Monogotas Manzana

I've never smelt Be Delicious. However, this fragrance is amazing. Light, refreshing and energising. The only drawback is its low lasting power.

The good: it smells more expensive than it should at this price, and looks it too, packaged on a nice glass bottle and not a plastic one, as is often the case for body mists from brands that charge a good deal more. It’s often said that Monogotas Manzana dupes DKNY Be Delicious, which I don’t recall having smelled so I can’t confirm, but I do find a pretty notable resemblance to Victoria’s Secret Pear Glacé, or what I remember of it pre-reformulation; it’s not an exact dupe, but they’re the same sweet-fruity aquatic profile. Also, on my skin it lasts a good couple of hours: again, more than I’d expect from a supermarket body mist. The bad, for me personally, is that it’s a liiitle too sweet and linear for my liking, and it bores me a bit after having worn it for a while. I ended up giving it to my mother, since she adores all things VS, and agrees with my conclusion that it smells like one of their OG lines. That’s just personal preference, of course, so you’re planning your next holiday trip to Spain, and enjoy sweet gentle scents that aren’t too much for warm weather, I still think it’s probably the best of this line, and worth popping into Mercadona to check it out.

Smells just like DKNY Be Delicious. I had both and performance wise... The same thing. Literally. The price is extremely low in comparison so I never again repurchased Be Delicious after trying this one for the first time. It's much more complex than just "red apple" though. It has some freshness to it i just can identify what note exactly i perceive just because the apple is SO dominant. Is absolutely perfect as a daily fragrance for spring time. I recommend it.
