I can immediately see why others compare it to Elie Saab. A big hit of honey sweetened neroli and jasmine. So delicious! I have Elie Saab and I actually prefer this. I have no idea how it is achieved but it smells like there is tea in the opening. I was brought up in the far east and it immediately reminded me of the jasmine tea that the chinese drink every day. A glassful of warm sweetened jasmine tea. Maybe its the rose and wood notes. Who knows but I love it. Its not as sweet as Elie Saab and more dry. Moderate sillage and longevity. I feel an fb of this is necessary

Honey and jasmine...very basic. This perfume smells good and I like it a lot. I can even wear it on sick days because it isn't sickening.

Sofia begins much better than it ends - part sweet, part soapy, a classic luminous white floral that soon develops into something nasty and incomplete, mostly about artificial woody/patch notes. Hard to believe, but that's it. I expected so much of Mazzolari - a sexy, cheerful feminine floriental - instead of some rather predictable and mainstream (generic) woody creature taking over pretty much the whole composition with unpleasant, chemical, headache-inducing character. Too bad because the presentation looks really nice.

8:30 - Open is nice but nothing too exciting. A white floral with a not-cloying honey note. The rose is really prominent to me. It's a really fresh, realistic rose. 10:30 - Still just a nice white floral. I'd welcome some of those mentioned woody bits to shake things up. The rose has dissipated leaving the jasmine and orange blossom, which, sad to say, just feels generic on me. I wish there was a "meh" option. I can't say that I dislike this, but it isn't striking enough to like, either. 1:30 - Essentially gone except for one maliciously tenacious jasmine note. Spraying something else now. Oh, and I like jasmine, even when it pisses me off a bit.
