Scent Review Comparison: La Voie & My Way I love the scent profile of My Way so when I saw Maison Alhambra's version I had to try it! Keep in mind not all inspirations/schmoops are made the same but I have found Maison Alhambra's to be a good house. If you are not familiar with the brand it is a sub-bramd of Lattafa which makes some of the most popular viral scents! In short, My Way is a sophisticated white floral flowerbomb! I love florals - rose, muguet (aka lily of the valley), tuberose, jasmine, orange blossom, gardenia, hyacinth, magnolia, lilac, etc. On a test strip, My Way is deeper and perhaps more refined. If you have a trained nose you can smell the different notes. To me, it is a classically modern take on florals - not heavy on aldehydes like some classic scents but I think this one will stand the test of time. On a test strip, La Voie is brighter and juicier, if that makes sense. Do you get the different notes? I don't, I just get a glorious vivid and succulent tuberose in every possible way. Is it as refined as My Way? To me, no. However, I am 100% fine with that! On my skin, My Way turns into more of a skin scent. It is soft but there is a deepness to the notes. It is a lush and beautiful scent. La Voie is much more aromatic and luminous. There is a scent bubble. It also lasts hours on me compared to My Way. I truly adore them both! I haven't layered them yet but that will be my next step. Do you need both? Of course not but if you enjoy My Way's scent profile and are looking for a more wallet friendly alternative (3.4oz for under 20!) then I highly recommend La Voie!

LV came to live in the cold dark closet early June. After learning that I really like tuberose, I took a sniffing venture & smelled MW, yes plz. I decided on this based on reviews & performance of my other Alhambras. Performance was not very good then & I layered with Fakhar Rose all Summer. I wore that combo a lot, mostly out at night or indoors. Fakhar can be cloying in our heat & humidity, so I had to be careful. I could only wear alone on short outings bc it wouldn’t last. Honestly I didn’t care bc I am in love with this dna. This is a beautiful white floral with a heavy bubblegum tuberose. The musk and cedar ground the sweet in the dry down. I have worn 2 days on its own to review. I got 4 hrs tops on skin, less than 8 on my clothing. In its defense, it has been pretty cool here. I got hints of it as the sun warmed it in the car, yet I didn’t smell it while still indoors. So I am thinking by Spring this will be able to go a full out on its own. This will not be in hibernation, I will continue to layer, & get some use bc I really love how it smells on me. It is an easy reach, great for every day wear, & work place easy. It just needs some sitting time if you can be more patient than I 10/10

Let’s start with the presentation: The bottle is very beautiful- sturdy heavy glass bottle with a very good quality blue marbled cap. Now coming to the juice: The juice is bright pink coloured. It starts off with a citrusy note which settle into a beautiful bubblegumy tuberose. In the base it has vanilla, musk and cedar. But to my nose I cannot get cedar. Overall it’s a very playful bubblegum fruity perfume. The colour of juice aptly represents the perfume. It’s a very feminine girly scent. I won’t wear it to a formal occasion, since it’s not a very mature scent. So I would recommend this to someone who’s below 25 years. Sillage and projection is very good. It’s quite long lasting as well (6-7 hrs easily). And for the price, it’s totally worth it. I haven’t tried my way, so can’t comment on how much similar this one is to my way. And to my nose, it’s shares it’s dna with Lattafa fakhar rose and slightly with Lattafa silky rose mohra.

One of my few fav Arabic dupes! I wanted a bubble gummy tuberose, that was a spot on dupe for My Way, and this is it!! Though I enjoy the my way perfumes, This type of dna? Is simply NOT wortha my way prices!! I’ve had the most luck (in regards to Arabic scents) with fragrances from Alhambra! And if you read my bio , m still searching for a bubblegum tuberose with spices 😢 still haven’t found it and this is a lot sweeter than the tuberose in alien fusion! BUT I feel like with the right layering scents? And will get closer! So I ordered some ginger cinnamon amber perfume oil (what this scent misses are spices to be close to alien fusion) so bought this perfume to layer with indie spicy perfume oils! Definitely a fun scent alone or to layer with darker denser wood or spice scents! I think all seasons it’s good for just not the hottest humid days! Love it! Great dupe!!

Smells exactly like “My Way” which is what I was hoping, the atomizer is so bomb, what a great sprayer and the bottle is so cute lol, now let’s get to the bad.... This lasts 1 hour on skin 1-2 hours on clothes... no longevity to speak of. I’ll let it sit for a month and come back these are my findings after a week. Update 9/1 so I lied yall... this does project you will go nose blind, but I got compliments at church, by my mom and dad in the car, so I would say it extends past arm length which is Very impressive for a fragrance that I spent $20 on. So now I know with all these Arabic perfumes squirted a few times, Let it rest for about a week or in this case five days and then try it. I promise you, you will be surprised. Side note I’m smelling this on my skin 6 hours in and my mom is saying that she smells me across her bedroom so this thing is still projecting

