A in depth review on this fragrance consisting of the actual scent the feel of the fragrance the performance comparison and conclusion. This scent really has so much notes and somehow you could smell a hint of every single one of them. Honestly its a 50/50 on whether the fragrance is loyal to the note breakdown because it follows a weird transformation but in a good way that could not prepare you from smelling when compared to the notes but somehow you can smell each of the notes. The fragrance after the first sprays you smell absolutely nothing because of how much scent it radiates almost a olfactory shock but then the opening follows a scent of a beautiful fall night market in italy smelling candied and fresh fruits from most of the fruits in the fragrance and a fresh breeze of orangey/grapey scent. Somehow for the first quarter of the fragrance after the harsh lovable sweetness opening it sticks to this almost fresh candied fruits that you could distinguish photorealistic fresh fruits ripe but not overiped almost sprakly and "greeny" but not in the aromatic way very unique a slight boozy sweetness as well but not distinguishable. After 70% of the fragrance life it settles to this red candied fruit smell mixed with a slight spicy smoky vanilla realistic bubblegummy scent that is so beautiful slight musk but not overbearring. For the pre-during skin scent it sticks to a vanilla base a nice way to end the scent. The performance is beautiful for this fragrance after the scent breakdown I just stated you might think this will be the most thick syrupy falll-winter fragrance but no somehow Lorenzo in his fruit notes keeps it mildy sweet on the edge of too crazy and I want more I can't describe of how uniquely sweet it is making it a versatile fragrance despite the fragrance composition. This means that this fragrance is the perfect spring-fall fragrance on a chilly night the performance it gives is just WOW projects super strong around like a 4-5 feet radius at the 1-4 hour mark then seat's closely to a 2 feet radius around the 4-7 hour mark then seats closely at a feet projection for 7-9 hours and a elbows lenght of projection for 10-11 at the end of the fragrance life at hour 13 it becomes a sweet vanilla skin scent and sticks to the skin until the next day as a intimate skin scent with a 2 inch projection. This fragrance is the best fruity fragrance I have smelt and probably will ever smell no amount of words could describe the subtle transition to a mild addition of notes throughout the fragrance versatile masterpiece a sickly sweet scent that you somehow want more sweetness meaning it's not too sweet and never too sweet for anybody. Keeps a perfect unisex scent as if the fruits is more fresher and candied something like in pacific chill, pax, maraschino, triumph of bacchus and or dom rosa which they have a distinct fruity freshness yet adapts to the vibe of the scent. For comparison this is not a synthetic fragrance that smells like body wash or shampoo it's so realistic. I own both 28mL and 50mL and definitely a 1-3 sprayer like my hard candy elixir, blue talisman exdp, and radical rose exdp. It's my number 2 fragrance just behind Contralto/Vibrato/Rouge Trafalgar exdp and behind it is guidance 46, smoking hot, la colle noir, pacific chill, unknown pleasures, tears and my love has the color of the night. Worth 90-140 dollar range since you get quality and performance meaning you wont do too much sprays lasting the bottle for quite a while. If I had to describe this fragrance in one word it would be euphoria or addictive.

Sun-Gria is my first Lorenzo Pazzaglia, and what an introduction to the brand it is. I’ve read countless reviews about the house’s intense power, so I had some expectations—yet nothing prepared me for this. It’s a TRUE DETONATION, an olfactory bomb. The only other brand that compares in sheer strength is Aaron Terence Hughes IMHO; beyond that, I’ve never experienced anything this potent and I own over 100 frags, some of them quite strong! Just half a spray on my wrist—at the office, damn—and I was completely overwhelmed (my poor colleagues too, I guess). Thankfully, I love bold fragrances, so it was more fascination than regret. But damn, even if I often use the term “room-filler”, I now realize THIS is that and I guess the sillage as well is world class. Will people around me love it or hate it? That’s still a mystery (the colleagues didn’t say a word so far but I’m trying not to move my hand to much, just in case hehehe). But I like it. And for now, that’s enough. The official note pyramid lists a vast array of ingredients—so many that it’s genuinely hard to pin down what dominates. I guess the “red notes” seem to dominate the experience: raspberry, red wine, and blood orange mix together in a super sweet, sugary and intense combo. I also thing I smell the peach, giving softness in the mix too, adding a rounder, juicier texture. It’s sugary, intensely sweet, and again—NUCLEAR. One thing I appreciate: the structure doesn’t seem to shift too dramatically over time. It settles gradually, but without a dramatic transformation. The evolution is minimal and it keeps its identity well into the dry down. I’m planning to take Sun-Gria with me on my upcoming summer holiday in Puglia. I do wonder whether it’ll be too much under extreme heat—its almost syrupy quality (not exactly molasses, but close) that could feel overwhelming in 40°C. Still, it’s coming with me. We’ll see how it behaves under the southern sun. One last word on the packaging: Pazzaglia delivers in this field as well. Although the box is made of cardboard, it feels solid, dense, and refined to the touch. The fragrance is held securely inside. The bottle itself is simple in shape (nothing negative here)—visually striking thanks to the colorful label, and reassuringly heavy in the hand (I love 50ml format in this sense: not too big, nor too small). I particularly love the cap: it's incredibly weighty and well-crafted, a detail that often signals a serious commitment to quality. The atomizer performs above industry average (great). My only personal gripe—common across many brands—is the opaque bottle, which doesn’t allow you to see how much juice remains (I can live with that).

