Mascarpone & Speculoos

The more I try this fragrance, the more nuances I discover, and the more I love it! When I went to check out Jousset's new collection, I took the opportunity to try three other fragrances from the house that I wasn't familiar with, so the sheer volume of scents was impressive, especially considering how powerful and gourmand fragrances are, typical of Jousset. I bought it because at first sniff it seemed like an incredibly indulgent representation of tiramisu. You can clearly smell the creamy, rich mascarpone accompanied by coffee—truly delicious. I bought it immediately. But when I got home and the scent had faded, I applied it again, and for the first time, I detected the subtle aroma of whiskey, which beautifully complements the other notes. Later, as it dried down, the cinnamon emerged in a subtle and sweet way. I absolutely love this fragrance!

This was a blind buy for me and I don’t regret my decision one bit. Upon first spray on my skin, this smells like a warm buttery cinnamon roll that was dipped in coffee spiked with a little whiskey. During the dry down, I mostly get caramel coffee as the cinnamon fades away. Lasts on my skin at least 5-6 hours

This smells like tiramisu, which was EXACTLY what I was hoping for when I got my sample of this

The whisky hits the nose first with a thick layer of cinnamon. There is a buttry, sweet undercurrent to it that is pleasing. I get a wisp of marscapone like creaminess at the end. If you were expecting biscoff or gingerbread, you would be slightly let down but it is just a slightly different interpretation of the spicy, sweet treat with a dollop of cream.

So far, all I get is mascarpone cheese + butter + whiskey!! If you like Biancolatte by Zeromolecole, you will love this.