The bottle is beautiful. The price is perfect. The bottle (and fragrance profile) reminds me of My Way by Giorgio Armani but I don't own GA. At first spray, there's an instant sweetness but I could tell that it needed to dry down. The dry down smells so good. There's a prominent citrusy note that has to be bergamot and orange blossom. Because of the tuberose, La Voie develops into a sweet and feminine fragrance. The scent lasts for hours on my skin and I love it. A safe blind buy if you have smelled and wanted My Way by GA but didn't want to invest that much money.

coming back to this bc i bought it, decluttered, then bought again. this is grape bubblegum tuberose. if you’re a fan of my way, this is an excellent replacement. i couldn’t stop thinking about the dry down... you get just a glorious hint of indole from the beastly white florals here, it really is nice. my way le parfum will always be my girl, but la voie is my guilt free way of enjoying the dna

My S/O loves Georgio Armani My Way, and she was on her way out of it, so I grabbed this on amazon at a good deal for her to see how close it is. I am genuinely impressed, this perfume is ATLEAST 90% of the way there. Longevity is great, packaging and display is great. She loves it, and wears it in the spring/early summer months now day/night. GREAT bang for buck on this one. 100% recommend!

I like this way more than I expected. It's sweet, feminine and yet quite light and airy. Just a delightful scent to wear from early spring through to early autumn (day more than evening). I don't really know where the bubblegum note comes from, but it's not as tacky or juvenile as you'd expect. I don't think many people would be offended by this, and reckon it's a fairly safe blind buy.

if you’re looking for an uber-sweet, bubblegum tuberose scent, this is it. very playful and uplifting. despite the white florals, this is a very ‘youthful’ scent, i could really see anyone wearing this and enjoying it. i’m going to douse myself in this tomorrow for a full wear test. what a fun scent.

After testing both My Way and La Voie at the store, I went with La Voie. Unlike My Way, it doesn’t dry down with that powdery, old-makeup kind of smell. La Voie’s dry down is sweeter and more delicately floral. For me, it’s basically a perfected version of My Way.

A very affordable perfume, perfect for everyday wear and especially suitable for the office. It might come across as a bit sweet to some noses, but it doesn’t feel overly cloying. The most prominent note is tuberose, with a creamy, slightly “bubblegum-like” character that reminds me of tutti frutti gum. It’s sweet and enveloping, likely enhanced by the vanilla, which adds a warm and addictive touch. In the drydown, I can also detect some musk, though it never takes center stage. Overall, this is a very spring-like fragrance: playful, youthful, cheerful, and radiant. It’s easy to like and very wearable. I see it as perfect for spring and mild weather, but not ideal for high summer heat, where it might feel a bit heavy. If you don’t have the budget for Armani My Way, this is an excellent alternative. I’d even say it’s over 90% similar to the original.

I received this as a gift and I tested the original too. For me, they both smell exactly the same. And this is a scent profile that I don't like. To my nose there is nothing sweet about it, but very bitter (I guess it's from the orange blossom and bergamot, because I get the same bitterness from Devotion too) and with a hint of frankincense I think, that makes me nauseous and gives me headaches. This is very potent and long lasting, and I received lots of compliments the two times I wore it, but it's just not pleasant for me. Update: After some weeks, this went a little sweet and tuberose bubble gummy that gives me L'Interdit (or Fakhar Rose from Lattafa) vibes. Starts to become pleasant.

When I first sprayed La Voie I didn't love it, got a bit of the ammonia scent, but soon it moved away into a bright tuberose scent bubble which didn't fade away on my skin, which is really nice as my skin tends to eat fragrance so this is a pleasant change. I put it aside for a few weeks and just pulled it out of my cupboard and any odd opening scent has disappeared and you get a beautiful white floral, tuberose scent thats pretty strong, it seems long lasting, especially for a white floral. Also though its not voted that way, but I definitely think this can be a sexy date night fragrance.

Amazing dupe for My Way, like 90% similar. Great sillage, longevity can be good, funny enough on my skin it projects better when it's colder. A bubblegum tuberose bomb. Compliment getter!

Smells good but something about these clones gives me a headache, like as if they don’t use good ingredients like the originals do.

Didn't smell my way before so i cannot judge if its a dupe or not, but the scent is overwhelming sweet same as Eman and Ansam Gold from lattafa , its too sweet for my taste and headache inducing .... a little watered down replica of ansam gold .......

Vi tantas resenhas positivas desse perfume que adquiri e não acho que vale a fama. Ele não fixa nada, muito menos deixa rastros. É um perfume com cheiro de chiclete.

I fully expected to love this, but it smelled like a super powerful grape jelly. Maybe my bottle was off. I just picked up CN1's version called My Journey. Much better and nicely balanced.

Spot on dupe for GA my way. This is sweet rose (tuberose), bubblegum scent that is great for everyday if you want to wear something safe, dainty & feminine. This has moderate everything- longevity, projection, sillage, and very affordable. It’s nothing unique, but the scent is exactly like the original, so if that’s what you’re looking for highly recommend!
