I want to start by saying believe the hype when it comes to this scent. It's a great smelling, strong fragrance! The middle eastern houses are getting insanely good. While we still need to be cautious of the online shilling/hype from the "influencers" there are still many legitimate quality fragrance releases such as this one. The amount of compliments I got from this fragrance just from the two times I wore it out for testing completely dwarfs every other scent I own. It's a very warm and inviting fragrance despite its crazy strength, and kinda reminds me of vanilla, almond, caramel, and sandalwood incense. On skin, it easily lasts 12 hours, and on your clothes it literally lasts for days. I sprayed it on a t-shirt and left it in the hamper for 4 days, when I went to wash it, it still smelled STRONGLY of this scent. Anyone on here saying it's weak and gone in 1-2 hours have to be going nose blind, there's no way this is a weak performer. I can't wait to see how much better this will smell and perform in about 3 months when it has matured some more & the fall season kicks in where I live. There is no doubt that this is built for the colder months. I plan to wear this both for daytime/work and evenings out. For work, you will just want to keep it down to two sprays on your chest/neck under your shirt. For nights out you can apply 4-5 sprays, and you will definitely project out and get noticed! I found my bottle online from GiftExpress for $25, which is an absolutely insane value for the quality and performance you are getting here

Review after 2.5 months of maturation. Dupe of: Arabians Tonka by Montale. I have only tried another clone of it, so I can't comment on the closeness to the OG, but Momento is definitely better than that clone. Appearance: Nice packaging, very good pressurized atomizer. Unique bottle with the open capitalized R cap. Value: Phenomenal fragrance for the price. I paid €19 for this, and it is the best price-to-performance fragrance in my collection. Scent: Sweet, somewhat creamy saffron in the opening, mixing with the heavy sweet rose and tonka bean after 10 minutes, becoming this sweet, powerful arabic type of scent. It is balanced with a very western oud that is very much in the background and not that noticeable. It starts becoming a bit more dry and woody in the late drydown, but the rose and tonka are present throughout the entire duration. Performance and longevity based on ~8 sprays: Almost beast mode projection in the first 2 hours, strong for 4 more hours, medium for 2 more hours, low for 1 more hour and skin scent for 5 more hours. So, projecting well for 8 hours. That's all you need to know about this powerhouse. Leans: Unisex leaning 10% masculine. A confident woman could easily pull this off because of the sweet rose, though. NOT blind buy safe. If I hadn't tried that other clone of Arabians Tonka, I would have not blind bought this. Season: Fall and Winter. Rating: 11/10 for performance, 9.3/10 for scent, 8/10 for versatility, 11/10 for value. General rating would be 9.8/10.

I recently purchased Riiffs Momento Eau de Parfum, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Right from the first spray, it hits with a bold mix of spice and citrus that immediately grabs attention. As it settles, the fragrance warms up into something richer and slightly sweet—I'm picking up on amber and maybe some tonka bean in the heart. The dry-down is where it really shines for me: smooth, woody, with a touch of smokiness and vanilla that gives it a refined, masculine edge. In terms of performance, it's impressive for the price point. I got solid projection for the first few hours, and it lasted hours and hours on my skin. It definitely feels like it's inspired by Arabians tonka , but it manages to hold its own without feeling like a direct clone. For anyone looking for a well-rounded, budget-friendly scent that still feels elevated, Momento is worth checking out.

Momento had been on my radar for a while and I finally pulled the trigger when I saw it online in some crazy Black Friday deal for just 18 Euros. And I gotta say that it smells like a very easy to like niche fragrance for the colder months and the performance is already pretty decent / above average as well and even though it's not really an issue I would be slightly disappointed if it won't improve in that regard based on the expectations I had ( but it most likely will in the upcoming weeks and months as with most Middle Eastern fragrances). My otherwise annoyingly picky girlfriend thinks that this is my best purchase of the year for what it's worth, better than my fragrances from houses like Ahmed Al Maghribi, Arabiyat Prestige, French Avenue etc. Gonna rock this one a lot this winter, my only regret is that I didn't order multiple bottles for that price. BANGER. Scent: 9.6/10 Performance: 8/10 (for now straight out of the box, but will update in a month) Presentation: 10/10 Price: 12/10

