Pear Potion

My skin pH LOVES pear, and this is one of only a few fragrances that have gotten me multiple compliments at different times. It's bright, it's easy to wear, it's fresh, and a bit on the side of juvenile--meaning it's not super complex. The initial spray can come off alcohol-ish, but that quickly fades and doesn't happen once the fragrance sits for awhile. Be warned: it can come off a little synthetic in the opening, but that dry down! It's rich, but light, it's gorgeous! What you smell is what you get! To me, it smells as if a tart apple married a candied pear scent and this was their child--but it's not overly sweet. I pick up very little raspberry, and the musk is very light and a little creamy. It gets lost in the high temperatures, but this is something you can wear year round no problem. Especially if you work in an office setting. This is a quick grab for me and I'll most likely always keep a bottle in my collection. If I had to put a flaw: on me it goes to an intimate skin scent far too soon. Your girl needs better longevity!

this is a lovely, uncomplicated pear fragrance. the opening is a blast of apple and pear-- super juicy, fresh, and fruity. it's very sweet, almost candy-like vs a poached or baked pear that would have a deeper/richer sweetness, even with the caramel note. once it settles, there is a bit more richness from the caramel and it starts to become more powdery. but overall, the fresh pear note continues to shine the entirety of the wear, just toning down in sweetness over time. while i do think it's very nice, i have to admit that i can't wear pear potion on its own because of how sweet it is, but that's because i find strictly fruity perfumes too cloying (i don't pick up on the jasmine). i like to layer this with florals, especially my orange blossom-forward perfumes, but would probably be good for sweetening up a lot of other fragrances. it's just an easy reach, simple and nice for layering.

This is actually delicious! If Tease Sugar Fleur was more candied pear than candied apple... and then even more candied. I don’t get the caramel til the dry down and it’s glorious! Imagine a fresh sweet pear slice has been candied in hardened sugar glaze, then dipped into a smooth and sweet caramel that isn’t very buttery. Imagine the contrast in fresh juicy and rich as you chew... that is the way the caramel comes through as this dries down. Wafts in gobs of juicy delight🤤 I don’t know how long middle eastern scents stay available... but I know I never want to be without this one. This will also layer well to sweeten up so many other scents. I can see me running through this. Also, this is no slouch. One mist on my arm on skin and I could smell it through my sweatshirt and puffer jacket. I’m in love!

Immediately after spraying you are hit by a delightful wave of pear, green apple, and pure sugar. The top notes are gorgeously sweet, but not in a heavy sickening way. As the scent begins to dry out you begin to get whiffs of caramel and raspberry that uplift the apple and pear. Once the scent completely dries down you are left with a sugary, subtle and fresh fruity scent with the slightest bit of musk. Overall the fragrance reminds me of cotton candy and fruity candy, without being overly childish. The perfume is lovely and complex and layers well with vanilla and caramel scents. Cons: The bottle leaked during delivery and I am struggling to clean it off. Pros: Pretty packaging, fresh and sweet scent, very wearable, and lasts forever without being overpowering, easy to layer.

smelling from the bottle: it smells very peary and appley, very very sweet and candylike, not really realistic if thats what you are going for. the longer you smell the more the caramel note creeps up and same with the raspberry. musk is really hidden for me. spraying on clothes: the best way to describe the smell is kind of like strawberry yoghurt? straight up yoplait strawberry yoghurt. it used to project very much like a pear or green apple jolly rancher but now its a pleasant strawberry yoghurt (probably the raspberry). spraying onto my skin: i can definitely smell the jasmine and raspberry, the pear is nice and mellow same with the green apple. really nice for summer/spring its a super juicy and candylike fragrance.

Like others have said, it smells nearly exactly like a green apple jolly rancher. I love pear scents so I was definitely expecting more pear when I purchased, but it's still nice. It's so very sweet and during the summer, I grab for it more often than my other summery scents and sprays. I can't really imagine anyone heavily disliking it because its so simple. I don't personally smell any musk or jasmine even when left on for a long time it doesn't seem to last that long. The bottle itself is very heavy duty and HEAVY. I dropped it like five times and its still in perfect condition. It feels expensive even though it costs a lot less than a lot of high end perfumes.

This is just a gorgeous juicy sugary syrupy pear/apple caramel fragrance I can't imagine anyone hating the smell of.. unless you don't like to wear anything too sweet but smelling it on the air ? I get lots of compliments anyway esp soon after I spray it. I don't detect anything musky here it's just straight up what you get a fruity magic potion! Linear and the same from start to finish. Not photorealistic but more a perfume version if you sniffed a candy apple covered in caramel. It doesn't last forever on skin, probably due to the lack of a strong base note which imo is good, but on clothes it'll stick around.

