Act 4

there's something chocolatey/honeyish in this in the opening, I think its the very mix of jasmolactone and patchouli that gives off this vibe. Smells so addictive and intoxicating yet so subtle and soft, and this coming from a person who hates patchouli. This is a perfume that is truly unique, I don't think I've smelt anything like this before.

It opens like a heavy, slightly dated rum, mixed with sweet caramelised dessert wine. There is also something like a boozy, greenish cola vibe, if that makes any sense... On paper, it is much sweeter. On my skin, it becomes more of that boozy, spicy patchouli: darker, drier. During the dry-down, I also get a sweet jasmine or ylang-ylang vibe. Reminds me of those jasmine soaps or incense you find in traditional Chinese shops: sweet, floral, slightly dusty and atmospheric. Very nice.

On my skin this is very clean, nothing indolic at all with this jasmine. I've worn it three times (went to the store first to spray it on my arm and a few weeks later I went back and got a sample) and it smells just like a luxurious evening after going to a spa. Pretty jasmine, slightly sweet and boozy soft fruit and refreshing patchouli. Sensual and uplifting at the same time. I'm getting a full bottle of this one.

First 2 or so minutes are absolutely terrible on my skin, smells like literal shit. After some time the jasmine really steps forward and blends nicely with the patchouli. Really nice unisex fragrance, a bit feminine leaning. The opening just ruins it a bit for mec :(

i newly discovered this brand. and with each spritz from their discovery set, i am more and more drawn... i tried not to read their descriptions before making my notes... act 4 is boozy, honeyed jasmine and a slice of juicy peach. so sweet, that smooth peach fuzz and animalic jasmines. for that confident person who knows his/her way around things. wow, just wow. bonus for sillage and longevity lovers: this lasts whole day on my dry skin (which usually drinks up fragrance super fast) i am impressed

I remember this as a 'dirty jasmine'. A very interesting fragrance. Not a people pleaser, but not overly controversial either. While Act I was significantly more conventional, floral-fig, very clean, fresh, office-safe and mass-appealing. This is a bit more daring. It's darker. I didn't have any problem with the patchouli (which I usually don't appreciate). It's very good. Overall, I think this leans feminine. It's not for me, but I like it very much.
