Vanilla Musk Eau de Parfum

The best vanilla oil of all time in a very well-executed Eau de Parfum! I am absolutely obsessed with Nemat's Vanilla Musk perfume oil. I find the perfume oil to be a perfect blend of sweet, musky, and salty. The vanilla is perfectly blended with a salty, skin musk that reminds me of clean, sun-warmed skin, and perhaps a cashmere blanket (similar to Nemat's Amber oil). The vanilla is like a photo-realistic vanilla bean custard, but it is not cloying in any way, and the sweetness is just enough to be inviting without any headache potential. The scent is very soft, and I had to try it in the spray version, as applying the oil can be a bit tedious and doesn't perfume your skin or your hair in the same way an EDP does. The perfume spray is very good, and I am very pleased that I can now make my entire person smell like Vanilla Musk. The longevity and projection are rather intimate, but I wasn't expecting too much for $55. The spray smells perhaps even better than the oil, as it has an added note of "baked goods", which is rather non-descript but still comes through in the EDP nonetheless. The packaging is also excellent, and I have none of the gripes on the quality of the packaging that I had with the perfume oil (namely, the paint on the cap is prone to flaking off). In fact, I think the bottle is beautiful, and the wooden packaging that doubles as a diffuser is striking, yet resourceful and clever. If you love the Vanilla Musk oil, then you will almost definitely love this as long as you aren't expecting beast mode performance. This is a delicious, simple, and cozy gourmand vanilla at an accessible price point. 9.5/10!

Finally picked up the fb @ Ulta's 30% off sale for $40 and I really like this! I've went thru a few of the roll on oils already in the last year+, and I still have the 10ml (the one that everyone has with the gold lid lol) and another 5ml roller which I will pair and layer with this. Ive also went completely thru the 10ml travel spray prior to buying the full bottle today so I absolutely knew I'd like this. It is very light but I kinda like that it's such a soft vanilla and not all in-your-face. It smells like an angelic 😇 vanilla to me. No spice, no woods. I will macerate and update to see if it deepens or not because even tho the scent is a beautiful straight vanilla I'm ngl the longevity is not great at all. Base your Nemat oil with EOS vanilla cashmere for extra longevity and top with this ✨ id also recommend taking the travel in your bag. Also bonus points for the 50ml packaging doubling as a diffuser idea even tho it doesn't really work and just smells like the balsa wood packaging. UPDATE: okay the longevity does get better over time. I highly recommend when getting a new bottle, spray about 5-10 sprays, cap it and leave it in a cool dark fragrance cabinet for a month or two, longer if possible. This is what I did and the longevity is getting a lot better already! Will continue to update to see if it gets better

Delicate and intimate, it is tenderness as a fragrance. Warm vanilla cake still lingering on the counter to cool, embracing your lover, skin to skin, immersing yourself in the crook of their neck, Vanilla Musk is completely evocative of that gentle feeling of warmth and comfort. To get the complete experience, I would recommend layering this fragrance with the corresponding oil, as it is subdued in its silage. Once the warmth of your skin interacts with the fragrance, it smells heavenly, truly no better way to describe it. Very innocuous, subtle and so lovely, the musk adds to the soft, almost natural feeling this fragrance provides, and the vanilla adds that warmth and subtle sweetness. Would be perfect for layering scents as well, as it is simple enough to not feel convoluted or overwhelming when interacting with other fragrances. Absolutely adore this perfume, genuinely the perfect, ethereal vanilla scent. 🖤

This differs slightly to the oil, and I actually don't think owning both would be redundant if you love this sort of thing. The perfume is airy-er, and almost seems to contain a very light, whispy floral note somewhere within it. It's more delicate, but projects more. The oil is a long-standing favorite and staple of mine. It's quite obvious the same underlying fragrance overall, but the two behave differently. The oil lasts nearly indefinitely, is more subtle, but richer...thicker, dare I say it, more sensual. This EDP wafts in a HEAVENLY way, but has less depth (and again, maybe something floral). Both have a very clean and subtle musk, but musk by no means is the main component, vanilla is at least 80% of the scent overall. It's lovely. I adore it, and it's gorgeous. Some things in life are stunning in their simplicity, this is one of them 🤍

