This review is pretty much the same as my review for Lattafas Al Nashama caprice as they are so similar in quality and scent profile, I'd genuinely struggle to choose one over the other! Again, I'm astounded that a fragrance at this price not only competes with a classic like LNDH but surpasses it. Many inspirational scents fall short but occasionally something comes along that is astounding. For under £30 GBP you get a classic that performs way beyond it has any right to! It projects at way over arms length for a good few hours and remaining easily noticeable, but slightly closer for the same again. The sillage is very good and people will take notice without any respiratory issues. Again, it's a classic for a reason. Timeless and distinguished. As per the original it's a male dominant scent, hence the name of the YSL offering. But hey, these days you can pretty much wear what ever floats your boat! Wear in almost any situation and whatever season it happens to be. This product will do it all. Probably for the more level headed, civilised type of individual but if you enjoy quality and class why not give it a go, whatever your age! The actual scent is so incredibly well blended that it truly belies it's price. The notes listed are all fairly distinguishable singularly and combine beautifully as a whole. Fareed is just a little bit more lively all around over the original, hence why it offers offers the much welcomed increase in performance. Someone seems to have asked themselves how they could keep the essence of the original but improve it in just about every area.....they succeeded spectacularly. Now, you'd think it's lucky to find one decent clone of a classic but stone me, I managed to stumble across two together! If you like the sound of this but would like an additional fresher blue aspect then I implore you to try Al Nashama Caprice by Lattafa. It has all of the quality and performance of this Fareed but adds a new/old element by mimicking the very popular but strangely discontinued Bleu electrique version of NLDH. Either are just excellent, offering strength and performance quite a bit better than the perfumes they copy without losing the identity of the originals. Honestly, I'm more a fan of classic Barbershop, Fougere and chypre style of fragrance but these are an excellent alternative when I fancy something different.

This is the bottle I've been hunting for! OG: The original La Nuit de L'Homme is an absolute masterpiece in men's perfumery, but over the past decade or so, it has suffered from mediocre performance. The bottle I bought last year doesn't even come CLOSE to the performance of the bottle I bought in 2010. Even with these issues, LNDL has maintained its status as the ultimate date-night scent. Solid Clone: I discovered Riflesso a couple of years ago, and was impressed with how close it was to the OG - about 95%. Sadly, the performance of that bottle also matched the OG - 1 hour of projection, 3 more hours as a skin scent. If you prefer lower performance for any reason, this is the one to get - Riflesso is priced 60% lower than the original for an almost perfect match. The Best Clone: Now we get to this bottle by Riiffs. They've also been able to match LNDL's scent at around 95%, but with the 5% that's missing, THEY FIXED THE PERFORMANCE PROBLEM! I sprayed it on my hand 6 hours ago, and it's still a solid skin scent that will easily be there for a few more. It projected moderately for about 2 hours, settled down into a small scent bubble for another 2.5 hours, and is still going as a solid skin scent. This, to me, is the performance you need for the perfect date night - it will project quietly through dinner, remain in a intimately cozy scent bubble through "dessert", and still be a skin scent for the afterglow. Unlike most other clones, this one needed none of the usual maturation - I got this performance out of the bottle USPS just delivered yesterday. Can't wait to see if it improves over the next couple of weeks. This is a perfect 10...and I only paid $30 for it.

Sprayer leaves a lot to be desired. Presentation is on par with cheaper perfumes but I like it. Now on to what really matters. I received my bottle yesterday and wore it to work that night. So this is my opinion based on limited usage. This is in fact a 1-1 of the OG LNDL. No need to let this sit. It smells wonderful right out of the box. I received three compliments from ladies during this 8 hours and two from my male counterparts. Everyone wanted to know what it was so I provided them the back story of possibly the best date night scent ever created and how it lost its balls. Then I proceeded to link them straight to the Riiff website at their request. Fareed was present during the entirety of my 8 hour shift with the strongest projection lasting around 3-4 hours. I would say about 4-5 feet during this time. An arms length 5-7 hours in and finally a skin scent for the remainder. To me the hype is real and Fareed brought a huge smile to my face the moment I got the first whiff. You will be frustrated by the lackluster sprayer but what lies within the purple glass is truly something I have been missing ever since I sold my pricey OG bottle. I was told 10/10 by my coworkers. I always try to ask them to rate. For the price of $39.99 you cannot go wrong.

