It has a lovely gauzy, watery opening that belies the gorgeous wallop of pastice/ouzo that emerges after an hour. A bit of an emotional rollercoaster—amo.

whenever i feel like crying i reach for this to set the tone...cold and melancholic while being deeply beautiful...what’s better than smelling like fresh snow while feeling the sadness begin to overflow?

I found this to be a weird chemical smell at the start that lasted longer than I liked. Like I spilled tide to go on my wrist. Once it dries down it’s fine but I don’t know that I really get snow or anything wet. It just smells cold. I just get cold sour skin. Not my favourite.

Out of the bottle and onto paper, this just smelled like airport bathroom soap to me. I was hesitant to wear it for a while but today was the first predicted snow of the season so I gave it a chance. Less bathroom-y on skin, still soapy. Within a half hour it turned to sweet pea on me. I put very little on with a dabber and sort of forgot about it until just now, 3 hours later. I was watching the snow fall and sniffed my wrist- and what do you know, it's dried down to exactly Snow. A little salty, cold, sweet, fresh, gentle. Sniffing a bunch of daffodils weighed down by a fresh snowfall, right after washing your hands but forgetting to put lotion on. It's a spring snow, not a winter snow, and seems very changed by my skin.

The only accord in this simple niche perfume is soft snow. ❄️ Amo. Smells like pure white snow, holy water and salty tears, frozen together for 11 days then shaved into even softer shaved ice, with one drop of “tigers blood” flavored Sno-Cone syrup for a tiny dash of sweet citrus. There’s also a faint metallic note, reminiscent to the red blood that dripped on to the snow when Snow White’s mother pricked her finger on a rose thorn. ❄️ It has a cute religious label. Hilde said she created this perfume collection to thank the saints and angels. I love this alone or layered with Hilde Soloani Fraaagola Saalaaata 🍓 Be like snow, beautiful but cold.

I don’t like it but I can’t explain why. There is nothing I can think to compare it to. It might actually be the perfect representation of snow because I cannot think of anything that smells like this. It’s a little sad and wistful. I have never smelled anything like it and really cannot describe it in anyway. I guess I agree with the reviewer below, it’s a bit like ouzo but not nearly as sweet or harsh. Soft, delicate, unique. I just don’t like it.

Nevermind what everyone else said, this smells like the liquid you use when you blow bubbles - clean, a bit like aldehyde or window cleaner. While I like it, it might just be one of those everyday smells you like but not to wear on your body.

Smells like tears... or if snow were made of salt water. Cold, delicate , and strange. Fades fast but it’s magical while it lasts.
