Perseviron Fig Hug

I let this rest for a few days after arrival before testing. First impression: citrusy, slightly sweet, and mostly green — very clearly a green fig, not a ripe or jammy fig. Think fig leaf rather than fig dessert. What stood out immediately is that nothing felt sharp or screechy, and there was no alcohol blast at all. In the opening, I mostly picked up the lemon, fig, and a soft sparkle from the pink pepper. The florals were not identifiable as “rose” or “jasmine” to my nose — they felt more like part of the green accord, adding smoothness rather than smelling floral. I also noticed hints of cedarwood and musk early on, giving it a clean, structured feel. At first, I couldn’t detect the fig milk or whipped cream notes and wondered if my nose just wasn’t trained enough. But after some time on skin — once the citrus faded — everything changed. That’s when the magic happened. The fragrance slowly melted into a soft, creamy, milky fig with a beautiful musky warmth. The fig milk and whipped cream finally emerged, not in a loud gourmand way, but as a smooth, delicious creaminess that hugs the skin. It became cozy, comforting, and quietly addictive. This is definitely a fragrance that requires patience. It evolves gradually and rewards you for letting it settle. By the drydown, it smelled absolutely delicious on my skin — creamy, musky, and unique, unlike anything else I’ve smelled before. Overall, this was a surprisingly beautiful journey from green and fresh to soft and creamy. Nothing about it felt unpleasant at any stage, and the drydown is especially lovely. I’ll definitely keep revisiting it as it continues to age.

I love this, but it is NOTHING that I expected. Fig? Fig milk? White musk? Florals? Whipped cream? WHERE????? I’ve been hunting for a milky brown sugar fig, but so far, this is definitely not that. Maybe I shouldn’t judge it day 1, we’ll let her macerate. Surprisingly, I’m still obsessed! Right now, it reminds me a lot of Satsuma from The Bath and Body Shop, if anyone remembers that. This is THE MOST photorealistic fresh-squeezed orange/mandarin juice I never knew could be captured! So FRESH, juicy, ripe, and delicious! It feels very blind buy safe, as I can’t imagine anyone not wanting to experience this bursting joyful scent bubble. Perfectly unisex and not juvenile, just smells like photorealistic happiness, like you’re a person who’s been juicing for dozens of friends and loved ones all morning. I didn’t know I needed this unexpected scent profile in my life, but now I’m totally in love!

This is amazing! Totally unisex. From someone that loves fig smell this is a must have. I would say this is a nice variation of killian adults. killian leans more feminine and sweet. IF you can imagine Killian's adults less sweet and and pepper than you get fig hug. Alternatively image taking D&G capri in love (pour Homme) and adding whip cream and fig milk. Generally speaking if you want woody fig go with Francique 63.55 French Avenue, or with Liam Lattafa, if you want leathery fig go check 3 AM Sean John, If you want pure fig leaf smell look for Theodoros kalotinis alluring fig. For a fresher spring/summer fig fragrance go check Acqua di parma fico di amalfi. Finally if you want a totally unisex bit sweet,milky and peppery fig you really need to try Perseviron Fig Hug

absolute 10/10 would recommend this to anyone who loves sweet fig scents. Ngl I was a bit worried bcs some ppl said this smells like a cleaning product, but to me it's just really citrusy lemony type sweet sweet fig with whipped cream. This is really good. A recent pick up for me and, having owned AdP Fico di Amalfi I can say this is very reminiscent though not identical. It's bright and uplifting and definitely unisex. Sweet, creamy and citrussy in a lemon meringue or lemon cheesecake with whipped cream sort of way and the fig (to my nose at least) has that dried fig sweetness with fig milk. Dries down to a creamy. white musk. The sort of fragrance that excels for the spring and summer. A great reach when you want to smell fresh and clean.

