Luxe Blanc

First impressions after having this for a few days; Right out of the gate this is a little more heavy than Tribeca, which is more airy with a bigger dose of ambroxan imo. Tribeca's notes are super blended together with the amber, caramel & ambroxan just slightly elevated, especially at first. Luxe Blanc goes right into the very intense woody, nutty & cocoa notes. That's what I get right away and then it softens but stays the center of the fragrance for the most part. The ambroxan(and other notes) come in around mid way and play supporting roles. Keep in mind this is a freshly sprayed bottle. It isn't quite there yet with it's blend. It'll most likely change and get even better as it ages a bit. Overall, Maison Alhambra did an outstanding job here. It does smell like Tribeca and I think it'll only get closer to it with time. Seems to perform nicely as well. Very pleased with this so far. I'll be back with a more in-depth review in a few months. Edited to add: The bottles look much more quality in person. These aren't fancy bottles but they are sturdy & well made. ;) Final review: This does smell very much like Tribeca. But where Tribeca is more Amber Caramel forward, this version is giving a more prominent cocoa powder & woods to my nose. Love them both. Luxe Blanc is super overlooked imo. The scent is darkly delicious. Think rainy dark fall day at a cozy cafe/bakery. Performance is outstanding also. This is one that goes hard, then continues to softly cling & linger until next day even. Highly recommend this. It's a fragrance I'd repurchase.

I just got this and sprayed it out preparatory to storing it and yes, definite Baccarat Rouge 540 vibes here. It smells incredible! I can't wait to see how the hazelnut and cocoa evolve in this. It smells quite luxe. No real assessment here, just a first impression. I'll update further but in my experience it takes a good 3 months or so for Maison Al Hambras to become wearable. Update: I've now had it 7 months and projection's low-moderate but longevity is about 10 hours though a skin scent after a few. It's really nice, the hazelnut is detectable and jasmine though cocoa is subdued. A really nice fall/winter fragrance. I'm pretty happy with this and it should continue to develop. The bottle design is absolutely retardusz though, I mean you can't hold it in your hand. Idiocy!

95% accuracy to the original, nice caramel chocolatey fragrance with great longevity and average projection. This is almost identical to Tribeca but the remaining 5% is like BR540 extrait in the dry down, (slightly more musky and has an almond-like accord) . Overall great if you love Bond No9 Tribeca as this is practically the same thing. Only time I would justify getting the original over this is if money is not at all a problem since i think the original projects slightly better and has more of that cocoa and caramel.

Just got this perfume and sprayed it in the box. First impression: BR450. Nooooo! Hope the hazelnut and cocoa will come through once the fragrance settles. Will try again in a few days/weeks to update my review. Update: So one month later, after the BR540 opening, the jasmine comes through adding a nice floral touch. I really like it! I don't get much sweetness though, and still no sign of the caramel, cocoa, and hazelnut.

I can't compare to the OG but this is so comforting, its sweet, calming, cozy despite of not being on the notes I perceive as a lactonic scent. Absolutely love this one, projection is moderate and stays on my skin for 5-6 hours and on the clothes for a couple of days. I get little woomfs of it throughout the day. This is a love for me
