Creamy Coconut

Beautiful! Delightful natural coconut scent, not too sweet. There's some vanilla is this. I've bought the small 1/8oz bottles at health foods stores and finally caved in and bought the 4 ounce bottle from the Kuumba Made website. It's so beautiful and happy smelling. It's smells almost the same as Kuumba Black Coconut but creamier and less spicy. I love the Black Coconut perfume oil too. I get compliments all over the place, and on me it really projects ( I roll a good dose of it on, lol, I love it). I also layer this with Pacifica Tahitian Gardenia and it is fabulous!! Lots of compliments. In fact I layer this with a lot of things. It's gorgeous just on it's own but adds some oomph to other scents, natural or otherwise. I also decanted some into another roller ball bottle and added a small drop of bergamot and lime essential oils to give it a fun tropical flair, as I was inspired by Creed's Virgin Island Water. I'll tell you, this combo smells amazing and projects with great lasting power. Super fun. People really comment on this coconut/lime combo! "What are you wearing? That smells amazing. Makes me feel like I'm on a gorgeous exotic beach!" Comments I receive, over and over again. :)

I wish I could buy a bigger bottle in the UK, but can only find the 3.75ml rollers :(. Luckily, a little goes a long way with this, I never expected this much projection for a perfume oil?! Kuumba Made have really nailed down this coconut milk scent, and although slightly sweet/sugary, I think they've managed to nail down this one note to a T. I do like how it smells like coconut sunscreen so perhaps if you don't like those then maybe this isn't for you, as I have seen quite a few reviews about that prior to buying (it kind of persuaded me actually). Haven't tried layering but can imagine it would pair amazing with fresher and more floral scents. Very youthful and yet still a classy scent, which gets better the longer it stays on your skin, recommend 10000% !!

You used to have these barbie dolls back in the early 2000’s that smelled like coconut and this is a dead on copy of that scent. Also reminds me of the body shop coconut perfume oil, but the body shop one was better (sadly discontinued). But back to this one: its amazing! I prefer this one over the black coconut (don’t even get me started, yuck). It’s a very nice cheap buy! Edit: great sillage, very creamy lactonic sunscreen coconut. Amazing to layer with a coconut or vanilla gourmand. Wearing it in winter and it cuts through the cold quite nicely.

Coconut is my favorite scent ever, but a lot of perfumes do not do it justice. With other fragrances, coconut can come off as plastic-y and artificial, but this one by Kuumba Made is so rich and inviting. This fragrance oil also doesn't allow anything else to compete and overpower the coconut, so you don't have to worry about clashing fruit or floral scents. Overall this scent just smells happy and delicious. If there is a bit of vanilla in this, it certainly accentuates the coconut rather than overpower it. Best coconut fragrance ever <3

THIS is what I wish "Vacation" by Vacation would smell like (spoiler: I was so disappointed in that scent, as it just smells like white florals). Creamy Coconut by Kuumba Made smells like coconut sunscreen, period. It's pretty strong so you don't need to much, and definitely makes for a good fragrance to mix with vanilla or fruity fragrances if you want to make any of those more coconut-forward. So good!

When this is first applied it’s a very strong summery coconut smell. It’s not bad at all but I muuuuuch prefer once it dries down to a delicious creamy coconut. It last for such a long time, I put it on a few hours before bed and could still smell it in the morning. This will be really nice for layering. Love it!

Very natural, strong, slightly suntan-oil-esque coconut. Projects like crazy (for an oil) in the heat when applied to pulse points, which is a bonus. Creamy, beachy goodness; truly a vacation in a bottle. I live by the sea and this is a must every summer. Layers wonderfully with SDJ 62 and VS Coconut Passion.

It's become a joke in the office that the boys know I've arrived when they smell coconut. I can't ever put enough on. I love how it smells. Not too overpowering in my opinion as it keeps being mistaken for shampoo. I like to put a little behind my neck and let my ponytail swish it around.

love omg, it’s definitely gourmand. it smells like creamy coconut milk with vanilla. i wouldn’t say it’s tropical either which i like with coconut scents. also these oils are super long lasting in my skin

This has become my go-to fragrance. My man loves this on me. It is one of the best coconut scents I've tried by far. A little goes a long way with this one. It has lasting power.

Compared to other Kuumba fragrances, this one seems to project the farthest for me. The scent is so strong which is amazing for me, I love when people can smell me from across the room. This is quite a statement fragrance for me, it's strong and you can always recognize it. I've never smelled another coconut fragrance like this one because most of them are lighter and more soft. This is a rather aggressive coconut imo. There is something in here that is giving it a plasticky send-off, but it doesn't bother me too much. I'm sure if you're looking for a coconut scent, you could probably find something a bit better. I have to thank this perfume for introducing me to Kuumba Made, but it is definitely no longer a favorite by them. Despite it's flaws, still very yummy. It's tropical, deep, sensual, and rich.

A warm, gourmand but natural coconut. It's a little plasticky at first, but smells much better after it dries. If you prefer the cookie-like scent of coconut oil over a greener coconut note, you should try this out. Edit: KM's Black Coconut is like this but richer and without the plastic- I definitely prefer that one, although both are good and very similar once they've settled in.

Straightforward creamy coconut. It feels a little sour at first, but that fades, and it dries to a warm, vanillic coconut with a hint of baking spices. Pleasant projection and good wear time. The more I test this one, the more impressed I am. More affordable coconut fragrances can be downright funky. This one is delicious and gourmand ... A hidden gem!

it is definitely a sweet, sunscreeny coconut. i don't get the plastic vibes but i guess i could see how someone would. i don't think i would wear this without layering it with a coconut lotion and a coconut body mist. i think it has the perfect amount of projection though, it's a couple steps above intimate. i like it.

smells like coconut cream but in a greasy way. almost like candle wax. it’s ok. i wouldn’t wear it on its own but i layer it with other coconut fragrances to make it more creamy.

Again, waxy coconut like sunscreen. No vanilla, just basic coconut that I can barely smell. I soaked my skin - to the point where I couldn’t actually wear it this way because I was dripping oil and I STILL couldn’t smell it. Customer service was no help at all and suggested I put it in hot water to “activate” the scent. Waste of money

Maybe I'm nose blind but this smells exactly like the other Kuumba Made coconut scent except it smells slightly like soy sauce on me? Other than that its a super plasticky sunscreen coconut smell. Not a fan

I don`t know if I got a spoiled sample or what, but to me it also smells like plastic (my Cuban husband didn`t find that it smells like coconut either). It does become better after about 30 min.

Terrible. Plastic melting pretending to be coconut. I ordered the creamy coconut and received a free sample of black coconut. Both smell like headache inducing burnt plastic that burns my sinuses. No sign of anything that smells remotely like a coconut. The creamy coconut is melted plastic with a touch of vanilla. The black coconut is plastic with a touch of dirt. I don’t understand why/how these terrible fragrances keep getting pushed on us as “coconut.” I have the same issue with yves rochers green coconut spray, sol de janieros coconut, dolce garden, and others. Pure plastic, burns my nose, gives me a headache, makes me nauseous. They’re all truly awful, and I’ve never said that even about the scents I hate the most. I never smelled a plastic “coconut” fragrance before about 5 years ago, before that I spent 30 years of slathering myself in any cheap coconut on hand with zero complaints. Something changed in the fragrance world when it comes to coconut, and it’s a really bad change. Literally every single coconut spray that actually does smell like coconut has been discontinued, everything left on the market smells like plastic. Hate it all. Coconut was one of my fav scents.