okay . get this , this was a blind buy for me and it was a damn good buy , was a bit worried the lemon note was gonna hide the fig but oh boy was i wrong , this reminds me of my childhood of the meditranian and the fig leaves and fruits i used to gather with my nana , it has a beautiful opening thats a mix of lemon and figs but then it calm into this creamy musky comferting scent that just keep on sniffing over and over its beautiful 9/10 if you love figs you wont regret getting this

I looove it from the first sniff. Lemony, green fluffy fig. And its just from the first sniff. I am pretty sure it will become creamier, once I will let it macerate. Veeery successfull blind buy💕 Edit: Came back after a while. Fico di Amalfi leens more to the green notes. Fig Hug is mioe creamy than Fico di Amalfi. I love it, i do understand why its called "fig hug". Is creamy, soft cozy fig❤️ loove it

Absolutely became one of my favorites. A creamy lemon ♥️🤌🏻 I definitely agree with the one comment that said it should be called Lemon Hug. However, it's gorgeous, a unique lactonic lemon. Very versatile, can be worn day or night, no matter the season. Lasts and project very well. A win for Paris Corner.

Lemon + fig.. omg, I am in love! Such a nice fragrance! Even now in October seems to be a good choice as a day fragrance here in Europe. I'm really in love! It's a little bit similar to it's brother Perseviron - same boozy vibes. I like them both. Both are unisex and already well blended from day one.

Finally something interesting from Paris Corner, good perfumes are not talked about much, they find their way. A perfume that differs from others, simple, refreshing and not pretentious. It's somehow different, I can't say which note is dominant, but it's really nice.

This is a beautiful, citrusy, creamy, laconic/milky and slightly earthy (fig) scent. Very gourmand and definitely great for year round wear (shines in warmer climates). I just keep smelling my hands as it been projecting for a the last 90 minutes. This is a 9/10

I absolutely love this stuff. Lactonic, but summer friendly thanks to citrusses. Unfortunately because citrus note is so strong, I can barely smell fig. Lasts about 4hrs and then I need to reapply.

half a year has passed since the purchase, that's what I can say. I mostly use it as a base For layering (safari breeze fits well on top, my friends and I called it a combo: fig breeze) Since it is very strong, if you wear it separately, then a maximum oas for whether it replaces 3-4 sprays throughout the body is already the limit, usually 2 sprays are enough, since the atomizer is good. 🫢 as for whether it replaces Fico de Amali In the original, at the beginning you can feel the conifers and citruses that leave after 15 minutes, their base is identical, well, maybe fig hug is a little sweeter.⚗️ To summarize, I can definitely say that there is no point in buying Fico while this miracle exists, with a performance 5 heads higher 🤌 Thank you for your attention, I hope I helped you ❤️🩹

Let's rename this to LEMON HUG. Light airy cream whipped up and dusted with sugared (baking vanilla or sandalwood?) soaked lemon. Whipped fluffy lemon cheesecake with whip on top and sliced green figs for decor. Opening 10 seconds is a little green from the fig and peppery but .... this dry down! Interesting and light enough to be worn in the heat but the whipped cream can hold up in colder temps.

I'm a man and Fig Hug smells fantastic! Lemon up top, fig.. and dries down to a creamy milk or this creamy whip cream smell. Delicious. Its masculine and my wife likes it on me but doesn't necessarily like it on her. I do though. It smells great. I have over 100 fragrances and nothing in my collection smells like this. Great pick-up and very different but good from what I'm used to.

My daughter says it smells like mandarins. It’s a straight-up citrus scent. The name and greenish bottle suggest green fig notes, but that impression stays only in the packaging, not in the fragrance. Still, it’s pleasant and a bit modern. It reminds me of Devotion by D&G. Dear ME brands: please make an affordable real fig fragrance.

This open up very fresh with citrus and pink pepper. After a while it becomes more sweet, more fruity, milky fig. Almost like smelling a sweet riped fig. Its long lasting on skin. Sweet milky fig. With a fresh undertone. If you like fig notes you will love this.

Bright citrus upfront, rosy milky floral underneath, and a general fruity richness overall. Very fun to smell the lactonic with the citrus and floral-gives me fancy vibes without being pricey either. Very unique from my experience.