This is by far the strongest fragrance I own at the moment. It’s also one of the greatest I own. My bottle at this moment has macerated a good 2 months and is crazy good. The vanilla in the tonka isn’t recognizably super vanilly if it makes sense. You really have to smell hard to understand it is vanilla you are smelling from the tonka. It to me is decently boozy rose with a very exotic sweetness. As a young person this gets me compliments from tons of girls and guys alike my age. This is especially true because this fragrance is deadly. 2-3 sprays max or else some people are probably going to get annoyed quick. It lasts easily 12+ hours on skin and still manages to be faintly smelled on clothes after a wash. Without wash this will be on your clothes for a week maybe more. Overall this is a great fragrance for a guy that wants a rosey fragrance. I blind bought it, it has done wonders for me, but maybe sample first. 9.5/10

Not sure whether it's a batch issue or people go nose blind or complain immediately without giving it a bit of time (I've come across countless Middle Eastern perfumes that went from a 3 to a solid 8 in a matter of weeks), but there is absolutely nothing wrong with the performance of my bottle, I even have gotten compliments 6 hours after application and can still smell it 10 hours later. On clothes even longer. Not even 3 weeks since I did the first sprays and the performance and smell only seem to get better and better. When you look at the actual voting on this site and sites like Parfumo (8.6 longevity, 8.2 sillage based on hundreds of votes) the vast majority of people seem to have the experience that Momento is way above average in terms of longevity and sillage. If you want pretty much guaranteed monster performers you should stick to houses like Ahmed Al Maghribi, that's next level stuff.

Im not sure if this is an inspiration or a clone of Arabians tonka, more leaning towards a clone in my honest opinion. AT is a very sexy oriental floral fragrance, the ingredients are well blended and shine. When it comes to Momento the moment you spray it, you get reminiscent of AT, however many people weirdly do not include the fact that no matter how well a dupe brand copies a fragrance it's never as smooth as the original, i have no hypothesis regarding how people perceive this smoothness in the air, but it does have rough edges. I would say that Momento gets roughly 80% close as even after smelling both whilst momentarily not having them both with me i still noticed something missing, but can we really complain for the price? Final verdict: Get AT if you manage to find it for under €80-90 otherwise Momento will fill out the void surprisingly well

This is divine and an easy new favourite for me. Very intense dark chocolate with a subtle sweetness and hint of smoke. What makes it stand out from my collection is how it manages to be sweet and chocolatey without being dense or cloying. I love layered fragrances as much as anyone, but it's nice to have something like this that doesn't leave you drowning in syrup every time you catch your own scent. It projects fantastically, even from a fresh bottle, though you'll want to avoid overspraying or you'll easily become nose blind to it. The box presentation is also very well-done. I gravitated towards this after seeing it being hyped-up as a top Arabians Tonka clone, and I'm glad I did, as it very much lived up to expectations.

Best dupe of montale arabians tonka period!! This is like 95% there compared to the OG infact i feel its more wearable version . More vanilla in this one if compared to the OG. Scent profile- Very wearable and friendly oud fragrance that feels very cozy than animalic, powdery tonka right from the first spray and burnt sugar and saffron ! Warm cozy slightly sweet with very beautifully blended rose! Longevity- 6-7 sprays project well for first 2 hours and stays on skin for atleast 7 hours ! On clothes the longevity on a safer side is more than 12+ hours! Though its not something that is blind buy safe always sample or buy a decant first before going for a full bottle. scent profile - 9/10 longevity- 8/10 projection- 8.5/10

YES PLEASE! I own the original. I love the original. Love it so much it has became my signature scent. When I fist sprayed Riifs Momento I was surprised of how close it came to the original. Then, around half an hour later I can say this: This is 95% - maybe even more - close to the original. It smells identical to most noses, that I am 1000% sure of. To me, Arabians Tonka has slightly more oud and tonkabean, than Riifs. Also: Momento settles down REAL QUICK compared to the original. The silage is good, and so is the longevity, but you get even MORE of that sugary, saffron, oudy sweetness, and a bigger performance with the original Arabians Tonka. That being said; I don’t think you can’t get a dupe any better than this!

