Cadenza

This is an enormous fragrance. Right off the bat it is heavily floral and the jasmine and Lily smash over the top of everything. The trick is not to put your nose to the scent but let it come to you. The second phase didn’t start till 4 hours in and then the florals finally ease up enough to let the vertiver and Amber and patchouli finally have a bit of a say. By a bit.. I mean a bit, those florals never quit and give a clean soapy overtone to the whole experience. It’s not mature lady but I would say feminine. You can expect this to last.. forever.. Make sure you are into florals, because this is a bomb. Lucky I can pull it off because I quite like it. If you want it a bit more masculine layer it with an Amber like ambra or grand soir and BOOM but still.. just as good on its own

Update: sample was so good I had to buy the full bottle. Over the moon this perfume is so wonderful and perfect and sexy. If you don’t like patchouli you may not like this scent, I’ve noticed that the patchouli begins to pull through apparently after 30 mins of wearing it (which I absolutely love patchouli is goated and my skin pulls out that note very well). I’m surprised at how far under the radar it’s flown compared to Vibrato, this scent is so perfect sauce

Just tried a sample of this and immediately fell in love, it’s a very subtle and fresh woody floral— this perfume has all of my favorite notes in it though so I’m probably a bit biased. I LOVE JASMINE!!! This is a wonderful jasmine perfume and the lily of the valley is also a fantastic touch, I really really enjoy it :D

The jasmine and lily of the valley are quite lovely and well executed in Cadenza. I associate lily of the valley with my family's matriarch, so I consider this a challenging fragrance for a man to pull off. Cadenza is vibrant with flashes of iridescence. As with other Sospiro and Xerjoff fragrances, Cadenza 'dances' back and forth when sprayed sparingly; one moment it is there, the next it is not, and then it re-appears slightly different than before. This animated non-linear quality is sometimes critiqued as poor blending by perfume snobs, but I find it very enjoyable and engaging. The florals project a warm character that could juxtapose well to autumn's chill or winter's cold.