Fico di Amalfi is one of my favorite scents and I definitely see the similarity! It's not 100%, but if you like one you'll like the other. A very nice citrus fig with a creamy dry down.

I like it. Unisex. Versatile. I get mainly fresh, but at the same time sweetness. Tons of Fig which brings the freshness and fruitiness. Sweetness comes mainly from the whipped cream.

I blind bought this, and I'm wearing it today. To my nose, I'm honestly not getting much fig. The opening is all about the citrus and pink pepper--it is very tangy, and I like that part. Maybe there is some green fig underneath? That dissipates over the first hour and then the sweeter notes come in and it turns into a skin scent. But I can't really pick out fig, per se. It does have a lactonic quality coming from the whipped cream and fig milk. It is pleasant but very meh in comparison to the opening. I can't compare this to the fragrances others have mentioned, as I have not smelled them. I do have another fig fragrance, Forbidden Fig by For the Scent of It. It is a green fig and very fig-forward. I love the smell of it, and it has way better performance. I might try layering the two. I only have a decant of Forbidden Fig, but I have a full bottle of this, and I really wish it were the other way around. I feel like this is a unisex fragrance that leans slightly feminine due to the sweetness of the dry down.

This one was slightly disappointing to me. I was unfortunately swayed by influencers to get this scent, thinking I’d get a nice fig perfume. It’s really...not there. I guess the fig is in the dry down, but the lemon and pink pepper are so over powering that I just don’t consider this a fig fragrance. Once this dries down, it smells really nice, but the lemon lasts so long on me, that I kind of just feel like some sort of creamy lemon dessert. It’s really not a bad scent, but I find it very misleading. No, I’ll be honest and say I straight up do not like the opening. The lemon and pink pepper are fighting with either the fig milk or whipped cream note. I don’t know. It doesn’t know if it wants to be zesty or creamy at first, which sucks because I really like the dry down. This perfume also made me wonder if I didn’t like citrus notes...which is wild, I know. ...this is such a pass for me. It might just be my nose though, because everyone else in my family really likes it.

First impression, just received my bottle. Packaging is very nice, kind of impressed by what you get for the amount that I’ve paid (22€ for 100ml). The scent is very lemony fig, first few mins a bit plasticky and cleaning liquidish... but it develops quite quickly to something a lot better though when the cream and rose show up. Very curious what this will do after a few hours of wear and a few weeks of macerating. And just a little note, it really isn’t alike to Father Figure. Fico di amalfi comes a lot closer but Fig Hug is a lot creamier. FF isn’t creamy at all, it is very bright and crisp (one of my fave figs). Will update this review once I’ve worn it a bit more 😊 UPDATE: this turns into a vanilla scent on me. After the initial sharp lemony fig it fades and I’m left with something alike to This is Her by Z&V but a little more fresh and less strong. Not what I was hoping for in a fig centred fragrance...

Edit* I didn’t like this at first because fico di Amalfi la Riserva is more luxury smelling and more unisex. But I realize I can’t compare every fig fragrance to that one, it’s unfair. I still don’t think this is good for grown men, it’s a little too candied sweet and playfully youthful. But I kept it and my gf loves it now for herself and whenever she wears it I enjoy it a lot. For me, keeping this as feminine fragrance is where is shines the most, it’s sexy, but not too serious at the same time. Perfect for spring and summer, good signature scent.

On my skin the citrus notes stand out more than the other sweeter and lactonic notes. The scent reminds me of a soft, citrusy, herbal mojito with a slightly creamy base. It's not bad, but it's not what I expected. I would have liked a much sweeter and lactonic fig and not something sooooo citrusy. On the drydown it turns out a little bit sweeter and creamier but the citrus notes are still there. I think this fragance is perfect for spring, summer, and maybe fall. it's a definitely unisex perfume.

