Guess Seductive Homme Blue

FRESH POWDERY SWEET SLIGHTLY SPICY WOODY the powderiness over shadows the aquatic "sea notes" and oakmoss making them faintly noticeable, the cardamom note however is noticeable (& a gourmand lover’s dream) moderately sweet (the powderiness actually cuts the sweetness some, especially in the dry down) with slight woodiness (together smells choco-nutty) plus a hint of spice, it all blends rather smoothly (didn't pickup on any other listed notes), can't be over-sprayed (not too bold not too light); cozy, versatile fragrance suited for casual, office, day or night-time, Fall, Winter, Spring, and cool Summer settings. Projection/Sillage' is GOOD, provides a nice scent bubble around for the 1-2 hour(s) then within arm’s length; isn't "beast mode" as far as projection goes but it's definitely noticeable on person and in the air, the powdery freshness makes it aromatic as the sweetness allows it to project. Performance/Longevity is GREAT on fabric last about 10+ hours.

Wow. I rarely post actual reviews, but anyone looking to buy this may benefit from the comparisons to La Nuit d'Lomme. It seriously smell JUST like it! Definitely lighter, not as loud or in your face on initial spray, softer. Of course it has weaker performance, but I mean you can't expect much from a 20$ 100mL bottle. At least it smells awesome. If you like YSL La Nuit D'Lomme, go for this. If you wanna get an idea of what LNDL smells like before spending the money, get this. I think it's odd that it's called "blue", however. I think this should be in the "Seductive Homme" box instead. Typically, in my experience, the "blue" flankers are usually marine or aquatic like, this is definitely not. I don't smell anything marine about it honestly. And that's okay because I still love it. Great for cold weather.

This cologne surprised me. I think it's pretty versatile since even after having cardamom, black pepper and cashmere notes it still has that blue dna from the sea notes and citruses. Lasts pretty long enough on my skin. I don't recommend this much during the daytime in summer but you could rock it during the night time. The opening is pretty smooth I mainly get cardamom in it with some salty aspect. As it dries down a bit marine yet with a mixture of cashmere and sand does pop up. Just one problem I faced with this bottle was that my bottles' atomizer came broken sometimes even after pressing it multiple times the fragrance doesn't come out . But if we ignore that a 4.5/5 fragrance. Yeah the projection isn't greatest but it is still pretty good like about 1 feet for about 3 hrs after that a skin scent.

Very much a sweet, almost calming cardamom/powdery vibe. Yes it smells VERY close to La Nuit de l'Homme YSL, but with a more aquatic note. Probably the best cheapie I've worn, along with CK One Shock for Him. Longetivity, silliage and projection are all low, so it's safe to overspray. Just know it only lasts like 90 minutes even if you douse yourself in it. Edit: tested La Nuit de l'Homme by YSL again, and yes this is an amazing dupe/clone. There are slight differences, but if you don't want to spend $100 on the YSL, get this and you'll be happy. Update: 6 months later the bottle is almost empty. Think budget YSL La Nuit de l'Homme but with some fresh/aquatic vibes. Pretty awesome for $19.99

This one surprised me. It smells very close to La Nuit de L’Homme by YSL, to the point where it’s almost one-to-one in the air. You get that same smooth, spicy, slightly sweet vibe that makes it easy to wear and hard not to like. For the price, it’s hard to beat what you’re getting here. I honestly don’t understand the low ratings. If you enjoy that DNA, this delivers in a very convincing way and smells great from start to finish. The only downside is performance. Projection and longevity are weak, so don’t expect it to last all day. That said, at around $15, it’s easy to justify spraying more. Just go heavier on the trigger and you’re good.

Some have called this seductive fragrance a "watered down La Nuit" by YSL. I find the comparison to be mostly accurate. Only thing is, for me La Nuit projects pretty poorly itself and disappears even quicker than this cheapie. I was pleasantly surprised when I first sprayed this on my wrist and continually sniffed it as I walked throughout the store. GSHB has close projection for about 2 hours and remains on the skin for a couple more. Not great performance, but for the price and the smell, It is definitely a good buy in my eyes. It will be perfect for a low key date on a warm spring or summer night.

Certainly a great buy. I blind bought a gift set at Ross for only $15. Like many others have said, this cologne has a warm spicy feel to it. The citrus and black pepper notes are the strongest to me, and I can detect them for most of the fragrance life. Regarding fragrance life, it's nothing to write home about. On my skin, others will be able to smell it for about 5 hours. Silage was quite decent for a $15 fragrance. It was average on my skin. I would put it on par with some of the big brands out there. I am certainly glad I bought this fragrance, and I would suggest others to do the same.