I have this, Lattafa Al Nashama Caprice, Fragrance World Jack of Clubs and Grandeur Iconic Nuit. This is definitely more original La Nuit and has the strong cardamom from the vintage juice. I was literally comparing it against my 2011 vintage La Nuit today and they are extremely close. While this has the amped up spices in the opening, it is also a bit airer like Frozen Cologne. This is definitely stronger and slightly longer lasting than even vintage La Nuit, but it's good for maybe 7-8 hours total, strong projection for the first hour, moderate projection for hours 2-5, skin scent 6-7. It slightly outlasts the vintage 2011 juice. Anyone saying 2011-2012 LNDH was a beast is greatly exaggerating, even though it was the strongest formula and blows away 2009-2010 and 2013-2025 batches. Fareed definitely outperforms every version of La Nuit and every flanker I've tried. Unfortunately I am just so burned out on La Nuit de l'Homme DNA. I don't think I will be reaching for this again anytime soon. If anyone is interested in trading for my bottle, send me a PM. Please, CONUS only. I don't own or have much experience with YSL La Nuit De l'Homme but from what I do remember, this is in the 90-95% range of similarity. Regardless, I have become somewhat of a fragrance snob and have stopped buying clones/dupes altogether. I'd rather spend my money on better options that are more expensive and for good reason. One bottle of a well sourced fragrance as opposed to 5/$30 clones just seems to be the better option for my taste. That being said, this is the one clone that I felt would be nice to own based on the hype and it has more than lived up to it. I don't subscribe to the "maceration" theory but I'm gonna see if it pertains to this beauty. With or without it, it's a wonderful scent that Riiffs did an amazing job with. Performance doesn't appear to be anything great but hopefully that'll come in time. Excellent purchase that I would recommend to anyone, despite where they find themselves on their fragrance collecting spectrum.

I used to rock the OG in the late 2000’s. Was a signature scent for a while... I still have the bottle but it is soooooo syrupy it is disappointing to spray. So when I saw Riffs to a swing at it I could help but get it. As soon as I sprayed it, I knew they nailed it. Talk about olfactory memories... I’m right back in there. I don’t have a good bottle of LNDL to do a side by side... but if you trust a guy who used to wear it every day, I’d say this is an easy buy. @sunli I think it is heavier on the lavender if I had to choose, but again... it’s been a while since I’ve smelled the OG. It seems a touch stronger out the bottle which I’m guessing is based on the slighter heavier lavender note. I wouldn’t want this fragrance to ever be sweet, and it’s not. More powdery if anything. Can’t wait for it to age a little... First impressions though, I’m impressed.

This is the best La Nuit de l'Homme clone, powerful juice that reminds me of my 2011 vintage La Nuit with shades of Frozen Cologne. It's not as sweet as the 2011 and it's airier like Frozen Cologne but with the stronger cardamom of the vintage juice. This is a good thing as it makes it more versatile. This also has much better performance than modern LNDH. I will give this a full review soon. The one thing I will add in here is that my bottle was second hand so it had some time to mature. I saw some reviews where people got bottles that seems to have lackluster performance or rough edges: take some out of the bottle and let it sit somewhere cool for a few weeks to a month and a half. Test it intermittently and see how it changes. I will add to this review in the future, but I will just say that as far as I can tell so far, the hype is real on this one!

A lot of fake reviews down below, all the accounts have exactly 15 reviews all for Riffs and Nusuk. It's a real shame because this is honestly the best La Nuit clone I've tried, and it's not even close to the next one. I probably won't buy from Riffs again because of these tactics they are using, even though I do enjoy this and I absolutely love Seasons Drift. With that said, if you got a bottle of this and you think it has bad performance, it's probably on of two things, potentially both: 1. Your bottle needs time to mature with air in the bottle, at least 4-6 weeks. 2. You are going noseblind. Spray it on the back of you hand only and don't hold it near your face, come back every so often and you will see it's still very much there. I am getting around 8 hours total time on skin.

