I got this at a discounter real cheap. It came with after shave and shower gel so I figured it was worth the money. Despite being an EDC this fragrance lasts a while. A pleasant scent that is a light blend of citrus, floral, and woods, this is perfect for virtually anytime. This sort of reminds me of Calvin Klein's Encounter minus the "boozy" characteristic people prescribed it.

for the price, it is nice. It feels like female perfume but actually it is very soft male cologne. I love it how soft it is and does not disturb to people. I had 3 sprays and it lasts on my body about 5-8 hours. Most people did not heard of this guy but it is a quality blended cologne. Also reminds me little bit of burberry beat, so who every like the burberry beat, they will love this one.

This smells exactly like a "plummy" take on Montblanc Individuel's raspberry/sandalwood/white chocolate masterpiece. Innovation isn't especially innovative. There are some interesting notes at first, but after a short while it's like one big accord with the fennel type quality being obvious. I don't get vanilla or tonka but there is slight sweetness to it. This does smell fairly good, as a smell, though I would never think to call it "niche quality" (meaning what niche was mostly like 10+ years ago). At most there is the slightest hint of coffee and woods, though the lavender isn't strong, which is a plus. A 100 ml bottle cost me next to nothing so I won't complain, but there are other "super-cheapos" that I find a lot more interesting/enjoyable, such as Eau de Royal Secret and Oud Touch (I'd even rate Bogart's Silver Scent Deep higher than Innovation, and SSD is considerably stronger). UPDATE: It eventually "blooms" nicely, though the fennel seems strongest (or I just may be especially sensitive to it). In some ways it reminds me of BalMan, but that one is softer and lacks the fennel.. Innovation never has the complexity and depth I prefer, but it never smells anything other than good, and the strength is at least good, so again, no complaints.

@Bigsly You beat me to the punch. Not listed so thought I’d go on bottle shape:) Randomly applied today along with the shave balm which came together in gift kit. Bought the last one..that actually helped my blind buy decision, in that it has sold without a review listing (on here at least). Tried the original long ago and wanted to try a “new school flavor” from this house. On sidenote will replace when done, perfect for work and casual. Surprised to still get wafts of good notes after 6-8 hours. For the top/mid notes..and price , i’m glad it doesn’t go into metallic sour garbage mode like other niches that have cost more..this stays woody fresh/leathery. The bottle design is catchy as well. Look at the shape of it..and it’s called Legend?! Pierre don’t fuck around now. Looks like something he’d beat a hooker over the head with if she got outta line , LOL;)

Legend for men by Cardin is in a similar bottle but there's no listing on Fragrantica for it, so I'll put my review here. The notes for that one are: Sea mist, Ginger, Carrot seed, Black absinth, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Sage, Cypress, Mugwort, Haitian vetiver, Fir balsam, Tonka bean, Leather, Musk, Dark amber. This is a fairly smooth and clearly aquatic scent. If you want a "clean" sea smell, as opposed to something like Horizon by Davidoff (which has a lot of other notes involved), this is one to try. I get very little of the other notes listed, and I wished I enjoyed this "sea mist" experience, but I prefer orientals, gourmands, leathers, tobacco, strong spice, sandalwood, etc. It definitely smells good, and lasts well, but I don't want to smell this for hours.

It was a blind buy. We were looking for something under $20 online at 3am, just for the heck of it. It was a very pleasant surprise! On my husband, the lavender, neroli, fennel and tonka bean are very prominent. Aromatic, but at the same time woody. Smells very familiar to some other fragrance, but i can't put my finger on it. But to my husband's nose it smells like sugar-free version of Versace Blue Jeans. Last up to 8 hours on 2-3 spritz. 3-4 ft sillage.

The name is misleading. It should be called "Repetition". You've smelled this somewhere before... probably in a Calvin Klein bottle. The plum is not overly sweet or intruding; the oud is barely noticeable and coffee is nowhere to be found. Lots of lavender and tonka bean, though. An OK scent for its price point but don't expect much.

Bought it and returned it, very glad I could. This one sucks all the way. Note pyramid says, sandalwood, coffee, oud..among other things. Don't know what they were smoking. This is linear cheap musk all the way, beginning to end. My recommendation, avoid at all costs!

very impressed with this, sadly alot of Pierre Cardin's old stuff got reformulated and ruined . so its nice to see something new that smells good :) plus i like plum scents allot i'm finding