This frag is very, very nice. It smells much more expensive. To me it fits perfectly to autumn/spring. It is similar to YSL and if I had to choose between those of two I would go wit Guess because it costs 1/4 price of YSL, perfroms same or better. YSL just uses the fame gotten from the old batches - beatufiul scent, very good performance - nowadays it is wattered down and the price remained same. I am not gonna pay for such poor perfromance. So if you are fan of the YSL La Nuit de l'homme and you do not want to support this politics poor performance with a high priice, try this one!

I paid 16$ for an 100ml tester.. The opening is not great - just a basic fresh burst, but the dry-down is good! The cardamon-tonka combo is super nice here (even if tonka is not mentioned as a note) with a slight green freshness (I think that would be the geranium).. It lasts a day on me if I spray twice the spot, but the projection is noticeable in the first 1-2 hours, then it dies down... (fragrances tend to last longer on me than on most people and I also generally go heavy with the sprays) For the price I paid, this is great! Hope this helps! Cheers!

im not take a bath for full 1 day. and keep use same clothes. can u imagine? yikes. but i sprayed this weak safe sweet frag 8x times. my friend really like it even, i know i feel i smell so bad. but she keep sniff in to my clothes lol. thats my story. and this weak frag only get compliment night time only. even tho u can use it everyday anyday because its smell a lil bit fresh but different fresh like aqua or anything. idk. but girls really like it. idk. just be smell good guys. especially u college guy same like me lol. sorry bad english thats my story.

OH MYYYYYYY GOD!!!!!!!!! This is a very unique creation. It was love at first smell. This was something that the perfume store recommended after numerous Karen Low garbage colognes. It's very romantic and not your typical spicy or overly nautical men's scent. Although I can like those I tend to go towards ones like this or Le Male. The caviar note shocks me though I don't know what that smells like, I know it's fish eggs so im assuming it would'nt smell too nice but this smells amazing so caviar must smell good i guess.

I can't tell you how amazing this scent is. It's basically a fresh, masculine, marine-aquatic scent. BUT it doesn't last but 30min-1hr on me. I have a large bottle that I bought at Ross discount dept. store for like $14. I now keep the cologne in my car and whenever I pick up anyone I do 3 sprays in the car and I always get the same reaction. "It smells great in here what is it?" You'll will love the scent but hate the performance. The scent is great but that's no good if it fades away quickly.

When i wear popular fragrances sometimes I get compliments and sometimes I don't. To be honest, most of the times I don't. With this, I can tell you all right now that this has never failed in getting me compliments. "You smell Fxxkin GOOD!" A random attractive woman was standing about 10 feet away from me, and she kept looking over to me. Then it was if she couldn't fight it anymore and said "YOU SMELL NICE!!!!!!" It just smells good! Underrated fragrance. Very cheap.

This is a nice fragrance. Opening is kinda strange at first blast with the aquatic ozone and "starfish" element. But, it is quickly taken over by citrus and cardamom which is very warm and pleasant. The dry-down is a nice, slightly powdery cashmere and oak-moss with a bit of pepper and floral peeking out here and there. Can't say I can single out any caviar scent but it is slightly alluring in an animalic way. I think it's a great scent for the $$$/quality ratio.

I really love this ! I smelled it at Ulta and found jus what I was looking for. A unique mens fragrance that I didn't know I couldn't live without. Found it, with this one. It has a essence of powdery blue on a summer day w a few citrus notes. Calming and soothing. Works good for summer and winter. I jus buy the deodorant spray cans . I'm gonna get the cologne soon. I've gone through 5 or 6 deodorant spray cans

This is the affordable version of YSL Del Homme La Nuit. Even though the note break down is different, It smells almost identical and for 1/3 of the price. Don’t let the “blue” in the name confuse you. This is not an aquatic or oceanic freshie type scent like most blue fragrances tend to be. Give it a try I promise it won’t disappoint. 100% a blind buy in my opinion. Go get you some.

Probably the best cheapest fragrance I've bought and I'm not even exaggerating. I think it was a rack buy at Ross for like 15 bucks? I heard about it on a review video prior to purchasing it. Otherwise, I wouldn't even pick up a bottle of Guess anything. But I'm glad I did. Go get you a bottle of this gents. Spray away its cheap and there's lots of it at Ross. Lol

This a very pleasant fragrance. I'd say you can wear this in any season and its perfect for most work environments. The opening is a little off-putting but within 5mins the fragrance really opens up into something nice and approachable. I wouldn't wear this on dates or special occasions but it'll work for just about anything else you can think of, imo.

Hands down one of my new favorite colognes. Has such a sweet and fresh fragrance. Lasting power is pretty good, but its not the strongest cologne (which is actually a good thing since it has a more subtle effect). I really like this one and will continue wearing it.

This was gifted to me for christmas and tbh i really like it its somewhat generic but comforting and smooth i like the way the cashemere wood in this really pops out on my skin its definitely well priced for what you get but the sillage is pretty dogsh*t.
