Kefi

Kefi is pure happiness—but not in the obvious citrusy way. This is a deeper, more grounded joy. The kind that makes you feel content, cheerful, and completely at ease in your skin. It’s uplifting in the coolest, most unexpected way. Candied ginger, creamy sandalwood, and sweet vanilla form the heart of this fragrance, with the softest cardamom and a perfect hint of black currant adding contrast and sparkle. Then comes that pink pepper—bright, punchy, and so well-placed it almost feels like a wink. It’s playful, but never silly. Sweet, but never cloying. Totally unisex and completely addictive. There’s something undeniably cool about Kefi—like someone who radiates warmth and charm without even trying. I can’t get enough of this one. 10/10, without hesitation.

Kefi’s opening is an evergreen forest, with resins, and orange slices candy. The evergreen notes dominate in the beginning but settle into a more resinous fragrance like Eau Duelle EDT or Architect’s Club, minus the orange notes but with vanilla. However the evergreen notes carry a mentholated nose feel like you experience in Saint Julep. I’m kind of surprised to see that these notes are supposed to be coming from other ingredients. I suppose I could conjure up cardamom and candied ginger if I tried, but somehow they seem far closer to citrus and evergreen. While some others I’ve smelled from this house have been beautiful, this one is a love, combining the vibes of some of my favorites into one.

This was an absolute sleeper hit in my variety pack. A true all-season, day or night scent that leans a little feminine, Kefi feels like a free spirited, sophisticated, sexy cocktail party. Every time I sniff my wrist during the day, I smell something a little different and fascinating. It starts out big and lively with the spice and fruit, and gradually becomes more subdued and intimate, eventually a lingering vanilla that you'd want on your pillow the next morning.

What's gorgeous here is how the ginger and blackcurrant bring out different facets of the incense. It highlights my favorite elements of a resin-heavy scent. There's a tanginess and spiciness. This is a really different take on one of my favorite scent profiles. I only wish the ginger stayed stronger throughout the performance, because it fades behind the sandalwood after just a couple hours.

Tart black currant, mixed with spicy ginger and a creamy sandalwood base. You haven’t smelled anything like this one yet! On paper..it’s okay. On skin....holy smokes Kefi is amazing!

She’s peppery, ambery, she’s got smooth sandalwood and cozy cardamom, and a little black currant and ginger to sweeten her up. This would be such a great scent in the colder months.

Juice, black currant, pepper and chocolate? Rich sweet smooth notes in there, but dries very very sweet and I don’t really get the spice, wood or ginger. Too sweet for me.