As someone who owns the original, dare I say this can go neck to neck with the original. While the original opens more smoothly and calm down slowly while project like an explosive, Riiffs Momento has harsher opening and dry down swiftly. The only way you can point this out by having 2 fragrances side by side on skin and sniff it for the next 30 minutes. Otherwise it is impossible to tell which is which. Riiffs did a great job at capturing the ambience of Arabians Tonka- sweet warm sugary aromatic oud, but it failed to presents the oud as vivid as Arabians Tonka. I assume not many people will be upset with their oud being toned down, so for a 1/4 of the price of Arabians Tonka, I would recommend as an alternative.

I've always thought gatekeeping is super dumb, but this fragrance made me understand why some do it. This not a casual wear fragrance, this is a smell that I have described as going on a nice date, going to a high end play or event, basically this is what I would imagine Bruce Wayne would wear to a gala. I personally am not able to pull this off in many circumstances, so it has become my fragrance I spray my bed sheets with. Maybe sounds weird, but the rose and sweet notes makes you feel comfy and cozy, with a high end sophistication. Absolutely worth the buy. The thing holding it back here is the shear lack of versatility: 9/10

@TripleBee: I don't know what year/batch you have in your bottle...but the bottle I received literally lasts 24 hours on my skin and clothes if I don't shower or put the clothes in the washer. In fact, I only wear this once a week now because if I wear it more than that...all of my clothes smell like it...and I like wearing different fragrances. My bottle is "Chemical Warfare" strong and long-lasting, I'm sorry that you haven't received the same level of performance. I may have to split my bottle between two bottles and dilute it all. EDIT: Original faulty bottle wouldn't stop leaking, decanted into another bottle.

I sprayed it on clothes, and there was barely any projection (no scent detected). At least with the other perfumes I own, they still project a little on clothes. I had to spray it on my arms, and it projected really really well for the first 30 minutes to an hour. After that, it quickly became a scent bubble for 1 to 1.5hr. It lasted a total of 7 hours on skin. The notes are accurate, and the perfume smells just like that. The Longevity and Sillage have been updated. When I bought it, the longevity was shown as eternal...... I'm surprised that it performs poorly on clothes but performs really well on skin.

For the price, you really can't beat it. Totally unisex...and interestingly enough, this one smells super masculine on a man, but somehow still smells entirely feminine when worn by a woman. For the price you really can't beat it. I do find that I become nose blind to this fairly quickly, but smelling my wrist it is still there 8+ hrs. later. Definitely worth adding to your collection. Not sure how it fares in hot weather though. It is definitely better in cooler weather. Seriously, every single time I wear this, a female compliments how good I smell. 9.4/10

Really good perfume at this price and really good alternative of arabians tonka by montale ! Really close and even a more wearable version! Opens up with sugar saffron and rose, rose here is very prominent along with zafraan. Also you get hints of vanilla. Really good n mature scent profile but not blind buy safe , sample it before buying. This perfume smells very royal, can wear it in weddings or any traditional functions but yes wear during cold environments only! Lasting and projection are room filling I was able to smell on my blazer even after 2 days

Very rose heavy, the oud note presents with boozy caramelized vanilla and spices with a burnt sugar. Absolutely is a gourmand scent. If you like sweet dark florals try this out. If not, best to skip. WARNING: PLEASE SAMPLE THIS before you buy a bottle, and be aware that this is fucking loud and will make your uninitiated coworkers choke, which unfortunately makes this largely unwearable to work, at least in the hotter months. You could pull off 1-3 sprays in the winter I think, but still, be mindful of your coworkers.

