Brand New reminds me of a coconut salt scrub I got in the Florida Keys. It’s a rich, densely lotiony, and creamy solar fragrance without any overly dramatic florals. A sweetish, meaty and oily feeling coconut is the main note with a base layer of musk. There’s a little bit of pepper and neroli to lift this cloud of whiteness off the skin. Peony stirs in a lemony fresh ribbon of pink floral into the white tingeing it the lightest pastel. This perfume is pretty much universally appealing, very easy to wear in most situations, and very well priced. It projects off the skin several feet so people can smell you but it’s never obnoxious and it lasts a surprisingly long time, 8-10 hours.

Brand New opens with a touch of tart fruitiness, some green facets, and a soft creaminess. It's a lovely soft summery scent. It reminds me of something, perhaps a toned down Bal D'Afrique. The drydown becomes a touch sweeter and creamier with the musk supporting it all. It's a beautiful scent that is definitely worth trying.