I love this! I don't love the weak body spray level longevity. I do wish it was just a bit stronger too! Maybe the travel spray is weaker? Idk. But it is such a light, airy vanilla, very comforting. The longevity is somewhat better if you layer with the oil and I suspect (and hope 🤞) this gets better with age because the oil definitely does. I purchased the oil about 8 months ago and wasn't that impressed at first, scent was very weak, almost non existent, I macerated for months, loosened the cap and by August it was a gorgeous vanilla with around 4 hour longevity so I do hope the edp does the same. I'd definitely look for a sale tho, I do love this due to the scent but wouldn't pay full price due to the longevity alone. Does anyone know a very similar scent with better longevity (besides Tihota)?

I believe this perfume is a staple and quite good for layering. It’s a scent I smell everywhere. So many women wear Vanilla Musk. Usually the perfume oil kind, but I can literally detect this anywhere and everywhere. You can just tell when someone’s wearing Vanilla Musk! I think this perfume would have better staying power if you layered it with the oil. There’s not much to say about it. It’s very vanilla. That’s all I really get from it. It smells like blue buttercream frosting from a vanilla cupcake. It smells like frosting. I do enjoy this. If you like a good linear, yet kind of lactonic vanilla scent, this is perfect. I do recommend purchasing this if you’re into vanilla gourmands. If you like to keep it gourmand and simple, get itttttt.

I have the oil version of this and honestly you do not need both unless you'd like this to be your signature scent. the oil is just enough by itself and layers so well with anything. the spray smells exactly like the oil to me, possibly a bit more musky, but the oil definitely lasts longer than this one. on a positive note, this bottle is so beautiful! I am currently trying to use this up as a bedtime scent since I already own two of the oils! I find it layers so well with Lavande 31 by Le Labo - like a sweet lavender sugar cookie! edit: I ended up decluttering this scent since I think I've gone nose blind to it :( either that or the lasting power absolutely sucks on my skin and clothes. thankfully I can still smell the oil version!

This is just a tad lighter than the perfume oil, smells the exact same before the oil becomes darker (i find the oil to be a really really sweet vanilla once it darkens with the musk being there very lightly in the background). Lightly musky & sweet. It’s a great everyday scent, doesnt overpower easily. You could spray multiple times and it wont become really strong or headache inducing but it’s not as light as a skin scent either. It lasts a good 6-7 on skin & clothes for me, but definitely layering this with the oil helps.

One of my favorite everyday scents! It’s very easy to wear and sits close to the skin, making it perfect for the office or for being around kids and patients. I sometimes reach for it unconsciously. It’s also great for layering with other fragrances. I rotate it with Dama Bianca — they definitely have the same vibe! I also think it’s very similar to Sunlit Vanilla from Summer Fridays, so much so that I decided not to buy it for now since I already have two other bottles with a very similar fragrance profile. 🧁

Bare Vanilla by Victoria’s Secret has been my favorite take on a vanilla cashmere fragrance for years. After searching for a while now to find a more concentrated “dupe” (EDP, Parfum, perfume oil), I finally found it! However, the performance of this EDP is terribly short. The body oil lasts longer, and is perfect for layering. I’d stick with the body oil, unless you can grab this on sale. The scent is DELICIOUS. To my Bare Vanilla lovers, I found the dupe!

one of my favorite perfumes especially for layering. think this will be an entire life classic for me. got it for the 21 days of beauty sale and it’s already more than a quarter gone because i can’t help but wear it every day. Twice while wearing it i have been told i smell like cotton candy but I don’t get that really, its a perfect blend of musk and rich vanilla cake.

This is my favorite vanilla. Very realistic and it's not overpowering but it's still prominent. You smell like vanilla, but you don't smell like VANILLA, you know? The musk balances it out so it's not sickly. Not very much character, pretty much just a one-note vanilla, but it's a very good layering scent and a good please-all neutral perfume.

