Mango Jugoso

I have a couple different mango scented fragrances and this is definitely in my top three favorites! 😍 Such a beautiful gourmet take on this type of DNA. It reminds me of a mango punch that has fresh mangoes pieces floating around in it. Very fresh, bright and slightly syrupy with some what a watery feel to it that makes it leans gourmet.....like your mouth literally starts to water and your ready to down the bottle! ( as attempting as that sounds I don't advise!) I rate the scent a 10/10. The performance I'm currently testing out.....sofar it seems like a good performer with average longevity( 5-7 hours) Seems to be a very airy scent that will travel when you move around and the skin gets heated up.... I'll update this more when I'm done testing. This is a unisex fragrance that I feel like both genders can pull this off. Great for high heat and humidity conditions hanging around the house or chilling near a water source. Heck even a warm humid night out at a local "Tiki Bar" for some drinks will work well for this fragrance! I don't think it's work friendly due to the ploom of this fragrance ( Very Airy DNA) . I think it will be to much for others especially if you over spray.....but like always wear your fragrances the way/where you want to! 💯 Price point is a 10/10 as well!! You can't beat the price point for the quality! It's not Niche quality...but it's definitely high end designers! EDIT *** For the proformance I'm pleased! For the the first few hours (0-3) it's projecting nicely especially when you get some heat on it. About hour 4-5 it's starts to calm down but still has a nice personal scent bubble. The last two hours it becomes more of a skin scent till it's unnoticeable. I would say it's a average freshie performance with 5-7 hours of longevity like I thought! With that I rate this 7/10 for performance. Overall 8.5/10!!

i honestly expected this fragrance to smell like armpits to my nose. i struggle with mango, peach, melon, AND pineapple notes in fragrances because they tend to smell like musty armpits/body odor to me (why did you buy this then, peachy? see what had happened was..), but i figured i'd take a gamble anyway. i'm so glad i did because this is the most beautiful fruity fragrance i own. now, i'll be honest-- i did get that funkiness when i first got it. but after letting it sit, it faded away and now i just get the juiciness of all the fruits. the opening is a mix between a mango at peak ripeness and black currant, with a touch of bitterness of the blood orange to cut through the sweetness. shortly after the fruits in the mid come in, mostly the melon and pineapple. and at this point it really reminds me of tropical starburst, which i think are discontinued. there's a hard candy that really smelled identical to this from my childhood but i can't remember for the life of me what they were. i'll edit this if i can recall later. the dry down is pretty sugared violet along with the melon and a bit of pineapple from the mid. a delightful juicy tropical fragrance. i'd love to wear this on vacation or even just to the beach. so happy with this purchase, going to be a staple in my summer rotation along with coconut lagoon.

I was looking for a simple juicy fruity mango scent to wear on hot summer days. Something that wasn't too sour, too clean/ fresh and not too complex. I finally found it in Mango Jugoso. It's very very juicy and a bit sweet as well, without being too much. It smells like a mango and citrus fruity drink. There is nothing complex or groundbreaking about this, but sometimes I just crave a simple scent for easy wear, and this will fit perfectly for that. It also layers perfectly with other perfumes, if you want to add a little depth. Even though it's very fruity and simple, it doesn't smell juvenile or cheap. Sure it has a young vibe but I don't feel odd rocking it as a 38 year old woman. I plan on layering it with Angel Iced star or Aqua Allegoria Forte Bosca Vanilla. It would also pair really well with Ellis Brooklyn Miami Netar or anything coconut forward. This is a very very strong like for me :)

This is THEE best mango fragrance to my nose!!! its so JUICY fresh and sweet!!! but not too sweet that a man cant wear.... this is def unisex (not feminine or masculine just realistically fruity)... Anyone who loves fruity fragrances will love this... The sillage and projection is beast mode imo!! I cant stop smelling myself, its literally mouth watering. longevity was surprising on me for a fruity scent, on my skin 6+hrs... on clothes I smelled it the next day!!! perfect to wear alone or in a combo!! Just go ahead and add this to your collection!!! Im gonna order my backup bottle now😁🫶🏽🔥

This smells like a mango that has just ripened. Maybe it because of the slightly sour citrus notes, the mango feels this way. It is juicy and sweet but also has a tinge of greeness to it. The other notes are just supporting notes. Like you ate made the mango juice with sugar and put some drops of citrus juice near the mango tree where the leaves are falling. It kind of gives that type of vibe. Very uplifting and energetic. I feel it leans more masculine. It last more than 10 hours on my clothes and 6+ hours on my skin. I can smell myself all day. I think it is totally worth it. 🥭

This smells insane. Like insane. Holy moly... Imagine popping an ice cold Monster Loco. Yup, this is it. Or imagine getting the most ripe mango possible, peeling it and letting all the juices flood all over your hands, between your fingers. This is by far the most PHOTOREALISTIC mango I’ve ever tried. And the best!!! I hate SHL God of Fire so don’t worry; this is NOT a dupe. It kinda smells like Sunplosion, but it for sure has its own DNA. Not the longest longevity. I get around 6 hours. Good projection tho. For this tiny amount of money? I would by 10 more of theese

Nose Note #258 Smells just like mango juice (packaged, not fresh) or a mango milkshake. Also has the mango air-freshener vibes, thus doesn't portray an illustration of a good quality perfume. After a little while it becomes a little bit annoying to me. Overall good. Could be an interesting addition to your collection (or you may rather consider some other mango forward perfumes like Ajayeb Dubai Portrait Lattafa, Sceptre Malachite Maison Alhambra (almost mango), Vulcan Feu French Avenue, Opulent Dubai Lattafa.

