Sugar Rush

I would say this does not smell like Swedish fish, maybe the specialty tropical pack with multiple fruit flavors. It definitely trends more toward floral than I was hoping for rather than straight-up candy, but it is certainly still a nice scent! I think I would like to smell it on other people rather than on me (I don't think I smell nice in floral scents).

I wouldn’t say it smells exactly like Swedish Fish, but it does smell like candy. I don’t get any cherry, amber, musk, or sandalwood. I mostly smell apple, pineapple, lingonberry, and a hint of raspberry. It’s nice, but not a fav, especially because it fades within 30 minutes.

To me it smells identical to gummy bears with a taste of pineapple and raspberry. A little like sour candy. I have never had Swedish Fish, but I like this, quite refreshing and super candy like.

This reminds me of summer yummer, but not as juicy and loud.

The middle notes and base notes are very pleasant and fruity.

The opening of this is fairly nasty to me. I really dislike cherry, and it was ultra-sweet cherry mixing with overripe pineapple. A cloying tropical punch aroma that felt overwhelming. With the other fragrances I've tested from Oakcha I went in blindly without reading about them beforehand, but Pink Euphoria was pretty rough last night, so I prepared myself for this and I'm glad. It would be worse if I didn't expect so much cherry and got blindsided (you might love cherry, most people do, but it's just my personal nemesis). As it dries, the cherry goes from comprising 50% of the fragrance down to about 20%, to which I'm relieved. It's more of a sugary, candy (fitting for the title) cherry, and less of a cough syrup/liqueur cherry (which I hate even more). It also doesn't verge on almond extract-leaning cherry (there's at least 3 different *types* of cherry in this world). The other fruits begin to take over, although admittedly, nothing really sticks out. It just smells like a bowl of gummy candy - all of the sugary fruit is mixed and indistinguishable. There's something light and floral in here too...very mild white florals and don't detract from the sugar. "Sugar Rush" really is a great name for this. After an hour the vanilla is a little more noticeable, but it's still not what I would consider a "vanilla fragrance". Pink Euphoria was more intense, and sniffing S.R after experiencing P.E is actually fairly underwhelming in all honesty. Sugar Rush is still not a linear fragrance, but it's also not that fascinating. Swedish Fish have never been a candy I enjoy, so I cannot confirm or deny that this smells like them or not. Maybe this review isn't very helpful 😆 That, plus the cherry tones leave me somewhat unhappy and I'm sorry to report that I don't care for this. It's possible that I dislike this because it's similar to Swedish Fish, but it's been at least a few years since I've eaten any. TLDR - Sweet, tropical fruity smelling candies in a bowl. Super sugary. And you gotta be a cherry fan to enjoy the first hour.

absolutely love this one, it’s my favorite in the collection. it smells truly juicy, fruity, and candy-like. it’s like if swedish fish were flavor-blasted and turned into concentrated fruit punch with a hint of vanilla. the cherry, apple, and pineapple are so yummy together, and it turns into a sweet and subtle vanilla skin scent on me. it’s very fun, but doesn’t lean juvenile like the watermelon jam does to me. the only downside is it doesn’t last very long, even on clothing. i’ve found it lasts the longest in my hair? i get little whiffs of it as my hair moves around through the day, even if i can’t smell it anywhere else. i love layering it with more “heavy” gourmand scents to give them a juicier, more playful feel

Fruity cordial in the opening but it becomes skin scent very quickly after a few minutes. You literally have to touch your nose on to your wrist to smell it, which is a shame.
