Bubble Phase

I sprayed my sample to test around the house without pressure, but for a more controlled environment. I inhaled the initial sniff, a blast of blood orange and the effervescence tingled my nose...I understand the bubble in the name! Upbeat, bright and lively. I continued my day and realized it had changed. It warmed up and now had some added depth; cozy if you will. The coconut, vanilla, milk, and sandalwood wrapped me up and comforted me. What a journey and mix of emotions I experienced. I imagined this as a night out, cocktail hour with flutes of champagne in hand, laughing and enjoying the night. Then, as the night goes on you move to a more intimate setting, a speak easy for a nightcap. Sitting close, having to speak in your companion's ear for private talk. I really enjoyed my experience and the fragrance. I tried to replicate the scent from my collection, but couldn't. I upgraded my sample to a full bottle!

For perfume enthusiasts, collectors and admirers. When I say get your nose and hands on this one. I am not exaggerating neither am I stretching the truth. Pink Mahogany and Lily Davon set out to wow all perfume lovers with this one. The cloud around this one is breathtaking, effervescent, deep, sensuous and dark. You can make this perfume what you want it to be, aptly named Bubble Phase. Because whatever phase your are in this compliments it. This is Christmas in a bottle. It instantly evokes the feeling of browsing a high-end holiday boutique. Ginger is prominent at first then quickly softens into a sweet, bubbly cranberry with vanilla shining through. There’s also a subtle pine-like freshness even though it’s not listed. Wintry yet airy enough to wear in warmer weather. I love it. Nothing else like it in my collection.

Outstanding fragrance that isn’t overly sweet but carries the sweet and fruity notes in a luxurious gourmand style. Berry accord and champagne vanilla complement each other.

The ginger is the strongest note here and takes over the entire fragrance. It’s a very spicy ginger with a good dose of cranberry. If I didn’t see the notes I would think there were more spices in this than just ginger. It smells like something you would wear during the holidays or like potpourri. I don’t get any of the other notes really- including the champagne. Very disappointing..