This restored my faith in the Riiffs brand. Alot of social media hype around the brand, and I feel like I struck out on a couple, namely 'Momento'... But honestly, that one just needed to age a little bit because it's alot better. Besides the point tho, this (Fareed) is HEAT! Right out the box., it smells amazing. Was debating this and Lattafa Al Nashama Caprice, went with this one due to performance issues with the latter. Im glad I did., moves up to my top 10 easily. Wasn't expecting that at all. Got it off a good shop on Ebay, but just found the wonderful world of the TikTok Shop.. Could have saved some coin, but for $45, I am very happy with the purchase

Good dupe of la nuit de L homme which is said to be one of the finest perfumes ever in men's perfumery! If you love LNDH u can't go wrong with it! This matches the OG by 90% that too with a far better performance than the latest batch of LNDH. It's more of a spicy and lavendar heavy fresh scent that you can wear all year around with little bit of sweetness of tonka beans ! Projects about 2 ft for almost 1.5 hours after that I can smell on my skin for around 5 hours easily. So I would say 5-6 hours on skin and add extra 1-2 hours on clothes. Decent performer but much better than the OG

To my nose, this is 98% identical to the original La nuit de l'homme before it got nerfed. The current version is a shadow of it's formal self but thanks to this frag, that's no longer a problem. Loreal thinks it's funny they can cut costs by using less/cheaper ingredients blaming "allergens" or "environmental protection" or "sustainability" as an excuse and fool anybody? Maybe gullible yt folks but not us. They can f*ck right off thanks to these middle eastern fragrance houses. This is my new daily driver, date night, casual outing frag. My signature. Welcome back LNDH.

I have a well macerated 2025 manufactured bottle and to my nose its very close to La Nuit de l'Homme...Long lasting and well projecting..I have Al Nashama Caprice & Hamdan The Brave too. Both of them are year old batch and macerated for 3 months least..They all smell similar but IMO Fareed is the best..It last long, project well and smell identical to La Nuit de l'Homme..!!

I think I found the hidden gem. Beautiful fresh lavender scent! Was hesitant at first on the initial spray but on skin this is a beautiful lavender powder scent with a bit of pepper. Very very clean. I truly believe this can be worn anytime of the year and time of day. Especially for special occasions or date nights.

I fell for the hype. Extremely disappointed. Left hand OG right hand Fareed. OG still can smell around 3 hours mark while Fareed is gone after 2 hours. The OG is weak, this is weaker! Gonna layer this with Nashama to get the best out of it. On its own the performance is mediocre. Scent wise 90-93% close to OG.

I like it a lot. Not sure if it is like blue electric but the dry down is very much LNDL. The Geranium note is what give a soapy floral smell, I wish they didn't include that but when it leaves the rest is LNDL. Stronger opening with the floral and pepper note which is what people are identifying as synthetic

definitely not an eternal lasting frag but quality wise its top notch ,LNDL dna made denser that defines fareed perfectly, a fresh and spicy date night frag that women definitely like on men. lasting on clothes i got was 6-7 hours , 1.5 hr of moderate projection

I initially thought this fragrance would be masculine, but it’s actually a beautiful unisex scent. I haven’t tried La Nuit L’Homme, but I genuinely love this one. Thank you so much, Riifs Perfumes, for creating such a beautiful fragrance.

Clean and fresh , easy to wear, good for any occasion. Good for the office and gym as well. Really can't go wrong with this one,safe blind buy.

Strong and tenacious beast . Almost too loud. So don't spray with reckless abandon. 2 sprays to neck was more than enough to last for hours and be louder than my wife's Amouage . Pretty linear composition, as in very little change from the first spray to drydown, other than in tone , where it becomes more "polite" as time goes on , because the volume gets turned down a notch or two. After 2 hours it became more tame but the first couple of hours I wondered if I had oversprayed. Smells virtually identical to the original La Nuit and I've tried quite a few supposed clones ... none as accurate as this . Perhaps my untrained nose is to blame, but after spraying the YSL on one hand and this one on the other , I can't tell the difference between them. Why YSL can't replicate this longevity and sillage is beyond me ... Surely they'd be selling way more units if the performance was this good? Either way , purchased directly from the brand's website, this is a new bottle from new stock (they were sold out and took a week or so to restock). Not sure what previous batches were like , but judging by the comments sounds like there were performance issues ? Well , not sure if people are buying fakes or if it was a bad batch but this thing is exactly like La nuit, but turned up to 110 Absolute bargain of the year so far . Very happy with my purchase of this . Hope they do clones of Balenciaga pour homme, iquitos , Derby by Guerlain and of the original Davidoff at this quality , so I don't feel constantly tempted to fork out hundreds for a gamble on small bottles that may or not be turned .... Winner EDIT : The atomizer is poor , and after a couple of weeks in the drawer , it's sticky and didn't diffuse the spray very well... Might have to decant this onto a decent atomizer I guess you get you pay for . But the scent is still a banger No regrets Edit 2 : after a couple of months sitting, it's macerated into a sweeter version of the original , not so sure about it anymore , will see how it performs in autumn

