Enchanted Flora

Just blind bought this at Shoppers for 22$. I love it. Very fresh, floral and clean. I was concerned about the fruit notes because I'm not a fan of perfumes that smell like fruit, but this one is mixed really well and the florals balance the fruit out perfectly. There's a mild soapiness to it as well, but doesn't come off as powdery, just very clean. This smells a little like Gucci Bloom Aqua di fiori, like she could be ADF's little sister. Perfect sub if you can't afford Gucci's price tag. And just different enough to have both in your collection. I managed to get ADF at 50$ for a 2nd hand full bottle and I think I may try layering these together. I'll test them together and see how close they really are, but Enchanted Flora is definitely giving off ADF vibes. I'm a fan of wearing whatever I want, whenever I want to, so I tend to say most perfume works at any time, but we all know that's not universally true. This would likely shine brightest in spring and summer.. bet the heat of the sun would bring out something in this that I'm not smelling today because it is a cold late summer day here in Canada and literally feels like fall - dead leaves flying around and all, already! *sad face* I'd say this is office safe. It's very gentle and sits close to the skin. Not sure about longevity as I tried it last night before bed for the 1st time and sprayed it again today. It's really lovely! Seems to fade fairly quickly, or die down to a much more milder version of the initial blast. Not sure you could overspray this one, but maybe better to bring the bottle with you to respray as needed. If you're more into vintage knock-you-off-yer-feet scents, this won't likely impress you. But if you pass a tester, have a smell. Your senses may surprise you. If you're a floral fan, you can't go wrong with this one. Probably make a great gift too. The box is really sweet and the bottle is gorgeous. Where most have gold trim, this one is like a coppery rose gold. I'm not IN LOVE with it yet, especially since I own Gucci aqua di fiori and absolutely adore that one, but this is a close 2nd and I can see this one growing on me. Enchanted Flora would make a great everyday signature scent.

I bought this for $19.99 blind buy at Shoppers Drug Mart in the cheap section and I’m so glad I did. It smells so good, I’ve come to realize that 1) clean fresh fragrances are my absolute favorite type of perfume and 2) pear and peony together are the best they seem to be best together than any other notes for my type of preference! This is a classic fresh citrus clean perfume that isn’t anything groundbreaking or anything niche or new but it’s a good clean fresh scent that I picture after having a shower or bath in the warm weather you get in your bed but before you do you spray this all over yourself and a little on the pillowcase and blanket and you have the best sleep! This is beautiful if you’re into clean and fresh scents, if you’re not than you won’t like this I don’t imagine! Great blind buy!

Enchanted Flora is GREAT perfume!!! Top: mandarin, grapefruit, cassis, pink pepper, crisp pear. Mid: jasmine, lily, neroli, magnolia, mimosa, honeysuckle. Base: sandalwood, vetiver, amber, white musk. This perfume is like having a bouquet of flowers or being in garden full of blooming petals and floras of every kind. So Feminine, classy, delicate as a lady, sweet smelling, though does not last/sillage probably due to its light fragrance. Is not overpowering and can be worn anytime/place & all seasons. What's not to like about this perfume??? Besides, it was on sale!!! BONUS: CRUTELTY FREE, VEGAN, NATURAL SPRAY EAU DE PARFUM in a beautiful, classy, feminine, and floral bottle & lovely pack!!!

Funny enough, fresh fragrances are my favourite and I’ve been sitting on this gem for at least 6-8 months probably longer. It was a blind buy from SDM on the $19.99 shelf and tonight I was cleaning out my perfume shelves and pulled this out and came on here before I sprayed and low and behold it’s a fresh scent!! Score for me! It certainly does have the peony fresh notes, and I always find that my favourite combo is pear and peony. They just vibe so we’ll together and give me all the fresh life I’m looking for and this does that. It’s not anything new and innovative and it’s not something I would buy big bucks for but it is clean, fresh, safe for work and blind buys. 10/10

My sister in law gifted me this a few years ago for Christmas and I didn’t think much of it, but when I actually started trying it, I fell in love. It’s so floral and mature with a light youth to it, if that makes sense. It sticks delightfully to my sweaters and it’s so satisfying to catch a whiff of it from the collar. It’s slightly warm, but it’s perfect for spring and summer. Thanks, Jess!!~