Easily one of the boldest, most addictive fruity summer frags I’ve tried. And I’ve tried a fair few. It opens with a proper juicy blood orange—zesty, a bit bitter, like you’ve just torn into it. No synthetic fizz here. Then the rum hits, and suddenly you're not just wearing a fragrance, you're lounging at a villa on the Amalfi coast, drink in hand, golden light bouncing off the sea. That’s the vibe this gives. Boozy, juicy, sun-drenched and somehow just effortlessly cool. The coconut milk smooths things out nicely, adds a creamy touch without going full-on gourmand. Then the base kicks in—ambergris, sandalwood, maybe even a hint of salted caramel? On my skin, there’s this sweet smokiness that starts to show up around the 5-hour mark—unexpected but weirdly addictive. Didn’t think I’d be into it, but it adds a sultry, skin-warmed depth that totally works. And yeah, performance is wild. This stuff is nuclear. I love this fragrance, along with other scents from Lorenzo Pazzaglia that have the same vibe for me: Summer Hammer Speachless Extreme Passion They are all synthetic, but in this case, I don ́t mind at all, the synthetic nature isn ́t bothersome. I always wear them in the very hot summer days, during the day by the water, when I ́m wearing nothing but a swimsuit. And when I come out of the water, I refresh the scent 🌞🍉🍨🏄🏼🍹🛶⛱️🥵🌴🍺🌻 I wouldn ́t be able to decide which one I would choose if I had to pick just one from these. They always, without exception, put a smile on my face when I smell them or spray them on myself. In my opinion, they are unbeatable in their category and for the situations in which I use them. They are amazing, soooo joyful 😜😄🤪 10 of 10 for all of them 🔥💯🔥

Yum! When I smelt this I immediately wanted to go on holiday. It's the perfect scent for a summer night out somewhere exotic, where everyone is relaxed and just wants to have a good time. It opens with a burst of a deep, fruity sweetness, a bit like a fruit cocktail as some others reviewers have mentioned, but there is more to this than just being a basic sweet perfume. It has a complexity to it that keeps it really interesting. When I wear it I can't help but constantly sniff myself. The only slightly negative thing I can think of (if you can call it that) is that I can only imagine this being worn in very specific situations. It's not sophisticated or serious. To reference Friends, it's a 'Gandalf' fragrance. I feel like if I wear this, I will be guaranteed a good time.

idk what you expect from this, i expected something like in love with everything by imaginary authors with a hint of wine, it's note exactly like that. First of all i want to say that this thing is actually NUCLEAR, it lasted about a day on me. The scent tho is quite basic, imagine throwing up 3 pink bubblegums into your mouth at the same time, and since they're not chewed, the scent of them will be heavy, sun-gria generally smells like that. A scent that's super heavy on grapes and red fruits with a hint of red wine. As it's starting to fade you'll get a bit of brown sugary sweetnes too, but it's really tiny. If you want a nuclear, super zesty/fruity scent for the summer sun-gria is a must-look. 8.7/10

Such a beautiful, complex and unique fragrance! Fruity, but not à La Erba Pura. Unashamedly fruity with a spicy booziness but not in a trashy way. There is sweetness in here but it’s more of a supportive note to the fruits and spices. I have never really tasted Sangria though I have smelled it before and this is pretty close to the drink itself, I suppose. As far as longevity, it’s decent but not super long on my skin. I get a good 4-5 hours. It’s very fruity at first, then, it shifts to more spicy/sweet. There’s a woodsy/patchouli base that smells divine and a little naughty in the dry down, it’s lovely!! I absolutely love this one and will definitely get a full bottle once done with my decant!

