AMG Red Thrill

Não gostei, havia colocado na lista dos perfumes no qual gostaria de testar, e odiei, me decepcionei muito. Achei que seria um perfume elegante, mas tem cheiro de coisa velha guardada, cheiro de fundo de gaveta. Aroma: 3/10 Performance: 7/10

First time smelling the newer AMG line today and while all 3 were solid it was Red Thrill that made the biggest impression. I had to get a bottle. For sporty elegance it is top notch with an incredible long-lasting scent bubble and soft noticeable projection being an EDP concentration. A hell of a versatile fresh vanilla great for year around, possessing a powdery amber nuance that remains masculine and sporty with an awesome iris note that isn’t too heavy or feminine at all lending some nice body to the fragrance. It develops a good bit from the opening to the later dry down and reminds me of other fragrances at times but I can’t pinpoint if it’s a clone or what, I just love it. As a side note the bottles look so freaking sleek, high quality, and they are also refillable which is great. Just another great unheralded sleeper from Mercedes-Benz 🏎️🔥 Edit: I’m trying to figure out what facets I’m getting from Red Thrill and it may be the cardamom and iris but right off the top I get some facets reminding of Santal 33 until the smooth soft vanilla becomes more prominent. Then it becomes more ambery and lightly powdery as it dries over time giving me some nuances of Prada LR Black or Prada LR Sport, even Thomas Kosmala No11 Super Amber for those familiar, but still doing its own thing overall. I’ll keep at it but just what I’ve noticed so far! Edit 11/6/24: yea pretty sure I’m getting a hint of BDK Gris Charnel as well, this juice is just great and definitely punches above its weight. Edit 8/19/25: my coworker was smelling this on me and loving it...so I sold it to him lol man this stuff is so incredible, experiencing how it performs on someone else has been crazy! It has such a great scent bubble while also having impressive sillage and hang time in the air. It has a presence to it and doesn’t need many sprays either. Smelling it on him confirms my beliefs. This fragrance is among the best for the money on the market.

Josephcoconut - it’s not very sweet at all, no chocolate at all either. It’s more of a suave VERY lightly powdery ambery scent. The cardamom isn’t really spicy yet the profile is distinguished and sporty with masculine class. Hopefully you were able to try it by now curious what you think if so. I haven’t smelled anything exactly like it though it reminds me of other certified bangers at points. And to respond to CriDoux right under this because I feel inclined, 10000% either that sample went rancid or your nose still got Covid 😂😂

@dabatch ...like...are you being for real? 😂 the presentation is what got my attention, so sleek with the dusted metal, imo it’s a unique presentation that isn’t tacky at all. Not nearly as odd as the Sign line even though I don’t mind them really either. Different strokes I suppose but just seems like people have such ungodly expectations nowadays lolol

idk if the sample i received was expired, or fake, or just a bad fragrance overall; but man this smelled like cheap fireball whiskey. like 100% identical. it made me almost gag because cinnamon whiskey just triggers that response in me, but yeah it was really bad. The sample was free so I didn't lose anything thankfully

Really like these bottles very nice!! Looking forward to trying them