Citrusy in the beginning and creamy floral in the dry down. I pick up on the fig, lemon at first and then it transitions into pink pepper, whipped cream, jasmine, rose, and a little musk. I definitely detect the whipped cream in the dry down. I think this fragrance will be good for layering with other scents as well. Fast forward a few months: this fragrance reminds me of baby shampoo? Not bad, but not sure if I want to smell like baby soap.

I don't really get why this is called Fig Hug but the dominant notes I can pick out is Lemon and that spicy pink pepper in the opening. It's quite tart and not to my liking but it's not a bad scent in general, but definitely don't get this is you want a fig perfume lol

This does NOT smell like Father Figure. I love father figure and have it, and compared them side to side and they smell nothing alike. I'm hoping as it macerates it'll get close to father figure but as of right now, it smells nothing like it.

Slightly sweet lemon pepper with a very slight green fig. I thought this was a coconut milk with a sweet and fruity fig from the name and the notes. This is the one I was looking forward to the most so it's a bit of a disappointment.

Kinda smells like hand soap.. not a bad smell to wash my hands or dishes but doesn't smell like a fragrance... it does smell clean, and somewhat fresh, and at the same time somewhat off-putting because it's also sweet? Like the whipped cream sweetness is fighting for attention with the hand soap smell.. it's confusing to say the least and imo the blend is slightly off putting.. I think some people will like this one though but definitely try it first even if you're convinced you like anything that's fig. (I usually do...) I think it's the lemon combined with the florals, I do like lemon in frags when done right but this one isn't. Edit: okay so I've worn this on a few occasions now and I'm obsessed with it.. I think I just needed some time to understand it even though it does still smell soapy to me it has this really delicious creamy quality that blends well with that soapy quality that I think I just needed to give some time!! I was just surprised by the smell and expected something different but now I really appreciate it and I purchased a bottle.

A tangier more wild version of Diptyque’s Philosykos. The beginning is sour with noticeable green nuances. Spicy in a dry way from that pink pepper. Smells like those over grown ponds surrounded by cat tail plants. Do not be wooed by the fig milk and whip cream notes they are only supporting roles. If anything, those notes make this smell like a creamy green soap smell. Not too far off from Irish Spring. This gives “soft masc” energy.

This is awful. It smells like cheap dish soap that you've added to plastic and set the whole thing on fire. It's all melted and smells like a chemical disaster waiting to happen. Yikes! So it opens with lemon. Not fresh lemon though... a cleaning product lemon. Right okay, I can forgive that if it's short lived. Then a green fig arrives to the party. This should be great, right? I love a fig note. Nope. It mixes with the lemon in the worst possible way. It smells so artificial, and the lemon turns into a bitter pith stench that just won't leave. I feel attacked. Then there are all the other notes. Excuse me... where are they? No pepper. No whipped cream. Nothing. They're all hiding from the fig and lemon bullies up top. I'd have loved to wait for the deep dry down, but I had to scrub this one off after an hour or two. The longer it stayed on my skin, the bigger my headache became. My sample already had plenty of time to mature, so this isn't a case of it needing to settle either. Fig hug? More like fig slap. Do not buy!

I really wanted to like this one. Unfortunately, all I get is this overly synthetic, overpowering, sweet lemon smell. After about 1 hour I get a hint of cream. I don't get any of the other notes. I tried macerating it for almost 2 months hoping it would get better. That just made that icky lemon stronger. I love fig notes, but I don't get any fig at all, which makes me very sad

Worst fragrance I ever smell, absolutely nothing similar to Fico di amalgi riserva, just typical sweet arab scent 🤢