Fragrance Journal Entry #134 There is soo much going on in this fragrance but the simplist way to describe this is "grape bubbletape", but not that synthetic smelling, i usually hate the smell of syrupy grape but in this i love it. Very invigorating stuff that technically works all year round but i tend to reserve it for transitional seasons (spring/fall), it's very strong so summer use can be a bit much. I don't reach for this a whole lot mostly because you have to be in a particular kind of mood to wear this, it's very niche and unique. There's nothing else out there quite like this. I think this perfectly rides the line of "unisex" and can be enjoyed by all. Rating: 8.9/10 Blind Buy Safe? NO

Finally found fruity fragrance that doesn't try to mimic Erba Pura's atrocious profile (Pazzaglia unfortunately already attempted this with Extreme Passion). This one gets my mouth to water. Smells the right amount synthetic but most notes—despite the sheer load of them—are actually distinguishable. It has that peculiar sour-sweet tang of wine and grapes, jamminess of berries, mellow sweetness of peach, and juiciness of citrus. This is a fruity fragrance done right. The spices are not super prominent but they are there, a spoonful in the background. Perfect summer fragrance, not at all cloying but light and fresh.

Another great release from Lorenzo! It opens up with this sweet-fruity somewhat citrusy note that blends up with the cinnamon and wine later on. It might feel like bubblegum to some, so I'd recommend to sample this one. For some it might feel synthetic but, for me, it brings a lot of memories from the past. Is it a good interpretation of the sangria? Yes, especially if you love the fruity fragrances. Regarding performance, it stays for 7-8 hours on my skin. The projection is really good, not like Arabians Tonka, of course, but strong enough to announce your presence. Completely unisex imo. Overall rating: 9.1/10

Explosion of fruity bubble gum specifically grape gum (like the gum tape that came on a roll, maybe a more North American reference). But if that’s all it was it would get boring pretty fast, there are some clean green accents, slight spices, and I can make out some sandalwood and cedar in the base after the fruit explosion tones down. It’s also not sickeningly sweet. The wine feels more like a cornucopia of wine gummies. It’s playful and juicy, but not juvenile. Looking forward to wearing this in the warmer months. True to the house it’s no slouch for performance either.

Sooooo much fun. I bought a full bottle after getting a sampler and I love to wear it out to baseball games or bar crawling with friends on summer nights. Smells like fruit, wine, and cinnamon. Lasts forever and a day with prodigious projection. When I got my bottle in the mail it was radiating out of the sealed bubble mailer before I even brought it inside. Like the other guy said though "olfactory orgasm" is a good phrase for this; the insane amount of notes listed here is accurate. NOT something you can wear every day or make a signature scent.

this is the first fragance i was introduced to the brand, at first i wasnt impressed about the bottle , looks like it was made from those fraghead influencers , then i tested the juice and oh god , i fell in love . unlike those fresh fragance that has sweet base, this one has sharp , sour sweet fruity base that is addictive eveytime i smell it. reminds me of virgin island water and aventus cologne during the opening but doesnt have that sweet drydown. this could be a perfect alternative for creed aventus cologne

I loveeee sun gria!! If I had to describe it using a few words, they would be happy, euphoric, and slightly psychedelic. It has such a soft sweetness underneath the fruity notes that works like magic on my skin! It’s like a happy hippie in a euphoric candy land lol! Perfect for warm summer nights outside. It lasts all day long on me as well, which I usually don’t notice with super fruity fragrances. I think that this is so well done, and truly uplifting. Delicious fragrance!

One of my favourite fruit salad-type scents. Sweet, juicy, but without that synthetic berry note (of which I’m not a huge fan), but also without the sour tropical note that makes me think of stomach acid (I think papaya/maracuya does that to me sadly). There is however something adorable, childlike and soft in this scent - some sort of bubblegum/almondy note, that makes this perfume quite unique. Also it’s very strong, but what else is new!

A delicious explosion of chilled fruits: A glass of sangria, a cold smoothie, freshly pureed frozen fruits, what have you. Orange and peach are the frontrunners, raspberry/blood orange, some underlying grapeness given a most faint dusting of spice. A light rose and pleasantly soft vanilla woods reveal themselves as it dries down. Strong projection for 3-4hr, longevity 10-12hr.

This smells so good. A rich and vibrant fruity opening (mix of various fruits) along with a delicious grape juice/wine accord (similar to a sweet dessert wine, such as Manischewitz Concord Grape wine) plus a bunch of other well blended notes that make it a unique fragrance. It literally smells like something you can drink so Sun-gria is the perfect name for it.

This perfume delights me! Grown-up fruity!! This is the malbec of the perfume world! Sexy!!! Flirtatious!! A little complicated but very worthwhile getting to know. Perfect for a summer night of dancing and wine! I will enjoy this in summer and autumn and long for it during the cooler months. Slàinte Mhath!