You can tell by the "Eternal Longevity" and "Enormous Sillage" that it's getting review botted so here's my honest opinion: Definitely carries that LNDL DNA, to me it smells very similar to the EDP but less sweet and more shower-gely. The sillage is moderate-strong, longevity is 5-6 hours skin scent and projects for the first 1-2 hours well. It is definitely a better dupe than Al Nashama Caprice, but I would pick the LNDL EDP over this all day still. 4/5

very close to old batches of la nuit de l homme ,seems as stronger version of it.heavy cardamom in opening after that beautiful powdery lavender,smells much more expensive than its price. think it of as a amped up version of la nuit. projects for like 1.5 hrs for me after that stays close to skin for 5-6 hours. definitely a good date scent.

Votes on this are in shambles. This is not a nuclear or beast mode fragrance. Sits fairly close to skin once dried down, but got whiffs of it in the air for the first 4-5hrs. Fresh, sweet and spicy versatile fragrance.

Compared to the OG, it’s good. But there’s a difference. This takes a more soapy fresh and clean approach to the DNA. Where the OG is more spicy seductive. That makes this more versatile and turns it into a daily scent if you wanted to or a gym scent. It still has that slightly seductive edge which I do like. Overall smells great, I was hoping for more of the spices from cardamom and pepper. For the price, the value is there. I recommend.

I could confirm @AllMightySniff's comment. Don't be fooled by the fake votes about its performance. The performance of this is at best is "above average". It gives me about 5hrs on skin. Sillage/projection not really much. Just has this small scent bubble for the first hour nothing much. The scent is really well done, but the performance isn't really good. Even Al nashama caprice performs better than this

Just compared this to Lattafa Al Nashama Caprice which is a clone of blue electric, a discontinued flanker. In my opinion, Caprice is better, stays true to the DNA and keeps that spicy seductive edge that Fareed removed. If you want clean soapy spin: get this If you want clean spicy and more true to the DNA: Caprice. I personally prefer Caprice. I think it’s better, and it’s only $19.

Beautiful Fragrance. BUT.....it lasts for a maximum of 1-2 hours. After that it becomes a skin scent. The dry down isn't pleasing too. There's no sillage after 15 mins of application. Overall not a good perfume if your goal is longevity and projection. Don't believe the fake reviews. Buy a decant and decide for yourself.

Very heavy on lavender, more so than it’s YSL brother. I’m just not big on lavender so it’s just meh for me

Very thick and rich. Can definitely smell the OG DNA, bit less cardamom, more black pepper and Tonka. Unfortunately for me was a bit sickening but to be fair, it's not far off the OG. Just a bit more synthetic.

The smell is synthetic.. lasting only one hour and then disappears..

NOTE: by the way, dont be blindly swayed and fooled by the good reviews, fake votes reviews are a real thing. Look at the longevity and sillage, the number of people voted for eternal is more than all the other longevity options COMBINED, its even almost double all the other votes not just more. same for sillage. its completely insane and unrealistic, not only for this perfume specifically ( for me completely disappears after around 4 hours, projects 30-60 minutes ), but for this scent profile in general. Now go and take a look at Anfar Sabbia perfume. 10 strong vs 18 eternal ( while here its 29 vs 76 ! ) Let me tell you about the longevity of Sabbia. If you do 1 full spray on you arm, I promise you that after 3 days and a proper shower or 2, youll still pick the smell from your arm if you smell it, im not even exaggerating, talking from experience. That's what eternal is and why the votes on Anfar sabbia are legit. Here ? no need to shower or wash your hands, spray it in the morning and youll be lucky if you pick anything in the evening no matter how deep you dig your nose into your skin.