This is auch a lovely and soft vanilla that can be worn any time of the year, even in the summer. This is slightly musky and sits very close to the skin, so this works as a perfect and not cloying vanilla for a hot summer day. I think the oil is slightly better and smells so much more addictive, but this is a little bit stronger and muskier.

one of my favorite perfumes, smells just like a vanilla cake. It so far has been the only vanilla perfume that I really enjoy. It's gourmand but doesn't smell like food. It's a little different from the oil i think the oil is a little muskier but i think the perfume is even better!! and the packaging is beautiful

Alright, I am a man, but I LOVE I mean LOVE this fragrance. It is so beautiful. It’s not too gourmand to where it smells like actually straight up cake, but it’s just enough to where it smells edible. The musk perfectly balances it out and gives it a beautiful base. I love this and wear it every single day.

The most photorealistic Vanilla perfume out there. Smells like pure perfect vanilla and nothing else. Also very reasonably priced. Longevity is great on its own, but you can layer it with the matching perfume oil and it will last literally for days.

To me it smells just like the oil, the best vanilla I’ve smelled honestly and I am an enthusiast for them 😍 smells just like EOS vanilla cashmere, but light, not too heavy and sits close to the skin so it’s perfect for anything! Love it!

There's something about Nemat's Vanilla Musk oil and perfume that makes them ADDICTING. Maybe it's me being a gourmand girl?? But this is such a safe blind buy, obviously, and worth the hype. Such an easy reach.

This is a dupe for Mugler Angel Aura EDT. It’s very musky. It’s a lot muskier than the perfume oil, which I like better. This is straight musk. If you want a sweeter vanilla dominant fragrance go for the oil.

So this smells EXACTLY like EOS vanilla cashmere body lotion in perfume form and I am here for it. 10/10.

i really want to love this, but right now it's just a "like". the oil version is my obsession, my all time favorite vanilla. i smelled this in store and was pleasantly surprised it smells just like it! brought it home, and have almost finished the bottle in less than 2 months. meanwhile i still have 3 pretty full oils lol. so longevity and projection wise, the oil takes the cake. i'm leaving what i have left of the parfum to macerate for a little bit to see if it increases the longevity and projection. i adore this scent sooo much just wish it lasted longer and was as strong as the oil.

such a beautiful, photorealistic vanilla scent-- like vanilla extract without the weird alcohol smell. it dries down to a soft, vanilla musk. i also owned jasmine blossom for a short time. another beautiful, photorealistic jasmine scent (also a fragrance that dries down to a soft musk). it reminded me of my late mother and i got emotional everytime i smell it... so i had to return it unfortunately. i honestly can't wait to see what else nemat puts out. everyone's suggesting to try nemat's oils and i might just do that!

this is defo not a fragrance to wear standalone, and DEFINITELY not in the summer. like yeah, it smells great, but it’s gone in 2 hours unless you’re actually sniffing your skin. if you have any perfumes that smell a bit too sultry or masculine, layering this with it could be a great way to balance it into something pretty. (i JUST blind-bought fierte by french avenue, and i’ve heard a lot of stuff ab it being mostly unisex, so i’ll update yall and see if it works or js ends up being hogwash!!1! <3)

This is a good scent for a gift. It is something many people of a wide variety of ages would enjoy. It is a sweet, pure vanilla scent. It lasts for a long time, but it is not a perfume that can be smelled unless you are fairly close. On me, it smells like pure sugar, almost cotton candy-ish and musk. It is not an overwhelmingly sweet smell though. It is great for everyday, office, and date night.

This isn’t a heavy gourmand vanilla scent for me coming from a person who hates gourmand perfumes. I love how warm and cozy this smells. I have received many compliments and put many strangers onto this brand. It lingers in my hair and on my hoodies the next day. One thing i don’t like about this perfume is the strong opening of alcohol? edit: I think I might go back to this perfume causeeee

smells super similar to the oil but not as decadent and "thick". way too light tho and super short lasting. i mostly just use it as a touch up spray throughout the day for a boost of serotonin, but also my other vanilla perfumed usually dont need a touch up anyway but whatever.

