sophistication. This, however, would be a beast for casual and everyday fragrance.

A real hidden gem, great value for money.

Gap Established 1969 Electric, is quite good for a $15.00 fragrance. when first sprayed, you do get lots of the bergamot, lime(Linden Blossom) and a little sea water, nice and refreshing. It is NOT an aquatic fragrance though. It is to my nose, a fresh spicy aromatic fragrance, that is very refreshing when first sprayed, but it does settle down to what some might call, "baloney cologney". But for $15.00 it's a good fresh, slightly spicy fragrance that is great for very casual wear. Good longevity (5-6 hours & projection at about 2-3 feet for 2-3 hours, then it does sit close to the skin. 6 out of 10. A nice refreshing casual scent.

... What to say about this one... I get a sea water note out of this, which is the prominent note throughout the life of the scent. As it dries down, i get a little more woods, but still more salty sea water than anything else. This doesn't smell EXACTLY like sea water with a big hit of lemon, but for some reason, to me... it smells like almonds, that the first thing that comes to mind, i don't know why. Anyway, i don't dislike it, but its not one of my favorites either. Not bad for the price (1 oz for $6). Okay for just casual wear. just a bit too cloying for me Scent: 5/10 Longevity: 7/10 projection: 7/10

This one is well worth the price I paid at TJ Maxx. $10 maybe? It has a nice fresh open and feels very aquatic to me. The marine in this is pronounced on my nose. And I get strong aromatic as well. If you were to label a decant of this as a larger fragrance house and gave someone a sample they wouldn't bat an eye that it was from a larger house. I have it on today just bouncing around town getting groceries and stuff. Enjoyable. A definite recommend.