Opens with sugared saffron and juicy mandarin. In the heart is where you can taste the stars of the show. Sugared deep red roses blend with oud. The oud is definitely noticeable but it is not too strong. Love that the rose oud combo is surrounded by some leathery undertones thanks to saffron 🥀 Ambery woody base with a lot of rich buttery caramel which makes the rose oud mouthwatering yet sensual. Inspired by the powerful Arabians Tonka! I can’t say which lasts longer, they are both so powerful that I go nose blind. But but but, besides the price there is one very big reason to go for the Riiffs one. That bottle! Feels so premium instead of the empty feeling tin box of Montale which I feel I can dent by just breathing against it. But Momento, may black bottle and the cap, that cap is heavy metal and has the initial R in it from Riiffs. Such details for such a price. Would definitely recommend

I’m never one to leave reviews on thing but the minute I opened the box you can smell it radiating out of the bottle. This stuff is like liquid gold. 3 sprays is enough to trap you in a bubble of this stuff for 8 hours minimum and my skin normally eats fragrances. I can imagine this being very nauseating in the summer so I’d avoid and if your in a close proximity environment I’d use less sprays. Even down to 1. For what you pay I think it’s hard to find anything else that beats it.

Been around 3 months macerated and I love the scent. I also have issues with performance like others but it seems its more of a case of projection and nose blindness with this one. It could be the fact its an Extrait not Eau de Parfum like original - it evaporates slower due to concentration hence projection being not as good. I wished it was as nuclear personally but also the fact its not is also a good thing for some. Its more mass appealing. Anyway my batch is U252321A.

Momento is gorgeous and may very well outlast the OG. Its a sweet spicy tonka with a saffron opening but the sugared woods rounds it off and takes the bit out of the saffron. On my skin the vanilla settles leaving a warm but bold scent trail. I wear it when I want to command attention. Riiffs has really elevated, the bottles are made of quality materials at a really affordable price point. I happy to see what they will bring this summer!

literally nailed the arabian tonka dna ,this is a more wearable version with the toned down rose note of arabians tonka. opens up with sugar n saffron which could be heavy for some settles nicely quickly into rose and you get hints of vanilla really long lasting stayed on my shirt for 2 days could easily sniff it. projects nicely for atleast 3 hours in a cold environment. folks save ur money and get this asap

Absolutely love the smell, very similar to Arabians Tonka, noticeably more sugary and a bit more rosy. Above average sillage and lasts more than 6 hours on my skin (apparently its lasts more on others so I'm keeping it aside for the next month or so and hopefully it ages well). Only issue have is the matte plastic finish on the bottle making it quite cheap, and a slightly wonky atomiser :)

just got it today, first impressions: smells middle eastern and very sweet, it's good, I love it, but it's not blind buy safe but it would pull compliments. it has that sugary sweetness from lattafa ameer al oudh intense oud, that's what came in my mind when spraying this, but it smells better and not as middle eastern as the lattafa I'd give it an 8/10 good as a winter signature scent

A extremely powdery tonka and saffron opening with a sweet tonka base that persists around 8-9 hours on skin with 3 hours of heavy projecting and 20-30 hours on clothes with similar projection. A very similar " inspired by " of Arabians tonka with a friendlier oud touch IMO. Not blind buy safe but if you are familiar with the DNA I recommended it if you can get it for around 30 USD.

It took few days to macerate (maybe about 4-5 days), but then I loved it. Its really long lasting. I got compliments in the evening after putting it on in the morning. It has really good silleage too. I think it made me a bit nose blind because others could smell it in the evening too. It dries down to a sweet fragrance. Its a good blind buy too. I recommend :)

It’s a LOVE. The notes on Fragrantica aren’t correct. There’s saffron, sugar and mandarin in the opening and starts out sweeter. The dry down also comes off more gourmand and the rose is nicely blended with the oud. Really close to the OG but it’s a bit smoother which makes it feel more feminine. I recently bought Karus by Khadlaj and I prefer Momento.

