Divine Tentation

Just wore this out of Jovoy Paris after asking for something special from the store manager. Wow, she's quite a find. I love boozy fragrances (side effect, lataffa), but this one is deserving of her own special space, as the addition of the fig and clove really harmonize beautifully with the rum, vanilla and wood. Very comforting and mellow, just a bit sweeter and more feminine than your average boozy bear. (Don't get me wrong, the store manager that day was a man, and he was wearing it quite well too ;-). 6 hours later, she's still going on strong. Projection is not as strong, but still on the higher side. Hard to shell out 280 euros for a full bottle, but the fact that I can't buy it easily in the US is leaning me to the yes side of maybe-likely...

Wearing this stunner today. While its certainly familial to the Angels Share/ Oajan/Ambre Narguile style fragrances, Divine Tentation is not nearly as high pitched or spiced. There's a smoothness to Divine Tentation that makes you feel like you are wearing a fragrance that costs 3x more. The bright fruitiness of the fig, and booziness from the rum and the patchouli really elevates this into another dimension. I wish it projected longer, but it does keep you in a cozy scent bubble for at least 4-6 hours. The bottles themselves are some of the most stunning I have seen, and collected. After owning this, I dont think I would be able to go back to Angels Share, Oajan or Ambre Narguile.

I've just tried this incredible scent. Thought it'd be too harsh and aggressive, but the truth could not be further from my assumption. Such a complex, beautifully blended, high quality - feeling concoction, oh boy......keep sniffing it on my wrist, simply heavenly, totally unisex! The rum, clove and fig are not too prevalent and pungent! Someone said it is a panty dropper, well, yeah, I couldn't agree with him more on that! HEAVEN!

Absolute magic! Best fall/winter fragrance, it’s warm, comfortable yet sophisticated and sexy. The grown up version of Angel’s Share, much more complex.
