Jasmine Rose

The actual notes I saw their rep on Instagram comment back are "Sweet orange, green leaves, peony, bergamot, magnolia, jasmine, rose, iris, and sweet musk" I wish I had known there was a green note before ordering so fingers crossed I like it. Update! This is a really pleasant fragrance. Nothing ground breaking and a bit light but I really like it nonetheless. It starts off with light soapy florals and bergamot. I really see the Amazing Grace comparisons. Of all the floral notes Peony comes through most then rose and jasmine. This is a very youthful rose verses a mature one. Then a very slight mandarin note comes out with a very very slight green leaves note but as someone who doesn't love strong green notes its not overly done. As it dries down the musk note becomes more prominent. This actually reminds me slightly of a much less complex version of my favorite perfume of all time, the original Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker (not the reformulated version). There's nothing not to like here except its pretty light and you need to definitely reapply after a few hours but at this price point I personally don't care. If you spray your clothes it can make it 4 hours. Also this may be one of the safest blind buys I've ever come across. And since I ordered from the Good Chemistry website directly they sent me a free car air freshener with this scent with my order which was nice. Thanks good chemistry

I think it's been two years since I found this, I use it interchangably with Amazing Grace. It's very much a stripped down, oversimplified Amazing Grace, which is pretty nice. This is what I reach for if I'm feeling fatigued from base notes, the musk is very soft, quiet, and airy, whispering but still noticably present, the same is true for the fragrance in its entirety. It projects well without calling attention, and has very good staying power. It reminds me of how Amazing Grace first smelled to be as a kid, which was when I fell in love with AG. I spray it on my linen at night, it makes my bed feel more refreshing. It's also natural. Couldn't ask more of a $20 perfume from Target.

I am beyond ecstatic that they brought this back! I just found it again at Target! Love love love this scent. It is a beautiful, soft, feminine Floral. For anyone missing this and sad that they discontinued it, it is back at Target. 6 or 7 years ago when I discovered that it had been discontinued, I searched and searched as well for a dupe and could never find anything that compared. Thank the fragrance gods it is back!

I love this fragrance. It reminds me of Amazing Grace and it has more staying power than the current reformulation of AG. A very feminine, pleasant, and non-offensive floral. And because I'm a fan, I'm sure this line of fragrances will fold in no time.

I got the solid, stays very close to me without projecting which is what I wanted.