I so wanted to love this, but it is so light, I can barely perceive it. I'm hoping it will macerate more with time. I smell alcohol upon spraying and then a few minutes later a very faint vanilla smell but it is literally barely noticeable at all. I do like the fact that it is creamy without any patchouli or woodsiness in the mix. I may try purchasing the Nemat vanilla musk oil to see if layering might help. I just got Vanilla Salt by Ellis Brooklyn and it actually has a similar scent profile with more sillage and projection. So far, I'd give this a 3/10. Too weak for me and I don't really want to have to wait several months to see if it changes, but I will come back with an update if it does.

my wife’s everyday scent! this perfume captures the smell of walking into a Cold Stone Creamery EXACTLY. it is uncanny- that super sweet vanilla creamy smell of a Cold Stone’s, perfectly replicated. in the bottle you can pick up the other notes (powder and musk, mostly), but on skin they are lost, it is so gourmand it’s unwearable on me. i smell like one big scoop of vanilla ice cream. it smells the same on my wife (maybe on her i can pick up just a faint hint of the musk note?), but somehow the ice cream smell works on her.

To me this is balsamic vanilla. Quite musky as the name implies.

Photo realistic vanilla ice cream with the black specs in it. I had the oil version years ago and I’d say this version is more creamy and gourmand adjacent. When I first got this, I could barely smell it at all. I actually made quite a dent in the juice trying to get a scent out of it I had no luck. A few months later and I can smell it. It’s definitely a skin scent with a moderate amount of projection. If you’re wearing this and someone hugs you they’re gonna be like “oh my god, you smell so good” but it’s not gonna enter the room before you. It works better on the skin than on clothes, and the atomizer is very good. I would say this is a safe blind buy for anyone who like vanilla gourmands. I’ll definitely repurchase when I run out!!

I have worn this constantly since buying. I used to rarely wear fragrances at my job as I work with kids and didn't want to overwhelm anyone's sensitive noses but this is close to the skin enough and unoffending that I can wear this without being worried about that. It seems the kids have also taken a liking to it as I have been receiving more hugs lol. I'm impressed with the longevity too- I generally get at least 6 hours of wear. Its wonderful on it's own or layered with another perfume to add a little warmth and sweetness. I have heard this smells like EOS vanilla cashmere which I agree with and also wear all the time. I can totally see myself repurchasing if it ran out!

Got this for half off at the ULTA sale and YUMMM!!! This is what I wanted choco musk to be. This is definitely very musky, but in a soft, youthful way, and the vanilla is sweet and airy making it super easy to reach for and inoffensive. It sits close to the skin, but I can smell it on myself hours after spraying even with my horrid seasonal allergies. Not necessarily a vanilla extract, more like a vanilla cake or dessert.

Lovely and super light. Not as sweet or potent as tihota but the vanilla is similar, but does not outcompete the musk. The musk is along the line of the nemat amber or white musk oil. This would be an excellent choice for the workplace or in a sensitive environment where you want to smell nice and lightly sweet but not project too strongly or loudly.

Please save your money & stick with the perfume oil of this. The perfume lasts less than a body spray. I’ve doused myself in it multiple times & within just about 30 seconds, you can only smell it faintly on clothes. Smells cheap & almost has a plasticy dry down which I don’t find in the oil. For the price, no thank you.

I love the vanilla musk oil so I was excited to try this. Unfortunately, I could barely smell it even after over-spraying layered with the oil. For the money, the oil is a much better performer. The EDP is a beautiful scent, but I have body sprays that project and last longer than this. I ended up returning it.

reviewing for the perfume: you get hit with the sharp musk when first sprayed then settles into a fresh, light vanilla, very straightforward. this is the only musky perfume that i sneeze to when spraying lol

This is not the same quality as Tihota. The iso e super in this is the main character with vanilla and musk dancing around it. It’s not bad but it’s not tihota
