I know this says grapefruit is in the top notes, but it really wears like sweet orange when you apply it. Upon drydown, the cedar and sage bind with the florals and make this a smoothly blended and sunny, cheerful fragrance. This became my favorite during this summer of 2023.

I really like this. I get a fruity melon vibe in it. Really nice. No regret with this one.

Life Energy arrived today, and since I had been expecting it, I was still unscented and ready to give it its first outing. I'm happy to say I like it, not loving it, but it sure is very pleasant, and is the type of fresh and airy use-it-anywhere enjoyable product I can't imagine anyone not liking. I expect I will use it mostly on warm days, particulary if it is also humid. It is not the same as, but I am reminded very much of Oxygen by Lanvin, designer Alberto Morillas, another fine value-for-money fragrance. My wife likes it too. Almost eight hours later and it is still a pleasant, airy, slightly musky, slightly spicy, skin scent.

I really think this is a nice scent. Granted, I only use it for "after the shower" but it's pretty perfect for that. The longevity is weak, which is fine if you're just using it to smell nice for a bit before bed. The fresh sweetness is really relaxing. And if your significant other wants to "get close" while you're laying there... they're gonna like it too. And another plus. It's crazy affordable.

If you like Nautica Voyage but want that melon smell toned way down, this is your huckleberry. This is a decent light, aquatic fragrance that is good for the office and daily wear.

I get prominent lily of the valley with my skin chemistry. I don't mind it as it reminds me of my mum, but it's not super masculine.

Nice, but doesn't last long. Yes, its a cheapie and i didnt expect much but its a good smelling frag. For summer use only.

Smells way more expensive than it is but to me it’s a pretty lineal freshly

Didn't smell Life, so I can't compare flankers... At first spray, I thought it was really familiar - usual citrusy aquatic with woody undertones. I don't get the herbal/green/floral notes at all. It reminded me of Givenchy Blue Label with less wood, initially. Then it took a turn to Cool Water Deep and the Blue Roots for Him fragrance I can't find here. All except the Blue Label are Coty frags so I wonder if they have a formula they really like revisiting? I purchased a 1.7oz for really cheap like 10$- do I regret? Yes even though it was a crazy good deal. I just won't wear it and will probably hand off asap. In this genre of frags, I will continue to wear Versace Pour Homme over everything, maybe Hugo Red if I want to feel a bit fresher.

Nautica has discontinued Harry Fremont fragrances in their portfolio that sell for $200 on ebay. And they release an even crappier flanker of the already crappy Life. Last year prices for Life fell faster than a dead man with cement boots pushed off the plank. This new flanker will die faster than Edison could kill his elephants. Future Ross closeout fragrance. Watch and see. And Fremonts gem Longitude sits with its formula vaulted. Nautica has become water with a price tag.

Citrus and fresh herbaceous fragrance thats great for an after workout/shower. It's a good choice for a refreshing summer fragrance as its a very crisp, clean scent at a great price. Sport fragrances are designed to have that short burst of freshness and not huge sillage or projection. It does what its designed to do if you understand your product and don't have unrealistic expectations. For the inexpensive cost it gets the job done of feeling fresh and clean and energized.

I am in complete agreement with the review of foreignshores. The original Nautica Life was one of their more impressive recent efforts (well, not so recent anymore, I guess); this flanker seems unnecessary. It's missing something that keeps it off the summer rotation, and "vaguely unpleasant" was the exact same vibe I got from it too. Nautica offer much better in their lineup.

There's just something vaguely unpleasant about it. Not good. Not horrible. Just kind of there. In terms of quality, this could have just as easily been a $5 fragrance from Rue 21. Honestly, I'm a fan of the Nautica house in general, but this is the least impressive fragrance they have released in years. Cool bottle though.

More garbage from Nautica. They've had some intresting releases in the past, but that was in the 90's. Anything released from them today is a garenteed cash grab. Maybe they should take a look at Avon for some much needed inspiration and creative insight.

I do not get much out of this one. Starts citrusy and then migrates to a water/musk scent. I enjoyed the original Life a lot, so I'll pass.

It is a nice musky fragrance, good for summer. I like it. 4 to 5 hours.