I just got this fragrance. Literally postman just dropped off. First impression, the lemon and jasmine note persist for quite sometime until dry down. The fig notes are softly present and at this time the rose, musk, and whipped cream are extremely faint. I know this will transform and mature. I like it now and I know it will age like wine over the next few weeks/months. I only have two other fig fragrances to compare: Milk Orchid and Alluring Fig (by TK). The only thing in common with MO is the fig note. It’s more prominent in MO and is combined with coconut. The coconut takes over MO in my opinion. I love Alluring Fig, but I know for some this is an acquired taste. I think AF is the most realistic fig..not just the fruit but the tree as well. At dry down you get a nice vanilla cream and fig. I think Fig Hug will mature into something like AF but possibly more whipped and sweet! I will come back with an update in a few weeks to share. April 2026: I can’t believe it’s been more than a year. The notes had melted together more! It is still citrus forward but I get more of the fig note than initially. I like it even more now! June 2026: The lemon note is hanging on for dear life! I thought citrus notes were the first to evaporate. The other notes, like fig and something very very sweet is more amplified now. To me this remains a very nice scent, in which I will be reaching more for this summer!

This, to me, is not fig forward, and actually quite a bit sweeter than I thought. Yes, there’s citrus in the opening which lingers quite a bit longer than a lot of citrus notes. At the end of the day, this is sweet, sweeter than father figure, and the fig “milk” (?) is the figgiest part. I usually go for fig fragrances because they can be really fresh, usually including the leaves, which up front, this doesn’t. It’s not bad! Those saying the opening is sharp— yes, it is a little. But the main event is the cream. It’s blended nicely, you can’t pick out very many notes, but you’ve got to have a particular taste for this. Not fresh enough for those wanting fresh, probably not sweet enough for people who want to smell like a confection. Though too sweet for a lot of people, I would think. I’ll wear it, but i’m not reaching for it often.

I personally don’t think this is a good blind buy. I do enjoy it but I can see how people would be put off by the initial fig and pink pepper combo. If it weren’t for the whipped cream and jasmine pushing through I don’t think I’d be thrilled with that combo . The dry down is gourmand which is interesting with the initial burst of citrus. Something just isn’t blending well in my opinion in the opening. That last about 15 minutes and then the rose pulls through the citrus dissipates and you’re left with a hug basically. A nice comforting scent . If you don’t like rose you’re not going to like this dry down phase . Cedarwood comes in a little after the rose for a nice mixture but still leans more feminine . Wearing to bed and it isn’t overpowering .Hope that helps.

As a fig lover with many other varieties, this was disappointing to me. I don't get much of the fig milk, mostly the lemon and pepper in the opening (which comes off a bit sanitizery), then it softens a tad bit with the whipped cream but it doesn't feel cohesive to me. If you want a fresh bright fig that doesn't break the bank I'd pick Fig of Amalfi Coast from Dua over this every time, or if I want creamy fig I'd pick Nearly Noon or Milk Orchid, or Father Figure for a clean scent. This just doesn't really scratch any itches for me and isn't blended well enough for me to reach for so I'll be decluttering it.

Green, sweet, tangy fig and fizzy citrusy opening. Very unique but easy to wear. I wish the green fizziness in the opening would last the entire lifespan of the fragrance -- some vetiver would have done wonders to accentuate both the fizziness and greenness. Instead, this fragrance goes in the creamy, milky direction as it sits on skin. I am not the biggest fan of the lactonic 'whipped cream' accord together with the musk but it's tolerable. The opening is quite masculine but I find it dries down very feminine. It's definitely worth looking into if you like fruity fragrances with a twist.

Where's the fig? All I get is a very bright, intense citrus and hyper sweet, creamy sweetness with vanilla and powdery facets. Yes, there is a "green" feeling, but it's not fig. In the opening, there's a mentholated type of feel. Very unusual and I like that part. However, if I could sampled this, I never would have bought a bottle. Also, the intense citrus smell comes off almost like cat pee/urine. Not the first time a hyperdose of citrus does this (Britney Spears Island Fantasy and Adam Levin for Men does the same thing).

This is most unique and safe blind fragrance the fig here is just perfect to add a little bit of sweetness on first spray I was sure I’m going to love is very unisex the wood and white musk make this fragrance to stand out very creamy every time I moved my arm I could smell it it last already 6 hours on skin and clothes over 8 hours if you try the new Marc Jacob absolute and you love it this a definitely a perfect one for u
