Chestnut Cream & French Vanilla

At first I was like "yesss", smelled so good like a coffee creamer or something haha. As it dried down it got kind of generic. Definitely smells like a lotion I've used before.... maybe the Palmers cocoa lotion? The coffee note took the back seat really quick. I think what I'm smelling most are the chocolate, tonka, and peru balsam. Gone in a flash though it seems, I sprayed and within 15 minutes it's hardly there.

I mirror @amyaz's experience - at first spray, I was so excited! Then it very quickly dried down, into a generic, nutty-vanilla fragrance. It even smelled a bit cheap; the nutty-ness felt synthetic and almost cloying-ly sweet, almost like what you'd find in a candle from a craft store (and I don't mean that in a good way). There was also a weird mix of something familiar: powdery, cocoa-but-synthetic, a hint of plastic. I couldn't put my finger on it, but I do think @amyaz is right - it's kind of like the Palmer's Cocoa Lotion. Glad I sampled this rather than buying a FB - I love gourmands, but this was a skip for me!

I love this one! So sad that it's not made anymore. 😭 I am on my last 10 ml and trying my best to not use it that much because you cannot find this anywhere. It's a slightly spicy, sweet caramel coffee with a smooth smooth feeling and a hint of tonka/chocolate. Love at first sniff for me. The other two from this line did not impress me that much, spicy pumpkin & marshmallow was nice enough and got used up and the ginger one was way to spicy on my skin and not sweet enough to balance the spicyness. But this!!! 😍😥 I even asked Jousset if they will make this again and they sadly said no. But I'm still hoping for a comeback.

This is so delicious! Such a comforting fragrance for fall or winter. Soft, creamy, and perfect for bundling up in a blanket and sitting by a fire.