I purchased this after being influenced by Heidi’s Perfume Corner on You Tube. She loves this fragrance and has said it makes her happy. I’m so thrilled with the recommendation because I love this fragrance and it really made me fall in love with pear. This is not sophisticated or complex, it’s a very gourmand sweet juicy pear and I’m here for it. I get juicy pear with apple, caramel, possibly a hint of jasmine and some musk. It is an easy daytime/spring fragrance. I loved wearing it to my daughter’s softball games this spring. It really is a happy fragrance, a very easy reach.

I don't love fruity perfumes, but this one does it for me! It's a sweet, synthetic pear scent with a bit of creaminess. To me it is unique, or at least nothing else that I have smells the same out of my ~475 bottle collection, and this is up there for me as far as the value for the price. It doesn't last very long on skin, but I paid $18 dollars at Burlington so I wasn't expecting much. Is it a fruity candy like perfume...sure...but I prefer this over the likes of Rock Candy and Yum Bougie Marshmallow.

Love, love, LOVE 🥰 Amazing and delicious pear & apple scent, and decent lasting too. Sprayed my wrists last night before bed and could still smell Pear Potion this morning 💚 I suspect I also will be layering with this one, so I can use it all seasons. I get the jasmine, raspberry caramel and musk after the first delicious blast of apple and pear, and I find all the notes so well blended. What a pleasant surprise ❤️ Can't stop sniffing my wrists. Just delicious 🍏&🍐

This is a dream for spring and summer (Swedish summer, that is (20-25°C/68°-77°F)). I've gotten numerous compliments and questions about what I'm wearing, mostly from other women. So I figured I had to write a review since I rarely get compliments on perfume and really wasn't expecting this one to be my most complimented. It's very sweet, but the fruitiness and freshness balance it out, in my opinion. For the price, it's a no-brainer!

Blind bought this and I really like it! Agree with the others that said it smells like the green jolly rancher. It smells delicious like pear and apple, with a hint of floral notes. Very fresh and fruity, perfect for warmer months. It has decent longevity on me, I can still smell it after about 5 hours, and longer on clothing. For the price you can't go wrong if you are into fruity fragrances and like pears and apples!

It’s like smashing a carnival caramel green apple with a juicy synthetic candy pear. All of that in a good way. It’s sweet but very fresh and uplifting. The lasting power is very good because I can smell this all day. Even more so if I’m outside and the wind is just lifting it all over. It does kind of smell like a nice shampoo. 10/10 for any time. The caramel makes it perfect for fall as well.

Pear is my top favorite note, so when I found out about this perfume, I was immediately intrigued and blind bought it. It is far from my dream pear perfume, but otherwise it’s freshly sweet, dries down a bit powdery on my skin, but nothing unbearable. I think it’s too much for summer, but that’s my personal preference... Anyway, I love it!

This smells just like a green apple jolly rancher!! I prefer very sweet and candy like smells, and this fits that description perfectly. The aquatic element of the pear balances out the fruitiness of the apple. Very fruity, aquatic, airy, and cool. If this perfume were a song, it would be Midnight Sun by Zara Larsson. 🍐💚

Mouthwatering. I own several gourmand fragrances, but none make me want to lick my hand quite like this potion does. I do wonder about its longevity and sillage though. It feels so airy and light that it may settle into a skin scent or stay mostly within my scent bubble. I’ll have to update once I wear it as a SOTD.

Pear potion is a straight forward juicy pear and green apple scent. Pretty linear and no complications whatsoever. Only difference in dry down is that the juiciness is taken over by a candy like feel. Super fresh and reminds me of a shampoo I used back in the day. I just know this is going to be my summer staple!

Smells like fruity juicy candied pear and little bit other fruits. Nothing else. No florals or nothing. This is also not caramelized pear. It's like candy sweet also balanced way. Appropriate for day time, spring summer. Longevity and projection moderate. Very simple and likable too.

Absolutely love!! Right away the jasmine pops out to me, but then its super fruity and almost has a bit of cinnamon in there. I disagree with the seasonal votes on here, and I think this scent screams fall to me. Its like candied apple and pie, but also fresh and juicy.

This is probably one of the best smelling fragrances of all time. It smells like melon mixed with pear candy. Extremely nice scent and longevity is alright for the price. Really good price. U can’t go wrong with this fragrance it’s unique and I highly recommend it.