Oh dear. I used to live in Australia and the mangoes would fall from the tree and start to decompose. Then the papaya joined .The jasmine and gardenia gave me gagging headaches. Now I live in scandinavia with birches, berries, snow and campfire smells, Well I hate this and I love it. I am not sure that I want to smell like a decaying fruit farm that has been through a cotton candy machine. Every night when I go to bed I spray myself silly because its just one of those smells I want to keep to myself.

I got a 3ml decant of this along with a few other ME fragrances, and I like this one quite a lot! It's unisex to feminine leaning and reminds me quite a bit of both Mango Skin and the opening of God of Fire (without the spice note). This is not a dupe to either fragrance, more like a sibling. Interestingly though, it's more reminiscent of GoF to me than Opulent Dubai, which I ordered at the same time. Drydown is a mango shampoo vibe. Perfect for summer or a tropical vacation :)

I’ve been looking for you Mango Jugoso! A sweet, ripe, juicy, mango cocktail! It’s so sunny and bright and juicy and screams summer in a bottle! I was tired of smelling rottten mango, mango skin, hint of mango with manly woods (looking at you Dubai Portrait). This is the mango juice of my dreams. Sometimes I don’t want sophisticated. I don’t want poetry in a bottle. I just want to slather juiced mango and tropical fruit cocktail on my skin on a hot day and cheer me up.

This is VERY mango heavy which I love. I brought this when I ran out of Yara Tous because I like having a fruity perfume in my collection and wanted to try something new. I LOVE it. I can see why people who not be a fan if they are not into very sweet scents but I love it. It is MUCH heavier on the mango than Yara Tous, I think Tous is more mango-tropical whereas this one is mango forward, though I think if you are a fan of Tous you will be a fan of Mango Jugoso

was one of my first gourmand purchases, a few months back. a very realistic fruity fragrance that, for me, just belongs in your warm(-er) weather line-up. it does put you in the frame of mind of a tropical beach, the fruity drink with the umbrella, chillin'. 👍🏿🤎

Fruity and fun. I usually layer this with Coconut Lagoon, but this is nice on its own. Lasts 5-6 hours w moderate projection, skin scent afterwards. Unisex (leaning feminine). Warm weather fragrance. Smells like a trip to the beach.

I bought it at Notino for 18 British pound 💷 It's like real mango juice with some creamy feel in it. I love it. I think it's unisex so male can wear it no doubt! I highly recommend it if you like sweet gurmandish fragrances.

Okay this is big and juicy and gorgeous. I keep digging my nose into my wrist. I’m picking up a creamy note - not sure if that’s just the mango, but I’m seriously digging it. A very yummy 8/10

This is straight up sweet mango goodness. I wasn’t sure what to expect but holy cow! I love it! Perfect for summer!

It's very fresh and certainly fairly good smelling but just not for me personally

This is like a mango purée... Mango takes the lead, but it is backed with other citrus notes to complement and/or enhance mango's natural beauty. What amazes me about this perfume is how smooth it smells. It literally reminds me of a mango/citrusy purée/smoothie very well-blended. It's got this natural creaminess about it. It will definitely pair very nicely with a creamy coconut or vanilla perfume. However, it does smell just as good on its own too. It smells so refreshing, lush, and juicy. However, remember this does not smell like a fresh and juicy pulpy mango. Mango Jugoso smells like a fresh citrusy-enhanced mango smoothie - with the citrus coming off juicy in the best way. Lastly, the design of the bottle is very impressive. The bottle's presentation looks like it's showcasing the aspect of looking at the juice of pulpy fruit. Plus, I really like the subtle iridescence of the bottle. To top it all off, that jeweled cap is exquisite. A nice weighted sleek bottle. Paris Corner always does it good. If you're looking for a perfume that is more mango- forward without the other citrus notes influencing it, I would recommend La Fede Manga Splash - which smells like a tart mango candy or Aeropostale's Mango Gelato body mist. While it may be a body mist, I feel like Aeropostale's has been the most juicy pulpy mango (supported with vanilla) I have come across.

This is good....pleasantly surprised. It's very uplifting with that burst of citrus and mango. As it dries down I can smell the mid notes coming through...this is a drinkable gourmand. This gives tropical fruity drink, perfect for daytime and warmer weather. This to me def leans feminine but I can also see a male wearing this...it's just a very uplifting, happy, fruity fragrance perfect for warm, sunny days. ...And the bottle was a pleasant blingy surprise!...The top of the cap is done in rhinestones with the Ministry of Gourmand logo in the middle. With the gold and rhinestone accents, this is going to look beautiful on display with the rest of my fragrance collection.

It smells amazing for the first few minutes, then the black currant & grapefruit take over and then it just smells like cat spray to me. I also detect a waxy lipstick note which I'm sure is the violet. If could remove those two notes, this perfume would be perfect. Hoping it changes for the better as it sits. **Update over a year later** I am finally enjoying this! I don't smell cat spray anymore thankfully! Instead, there's something there that smells the way the bitter pith of an orange tastes. I like it though! It keeps this fragrance from being too sweet and should be wearable in the hot, humid summer.