If you like La Nuit De L’Homme, this is probably worth checking out. I’ve been testing Fareed by Riiffs recently and it’s clearly in that same DNA. You get that spicy cardamom opening with a bit of pepper, very familiar vibe right away. As it settles, it keeps that clean, slightly sweet and warm profile. Tonka, woods and a bit of vetiver come through and it becomes smoother and a bit more rounded. What stood out to me is that it feels a bit stronger overall compared to La Nuit, especially in terms of presence. Also, it’s just a click smoother in the way everything blends together, which I think makes it a bit more versatile and easier to wear in different situations. Riffs Fareed is explicitly chasing the iconic Yves Saint Laurent La Nuit de L’Homme DNA, and to be fair, it gets impressively close. In terms of the actual scent profile, it achieves a solid 85 to 90 percent closeness to the original. You get that signature warm, spicy cardamom and sophisticated woody vibe right out of the bottle. The major letdown here is the performance. The scent completely falls off a cliff after about two or three hours, barely leaving a skin scent. If you are looking for longevity, Al Nashama Caprice by Lattafa is a much better alternative. Caprice captures that same beautiful vibe but offers vastly superior projection and lasting power. Fareed smells great while it lasts, but you will need to carry a decant if you want it to survive an evening out.

bought this just to try as the OG LNDL is an undeniable classic and honestly not bad at all. it's pretty strong at the opening and there are plenty of La Nuit notes detectable. as several reviewers have mentioned it comes across quite a bit soapier than the original. is that a bad thing? not really there was always an aspect of soapy freshness in there but here it's ramped up. i don't want to give a percentage but judging it on it's own merits it's a pleasing lavender soapy fresh scent with some sweetness and spicy touches. juice doesn't smell as high quality as the YSL but it's not terrible either. you also get some cardamom on the dydown which is nice with any La Nuit inspiration. well worth checking out.

Got it today, December 2025 batch, I haven't tried the og, only the BE flanked, but so far this perfume feels very mid at best. I want to let it mature and see if anything will change but the scent doesn't feel interesting, it's slightly sweet, cardamom is very weak, and the perfume in general is weak, it has no oomph no real presence, it feels watered down. Kind of disappointed so far. I bet it aint close to the og because I love LDLH BE, and people call the original LDLH the best fragrance ever so I would 100% share similar sentiment, but Fareed is just underwhelming. Let's see if the maturation goddess will bestow her blessing upon this perfume over the next month or two...

Time and time again, i buy a middle eastern clone and im disappointed by either the scent or the quality or the performance or whatever......this right here is easily in the top 5 for best middle eastern clone ive ever tried period. Almost instantly, anyone with a decent olfactory nose, will recognize the quality of the ingredients in this. Not synthetic, screechy or alcohol strong. Even the opening isnt very harsh like these usually are. And in terms of the scent its trying to clone, this is the closest 1 to 1 interpretation ive ever seen in any clone. You couldnt get any closer to the OG if you tried. I really mean that. This one def holds its value. Highly recommend. 👌 👍

I see a lot of people complaining about performance. It's very simple - the fragrance is much stronger and more long lasting than the original La Nuit which was watered down, however, cheaper fragrances tend to use more aroma chemicals (specifically higher amounts of Iso E Super or Ambroxan) which are more likely to make you experience "Fragrance anosmia" or nose blindedness. It doesn't mean the fragrance is gone, it's just that you can no longer smell it. This needs to be addressed because so many people here are complaining about influencers when they really have no idea what they're talking about.

Could someone please explain how prominent the *lavender* is and how the *sweetness* is in here compared to any Bleu Electrique clones or YSL LNDL EDT? Preferences vary, but I personally prefer less lavender and more sweetness -- closer to the DNA of YSL LNDL EDT rather than some Bleu Electrique clones, namely Lattafa Al Nashama Caprice (I have almost all of them). We're only talking maximum 5% differences in scent profiles, but it matters to some of us.

Nice scent profile!! I have both OG and Fareed. It’s not one to one but according to me 80 to 85 same! Fareed is more fresh and clean but OG is Spicy and Sexy! Definitely I will buy again and recommend it to my friends. Compliments getter and sexy date night perfume. My gf like it on me during cozy time!!8.5/10

So many fake ratings n reviews here. Oh boy ....the smell is really nice but its gone after really short period of time. Spray every other hour if you want to buy this one. Otherwise its waste of money, even thought this one is cheap. Shame.

Have not tried it but right now the ratings for performance on fragrantica say it is the most powerful thing ever made! While on parfumo, the scores are 7.3 for long and 7 for sillage. Shame! Are all the raters fake here?!

I smelled this at a perfume shop. The opening has this Body odor type of weird smell. Eventually it goes away but I’m wondering for those that have it. Does it get better with time?

I will not be purchasing this fragrance or any Riffs fragrances due to the 100's of fake reviews set up on here by this company. Shameful piece of fake marketing
