I got it as a free sample as I told the sales assistant what I liked. She was right, this is a lovely perfume, but it didn't last on me... I have to agree with a previous commenter on Jo Malone's English Pear and Freesia, so much so that I went and sprayed one wrist with this and the other with EP&F. At first, the similarity is quite notable but after about 3 hours this one vanished and it was just a distant peony left while JM's kept going strong...

This is very similar to some mainstream fragrance that was popular in the 90's, 00's..? And I can't think of what it was, maybe something from Armani? This fragrance starts off very floral but pungent, like a cheese in the nicest way. It dries down to a floral heavy on peony. The peony is not fresh but quite mature, lots of pollen, on its way to wilting. Ok lasting power, 4-6h. Sillage is good.

To my nose, it is the same as Jo Malone Freesia & pear, but with better longevity. It is a super safe, feminine, everyday office friendly scent.