This was initially soft when I got it, but after a month the longevity and projection improved remarkably. It’s my best Arabian Tonka interpretation so far, even better than Karus Secret Musk and the OG. It leans a bit more masculine because of the amped-up sweet oud in the base, but it’s also creamier, smoother, and has less rose than the original.

Great longevity and moderate sillage. By far one of my most complimented fragrances that I wear during nights at the end of the year. Very, very, very sweet perfume with a great rose note. Great pickup and by far exceeds my expectations for the price, I got mine from Fragrance Hub for about £27 including delivery fee and a 5% discount.

Just got Riffs Momento for my mum last night and she just called me right now to tell me that she got 3 compliments at work To think that I also got Arabians Tonka months ago for her and she never called me with this much excitement to tell me anything about compliments.

@vivekperfume you have something wrong with your nose or you got nose blind. this smells sugary oudy dark rose just like the noir d'arabie, a full bottle that i got (i only got a decant of momento). but what do i expect from someone that says najdia intense and hawas malibu is just coconut oil. lol

Love it, love it, love it, love it. I don't know how Arabian tonka smells like, but I love the smell of this perfume. I don't know much about the longevity but it has good sillege. However what makes me love the perfume is the scent. It's a good safe blind buy for me and you can surely buy it.

This is definitely inspired by Arabians Tonka. I'd say about 85-90% similar. The Tonka is evident right from the get go. Lasts 8 hrs plus on my skin with decent projection of about an arms length. Great packaging and the atomiser is brilliant. Amazing for the money. I paid £21 all in. 👍🏻👍🏻

More wearable version of arabians tonka, wow smells so good, this is a more likeable version Burnt sugar, saffron , rose and oud ! Smells so expensive. Lasting is really good idk why some people complaint about the lasting I faced no issues , 5-6 sprays are enough for 2 hours + projection

Was a blind buy for me, this is 90% arabian tonka,opens warm and sweet with saffron and lil bit spices with rose giving it that sexy touch. Super strong dont go more than 6 sprays. Lasts an eternity on clothes in winters. Loved it! My go to scent for winter evenings

I got it today and for now it reminds me of Baroque Satin Oud from Maison Alhambra, but a little bit lighter and sweeter version. It is delicious for sure, but I am not sure if I need to have both fragrances. I think it is a safe blind buy and it smells wonderful.

Tried this recently. Only bought a 5ml tester so I sprayed sparingly. Put it on at around 8am and could still catch whiffs of it at 6:30pm! This is a beast and 100% identical to Arabians Tonka. Save yourself some money and get this instead, performs increibly.

Definitely a safe blind buy. Performance on this is insane, on skin easy 10hrs, on clothes..a day (2 sprays on my jersey overnight, went to the gym the next day still could smell it after I'm done. Momento is worth every cent, definitely will repurchase

It smells practically identical to its original with the difference to me being the Rose is heavier in Arabians Tonka so the sweetness shines more in Riiffs meaning its a bit more mass appealing. With my batch, the performance lacks comparatively tho.

After comparing the 2 for months i sold the tonka and bought a 2nd bottle. Momento is smoother IMO and can be worn in more settings and atmospheres! It's for a man, not boys... Longevity 20/10 Sillage 9/10 Smell 8.8/10 Value 9.5/10 Repurchase 10/10

This stuff bangs if im honest, it smells so pleasant and also projects nicely. It lasts pretty much all day too so you dont have to worry about strength. If your debating on buying it id say just pull the trigger you won't be disappointed people :3

I have montales Arabian tonka,and I just got riffs momento i actually like the riffs more, for 30 dollars this is one of the best dupes I have tried,there is oud and rose,in the opening,then the frangrance dries down to a warm vanilla,

Trust me. This is better that arabians tonka. Longer lasting and doesn’t have that plastic feel of smell. Let’s say just like arabians tonka tried to clone momento and failed to. This is a compliments magnet 10/10 MASTERPIECE
