Divine Dark Velvet

I bought Dark Velvet as a blind buy with no high expectations, but it surprised me a lot. When you first spray it, you get an intense rose note, however this is not a typical or ordinary rose scent. As time passes, the rose softens and transforms into a very unique, hard-to-describe but pleasant smell. The scent is definitely different, though I wouldn’t call it a luxurious fragrance. If you’re looking for something unique and unusual, I would recommend it. On my skin it lasts around 9–10 hours, and on clothes it stays even after washing. Considering the price, its performance is excellent. It is absolutely a night-time and winter fragrance.

Best Oriflame release for quite long time. Actually an Oriflame fragrance I personally accept on my skin without anything cheap on it. Deep velvet rose , strong patchouli , addictive oudy notes. Long lasting with a loud sillage , bold fragrance designed to channel Diva attitude.Reminds me of Oud and Roses by Jo Malone in best way. Last Oriflame fragrance I loved and wore so much - and this one reminds of - is M by Marcel Maringiu. A Premium release after all. Reminds me of Lattafa fragrances as well only less dusty. *There are notes missing here. Dark Plum & Blackberries and it’s actually Dark Vanilla & Baccara Rose.

I never smelled anything like this before. This is not for spring or summer...or daytime. I can only imagine it as a date night perfume or if you want to feel like powerful. The best from Oriflame.

I don't usually like rose scents, but this fragrance captivated me somehow. It reminds me of Maison Margiela On a Date, but Oriflame seems like a much more luxurious and better version to me.

Surprised that nobody's mentioning how gothic and witchy this scent is. Not in a way that there's incense or something smoky, but this is damp garden at night.
