Chérie Je T'Aime

This smells like a clean floral, I’m usually not big on florals as they give mature vibes. This is a youthful clean smell. I love it fresh out of the shower. Sillage is pretty moderate and longevity is 8+ hours on clothes, around 5-6 hours on moisturized skin for me.

This is a very sweet fruity floral perfume. It’s a nice Spring scent that is not offensive. It has decent longevity on both skin and clothes. If you are looking for a beast mode fragrance this isn’t it. This is more of a clean girl fragrance you can wear everyday.

This is a very pretty, feminine scent with a frilly-elegant character. It’s not something I usually gravitate towards, yet it surprised me by being more refined than I expected. The opening is bright and slightly tangy, with sparkling passionfruit, mimosa, and a soft jasmine note, supported by gentle cedarwood. Its soapy and clean smelling. The coconut milk isn’t noticeable at first. There’s a nostalgic quality to this perfume, its quite soapy and clean. It reminds me of being younger, its like revisiting a softer, lighter version of yourself... After about 15 minutes, the creamy coconut starts to appear, making the fragrance smoother and more comforting. Its very pretty and wearable, though in hot weather it could feel slightly heavy. On the second wear, the jasmine suddenly became much stronger, adding a surprising richness and confidence. This makes the perfume feel more mature and gives it more presence. Despite the delicate-looking bottle, its not ultra-soft or demure, there is sharpness to it. It doesn't evoke “Parisian” either, and leans slightly mainstream and generic, but the quality is good and the blend is well done. In the end, it’s a fragrance that focuses more on being pleasant and elegant than on being innovative. It simple, reliable, and quietly attractive. Which also makes it a safe choice as a gift! Overall, it’s a frilly-elegant, (slightly)creamy, floral-fruity scent which is feminine, nostalgic, and refined. Just perfect for days when you want to feel pretty, gentle, and put-together without trying too hard. Staying power and sillage are moderate. Rating: 6.5/10
